Amazing quality t-shirt prints, business cards, stickers, banners, you name it!! Working with Aurora prints as been absolutely amazing. They are a shop that supports community organizations, specifically, Women in Business at the University of Washington, Bothell. Aurora Prints are a reliable, consistent print shop and they produce amazing quality products.

It took 3 hours to fax 4 pages. They told us we have come back for it. when came back after 3 hours still not done and theyclaimed because of too much inck in the document and they failed to tell us they were charging us by minutes and by pages. And we ended up paying them 27.00 for it. Guess what it was not readable and we have redo somewhere else. Horrific.

Abyaz and his team are so professional, and very accommodating. I go to Aurora Prints to get documents notarized, passport photos, printing, and photos printed. They are super fast, really friendly and priced reasonably.

My non-profit was behind on some printing. I called around to several places (local and national printers). Abyaz said he could do it and have it ready next day, no rush fees, and within our budget! I put on my jacket, swing over, chat with him, check paper stock, etc. I gave him the image files. He had to reformat them a bit, but no problem, no hassle! Proofs were ready for me within minutes. Im so thrilled to work with Aurora Prints. Well definitely be back to work with him. #protip: Only go here if you want local, friendly, professional printing!!!

Great customer service! They do all sorts of things, like a Kinkos did before they were bought. Full service printing, binding, banners, signs, etc. Also ships FedEx, and has everything youd need to pack and ship. Has many other office supplies.

There is no comparison to the level of service and the quality of printing at Aurora Prints. The prices are the best I have found. Aurora Prints has made A-boards, simple flyers, and even 30 foot long banners for me and everything was completed in a timely manner and with exceptional quality. If you need personalized service for your printing needs this is the place to go.

Aurora Prints is always my first choice when it comes to printing and binding (and they do have many more services), they are professional, efficient, and fair priced. It is always a satisfaction everytime I go there. They care for customers need, and they never fail to get my job done the way I wanted.

I had High hope, but found female to be unknowledgeable about color. Expensive mistake!!!! If she says color is a little off she actually means the red is missing. I asked for a sample first but the machines took too long to warm up so she gave me a small sample from a different machine, those looked fine. She told me the color is close to the sample, which looked nearly like my file but turned out, when I came back to pick up my 11 prints my red chopped tomato looked like black poop next to my burrito. My work is professional and have been printing for years, they treated me like I am stupid. It is so sad there are no more good print stores. I will have to go to Walmart cause I have had the posters printed there before and I know the color will turn out correctly and they dont make me pay for their mistakes and / or misunderstanding. The manager also took no interest in helping the situation, he was standing right behind her. He never took notice to me and my frustration. I do not recommend.

I needed notary service. The notary public was impatient, even though i was the only customer in the store and he was telling me to fill in information that i was supposed to leave blank. The fee is 10 dollars but i was charged 20 because he had to sign twice. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone else. The only plus was that it is near my home.
