Stopped by randomly to see if they had any free cardboard boxes that I need. Talked to an employee named Joe, super nice dude and helped me get some much needed boxes.

No register open for small purchases. All salespeople can be blocked by anyone. So 4 sales people took 20 minutes to get to me. People building decks and other large projects. Took me 3 minutes to get rung up.

The staff at Dunn are incredibly helpful. Ive gone in for several projects and they were forthcoming with advice and suggestions on how to best execute. Everyone Ive worked with has been very knowledgeable about the products they offer and what the best options would be. Sure you can get similarly spec lumber for slightly cheaper at Home Depot or Lowes but youll have to spend half a day digging through the stack to find a straight board and youll be lucky if you find an employee who knows more than just what aisle the plumbers are on.

Best service!! I had to find bolts for my license plate a very nice guy helped me and didnt even charge me so sweet. The week prior two associates helped me find the tools and products needed to refinish my table. Knowledgeable and amazing service. If you dont know what you need go here not Home Depot, no one there had the knowledge or means to help me. Thank you Dunn Lumber employees!!!

I am continually impressed with their customer service. At times they beat the prices of the big box stores, but the quality of their products always far exceeds them. Ultimately youll save time and money with Dunn.

Dunn Lumber is THE lumber store if quality is important to you. Places like Home Depot and Lowes are fine when you need something quick and cheap, but if you project requires quality materials, tools, and expertise, then Dunn is the place. My recent visit required good wood treatment for our cedar deck, and the highest-rated product isnt available at the cheaper package stores, so Dunn was the place. I also needed cedar facia boards...again, Dunn had it and in the lengths I needed, whereas the other stores were lacking. As always, the people at Dunn were quick and had great advice. I really cant say enough good things about Dunn, the really are that much better than everyone else.

Service thats above and beyond.Ive been working with Dunn lumber on a deck project. The project has had its share of hiccups, and Ive had to make a few tweaks to the design along the way, which has lead to multiple orders and revisions. Dunn has been fantastic about swapping out my materials, and have given me great advice along the way.In one of these orders, I was missing a few beams, so I called Dunn up. The manager of the Shoreline store came to my house in his personal truck after work hours to drop off the beams. You wont get that kind of service at the home depot.Far and away the best hardware experience I have had.

Much more than lumber there! Ive only been twice so havent seen everything they have but if you live nearby and are needing supplies, Id try them before going to a big box store. High quality items compared to others. Super helpful employees and plenty of them to handle most questions quickly.

The guys behind the counter and the ladies are totally awesome .. theyve always been able to help me with things that I may not be up-to-date on.. with all the smart well-balanced people there I am always able to figure out a solution to problems out in the field... Thank you to everyone there

If you know what you want, go to Dunn Lumber. Their service is the best, prices are comparable to the box stores so you dont wait. They help you pick out the best lumber and then they load you.

These guys have been awesome! For the past year I’ve been working on the baseboards of our house and EVERY time the staff is 1. Helpful, 2.knowledgable, 3. Patient, and 4. Have better materials than the big stores. Will definetly continue to give them our business for years to come.Thank you!

Just wanted a saw blade was asked when I entered if I had a shirt I said no then some kid told me I had to leave cuz I had no shirt, I will forever be taking my business else where.

Great selection, fantastic price, superb service -- beats big box home improvement stores. I wasnt sure how well they would accommodate my small-sized project that requires wood paneling but they helped me cut my 1-sheet order (yes I didnt buy material as many as builders do from then) but they were helpful beyond expectations.

I mean, its Dunn. Need some boards? They have what youre looking for.

This is a real lumber yard with Pros to help you with your order. You are going to pay a little more but you better quality and superb customer service makes it a no brainer.

Stop by this morning to buy some framing lumber and Im always surprised how good Dunn lumbres framing lumber is.

I breezed in about 5 min to close. They helped me meet a price point and dig thru grade three lumber until I found pieces that I thought were decent enough to work with for my project. I kept them late and they never batted an eyelash. Friendly and knowledgeable, worth a visit, especially if you cant stand the expansive void of the big chain stores.
