Great customer service. My iPad screen broke and I took it in to them. Instead of charging me, they looked it up first and discovered its covered under my warranty for Apple. Best of all, they had The Office playing on their TV. Kudos.

This was my first time at MetroPCS, and i know im definitely coming back!The workers were very helpful and attentive to detail. I was more than pleased with all the staff thoroughly explaining all the options to choose from.Getting my phone from here was a great decision!

Store is the best location I have ever been to .The manager Jay Sharma is awesome and polite and corrected a major problem for me with ease. Every time I have stopped in I have been helped quickly and had my questions answered.

Adam & Jay were very helpful and prompt. I came into the store with major issues with my phone. They quickly resolved the problem & they even helped setting up new account & settings.

These people will hire you, promise you good hours and decent pay and tell you that for a month they will pay you at $12 per hour and have you working a lot of hours and then after the 30 days are over they will cut your hours in half and your job turns into a part time job and they even promised me commission at the end of the month and when I tried to get it from them they completely ignored my messages and calls. They are not professional at all, they dont train and expect you to teach yourself everything. Do not work here if you dont want to get your time wasted. They are also very pushy with their customers and a lot of the times people get pressured into buying something they cant return once they realize they dont need it and then they wont be able to do anything about the situation. Update on this review: he later texted me asking me to remove this review and offered me a $50 amazon gift card, how degrading is that not to mention the lack of professionalism.

Shoreline Metro PC store is very clean and always has empty parking space. Very good customer service.Negative side is that sometimes the store can get busy so we would have to wait to get a new phone.

Only 15 days left to open. I will be there with friends.

I went to the shoreline, wa store to look at plans and Adam was a huge help in showing phones and plans and made my experience so much easier. It was a great experience and I will be sending friends and family to MetroPCS.
