Dont waste your time pulling up here they dont put anything on the shelves along with real customer service the staff dont even want to pull anything at the boxes or the back for you. They open whenever they feel like it they close whenever they feel like it they claim they dont have stuff but there are lots of people in the neighborhood who need jobs I even heard somebody inquiring a staff member on Saturday was eating her lunch at the register a whole Whopper meal while talking to me I couldnt believe it there was nothing to purchase I needed to get hygiene things and cleaning supplies there wasnt even toilet paper on the shelf ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

New to the area. Only been here twice and will NEVER go back.Stock in every isle on pallets. Beyond poor customer service. Being short on workers and whatever else is going on with your company/store is no excuse to be unprofessional. I know theft is also on the rise but all your customers arent thieves.Close the store down or get it together in there.

They have absolutely nothing in this store. There are carts in every aisle with stock on them Im assuming but they are just sitting there. It wasnt busy so there was plenty of time to get the job done. Literally they had about 4 sticks of deodorant out of 30 different places for deodorant to go. Its really horrible. I will avoid going back to this store in the future no matter what.

This store was nothing more than a fire hazard. I found my way to rear of store and was blocked in by carts full of stock. I had to go to other side of store to get out. There was no way you could have gotten down a single aisle with a cart. Have been there several times and the store was closed because they didnt have anyone to work. I wont be back. There is nothing there I need worth endangering my life for.

I was helped at checkout by an amazing young lady. Very kind and helpful. Her personal skills & customer service was second to none. Dont care much for the store, but she made the shopping experience pleasant.

They have everything I need from clothing to medicine to home cleaning supplies to milk and bread. If Im sick and need OTC medication they got it and their prices are just so I can afford them. Not the cleanest of stores as far as clutter goes but the staff are REGULAR people. I dont like being harassed while shopping and the staff, while helpful when asked, leave me to my shopping. As of lately they are never open on the hours they say thay are.

Not the tidiest and too many isles blocked by stock carts full of boxes of merchandise being put out but no one putting it out. ManyIsles are too narrow. Items in ad that just came out yesterday were not available.Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was organized today. Im thinking they have a new management. Cashier was polite.

This store was stocked to the max with good deals and I loved it.

Workers are rude and they close before time and they are lazy and dont want to help . Just a bad experience. Sad to because i liked the store.

Used to not like going to this dollar store seemed to be never had shelves stocked. I went recently and it was totally different stuff had gotten moved and seem to help out alot. Was clean and well stock. Keep it up

This was my 1st time at this location. The staff was nice. Some of the aisles were tight when turning into them but paper products were stocked up. Decent prices. Able to distance waiting in line as well.

I go here because its convenient. They have a couple of very hard workers in there . But its hard to keep up its a very busy store.

The place is convenient to me. Mostly friendly clerks. The merchandise is stuffed in there like sardines in a can though. Hard to move around.

Aisles were jammed with carts full of stock, couldnt get thru the aisle to shop or even see what was available! Very disturbing to see the condition of the srore! Clerk was alone in the store. She needs help!

The Dollar General store hasnt had much in it. I havent been getting there delivery on time the last time I was in there they didnt even have a 12 pack of soft I will let you know the next time I go in there what has changed if anything

Love the dollar general store. I went in for laundry detergent and got for other things as well.

Is Dollar General Store has recently been remodeled they have Santa telling what I items are down each aisle so its easy to find what you need. I had not been in there since it had been remodeled and its close to my house and I go there a lot but it was just getting completely cluttered up and someone decided to remodel it. I dont believe it has a public bathroom but Im not sure about that but I found what I needed and was very happy.

Only one register taking cards. More than 10 people in line. Not worth the wait

They have boxes on boxes of merchandise that needs to be stocked, piled up and blocking 2 of the aisles at all times. Been this was since the remodel.

My go to place for cleaning supplies, crafts, and low prices. The Dollar General on Greenbelt has very helpful and nice staff.

Been going here, over 26 years since Alex and Kim first opened...love the green curry chicken, add an extra helping of broccoli to the order...I dont really like broccoli but the green curry changes its taste to sweet... Love it!!!

The heffa was rude. Yelling count down til close and rushing people for last 10 minutes. The greeting was you have 12 minutes. Can you bring your stuff to the front ?We bout to close in 5 minutes. Very rude and didnt thank none of the 4 people for coming so shed have a job.said she works 2 jobs.So does a lot of customers who were just getting off and dont want to be rushed outside of the 10min they know are left to get the 4 items they came to get. WORST Shopping experience ever.

Almost every week there are new employees and not many are nice at all. Make you feel like its a problem that youre there. They have a speaker hooked up to their personal cell phone listening to provocative music, so I try to not take my little kids when I go. And the only thing that looks nice in the store are things that other companies that come in tht stock and organize their product.

This dollar store does not keep their store stocked. They do open at 7 and stay open most nights til 11. This is the only dollar store that stay open these hrs

The cashier was very rude. She is everytime I shop there. She was on her cell phone while cashing me out. Totally ignored me.

Okay this DG Im giving four stars because the people are always friendly like Im not just talkin the people that work there Im talking about the people in there Im talking about the people outside.I mean for anybody live in in this area off Rockford you already know this is the place to go.And since the bodega shut down next to the laundromat its become even more of a crucial Cornerstone for the people that live around here.High marks for this place with its friendly cashiers and courteous helpful management.Ive never had a bad experience there.Keep up the good work DG team.

This Dollar General was a little bit better than the one on Taylor Blvd. They were still out of stock on some products I was looking for.

The people who work here are very loud, trashy and rude (Rocford Ln). They only greet certain customers, not all. And I spend alot of money at this store location. The location on Cane run is much better, they are really nice and friendly! So i will go there from now on.

Fun shopping even if you are looking for nothing

The cashiers are rude, not friendly at all. I had a clothing item with no tag but a UPC #, Freddie told me that she couldnt do it that way because she wasnt trained that way... I had another employee come and help show her, she grabbed all my items and said Here you ring her up on your side, cuz I aintAlso the store was a wreck... No stock, totes all over the floor, couldnt find anything and couldnt get any Assistance

Well they seem predjudice towards certain people here very rude, and the workers seem unpleasant like they are imprisoned.My overall experience of this dollar store is like going on a show about being locked in a very dirty prison for temporary purposes of learning what its like to be a criminal.Thanks allot dollar store.

Such a high volume store employees are always polite. But the turnover rate is very high and store management varies some days the store looks like a warzone and at orher times it gets a makeover.The owners should invest more in solid management pay.

I am going to try to be positive and say that things seem to be changing now but I was appuled by the lack of head management overseeing the store. All employees were always friendly and helpful but understaffed and overworked leads to employees quitting. Due to the situation the store was just in a shambles of a mess. Hope these changes are going to break the cycle soon.

Sorry to say, but not good. The two main items I came for I could not get. You have more stock sitting in crates on store floor than on the shelves. The check out clerks cant stock shelves and check out your customers at the same time. Why not hire temp night stockers.... I hate leaving your store to go somewhere else, but thats what I had to do.

Love this store. Just wish they would organize the stocking of shelves when people are not shopping. Maybe before or after the store opens? There tends to be a ton of carts or stock trucks parked in the aisles making it near impossible to shop. Also make sure you watch you items ring up. Several times things rang up the wrong prices.

Will never go here again just went in there and even though they have a sign on the door that you have to wear a mask to enter no one in there was wearing any at all and the clerk give me a ripping for saying something about it

Staff was OK had to wait for cashier to get off her phone before she could ring up my items BUT. Then they didnt have a wide selection of stuff shelves were in organized half empty and really didnt want yo stay long with the music the staff was playing in back of the store think Ill just walk around to Dollar Tree next time
