I stopped into the station right before closing as I was heading out of town and got a low tire pressure warning. The gentleman took me right in and put the car up only to find a nail in the tire. He completed the repair and got me back on the road in no time flat!!Thank you!! Some would have given me an attitude for the time since near closing but he was friendly and efficient. I’m only sorry I don’t remember his name- he deserves a raise!!!
I recently took my car in to have the tires checked and am so glad I chose this spot. Everyone at this location was very friendly and helpful! I definitely plan to return in the future!
Great service! Helped me in secs when I came in, very nice, professional and quick. Had an awesome experience getting new tires.
I have been using the Auto service here for years. The Master Mechanics have given me excellent service and they have records of the services they have performed and are willing to follow up with any questions I have. They are very dependable and it is a friendly environment as well.
The customer service was amazing! Very friendly, and they kept me well informed of the services that needed to be done. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good honest mechanics!
What an absolute joy it was to find this extremely professional service station. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle in and repaired while I was in town visiting. Highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs.
Went in to purchase to purchase a container of DEF fluid fluid Which normally costs 10 to $12 These nice folks charge 27. Dont even think about buy ing tobacco products there. My conclusion is that if theyll Yeah gouge for the little stuff theyll probably stick it to you on the big stuff as well
Taylor at Front Desk is knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. He does not over sell
I called to ask how much for oil change. The service desk said $79.00. I had $15 coupon for the oil change so he said $64.99. I made an appointment for the oil change on the same day. After my jeep was done and I was charged for $77.14 including labor, parts, taxes, etc. We had a big argument with my angry That is rip off!!! I have been sending my vehicles for oil changes many times with no problem
They were great! Took very good care of me! Fast and honest!
Buyer beware at this business. In Feburary, 2021 we brought our van here for assessment of one issue and were advised that we would need over $2,500 of repairs before they could even assess our issue. Fortunately we took our van to another business and were advised we did not need all of the recommended repairs from Shoreview Exxon. We were able to resolve our issue for just over $1,000 at the other auto repair business who provided outstanding customer service
The employees were all friendly and helpful. I have been going to this shop for years and like the service!
Randomly locked doors with no signs when its a 24/7 store. Could use better management but the staff are generally very nice.
Employee stole my wallet and manger covering up by delaying video and or deleting evidence. I would like to contact owner ASAP
Gas is gas - but their car wash is terrible. Claims high pressure but there wasn’t a single moment of anything high pressure. The soap drizzles on gets pushed around then the rinse wash rains over but with no pressure. My car was left almost as dirty as it went in and it had red soap marks all over it.
UPDATE: the new manager Tim seems to be working hard to make this a better business. He reached out to me after seeing the negative review and offered to reimburse me for my repairs done by another shop since they were still under warranty. I am going to give them another chance with my business and up-grading the review from 1 to 3 stars.Original review: The rear brakes that they did on my lightly used sedan type vehicle only lasted a little over a year and about 10,000 miles.
Doors locked at 3:40AM. All I wanted was coffee as I work very early in the morning. Saw an emplotee inside but did not notify me if i could enter or not.NOT OPEN 24 HOURS.
I have had more than one car serviced at Shoreview Exxon, generally maintenance. Staff is friendly, work has been good. Very competitive pricing. Highly recommend.
Spend 30 minutes here because the gas pumps were not charged and too many people were fueling at once so I spent $1 at two pumps trying to get them to fuel and they wouldnt, then I paid $20 at the register for gas, the cashier had to come out twice to get the pump to work, and I am leaving with $18.22 of gas after paying $22
Dropped off 4 new tires and 4 new rims. Everything seemed fine, the service manager told the tech to load the tires in my truck while I paid the bill. Not only did they charge full price as if they had to remove old tires, dispose of them and install them on my vehicle they neglected to tell me they damaged one of my new wheels.
Power steering oil cooler needed to be replaced. I was out of there under 2 hours with a free car wash. Very cozy waiting area. Employees I encountered were smiling and pleasant. I highly recommend Shoreview Exxon.
This place sucks. Waited 2+ hours for an oil change. The guy came out and said he could tell by looking under my car that I needed new breaks and attempted to fear monger me into buying new breaks. Took the car somewhere else, breaks were fine.
My review is two-fold. Let’s start with the good. I received a coupon in the mail welcoming me to the neighborhood and offering me a free oil change. With the oil change, I also received a free soda and a car wash. Now, for the bad. They noticed I needed repairs on my car and quoted me $1600 for everything. I said, “No thank-you.”Today, I dropped my car off at a local car shop to be fixed and when I picked it up, the grand total came to $473.91...Even less than they had originally quoted me. And over an $1100 difference for this “maintenance shop.”There was also a gentleman in the waiting area that told me he just had new breaks put in the back and they told him he needed front and back breaks replaced. They quoted him $800!!! That’s crazy.I am grateful for the oil change, car wash, and the soda, but I will NEVER do business here because, wait for it...INTEGRITY!
Car wash attendant really sprayed our car down well! It was not busy since it was cold.
Be careful when you use their car wash when there is no one around to attend you. Recently my car got derailed and I had to drive through the car wash which resulted in lot of damage to my brand new car. When I reported this issue to their Manager Scott, he took pictures of the damage but never got back to me on if they are going to cover for my damage, I received a standard response saying “Work with your insurance company”. This kind of problem doesn’t happen too often but when it happens it costs $$$$.Response to your note : I did follow all the instructions. This is not my first time getting my car washed there. I did speak to Scott multiple times, I did meet him in person couple times too. He has my cell phone# too.
Made an emergency stop with a nail or screw in my tire— they had it fixed in no time and very reasonably priced. Modest but clean waiting room. Nice people :-)
I had a flat tire which I thought may need to be replaced. Stopped here at a whim and man am I glad I did. The gentlemen resolved my issue by fixing the tire and had me on my way happy that it didnt need replacing. Definitely will come back
Great service every time! I recommend Exxon to everyone I know! These guys are the only ones I take my Van to. John & Brian always take really good care of me & my vehicle. They make sure to explain what is wrong with my van & what is the most important things I need to take care of first. Thanks guys for such an awesome job!!!
Their customer airline is frozen, I asked if there was anyway someone could get air in my tires from an inside line.... NO. Seriously? I have worked at shops and that was ALWAYS done for good faith. Thanks for nothing, I will never fill up here again.
I used to work here worst managment I have ever worked for he would hold all the tickets and give them to his buddy so the other mechanics just stood around and I witnessed this mechanic recommended 1400 worth of break work without even doing a proper inspection thats a little shady. There reason for letting me go was I stood around to much i just had to laugh. And when i called them out on it they just denied it as i expected. I was very uncomfortable to learn that there service manager would always say things about the ladys that would come in and to top it off I heard he was accused of inappropriate things with one of the lady works and they let her go and not him. I would be very leery of doing business there.
Exceptional Service at this location. I would go in to get slushie after filling up on gas, late. One of the workers, has demonstrated exceptional customer service and kindness, and changed my attitude from negative to positive. The auto center is also exceptional and HONEST.
I cannot be more unhappy with Exxon.I had my car towed there and got an estimate for $1400 for a new throttle body and $150 for the diagnostic. I mentioned a 15% off coupon and was told I could use that. I let them know I would call back shortly to say if I wanted to go ahead with the repair.I called King Pin Transmission. The owner spent a lot of time answering my questions. He said that a new throttle body replacement would cost $700 or $150 for a used part.In the morning I went to Exxon to say I wasnt going to use their services. They initially couldnt find my keys so went outside and found them in my car. They had left my car outside overnight with the keys in the ignition. When I paidfor the diagnostic I was told I couldnt use the 15% off coupon because it was for my next service with them even though when they thought I was going to use them for the repair I could use the coupon.I have absolutely zero trust in their services and honesty.
First review I’ve ever written, but I used the car wash service today and had a very unexpected poor experience. Instead of calmly telling me to keep turning my wheels, the attendant began repetitively yelling at me. He then threw his sprayer down and walked away yelling something indiscernible. All I wanted was a quick car wash and was attempting to follow instructions. While I realize this can be a repetitive and frustrating job, I would have appreciated a bit more professionalism.
The place is kinda small so its a little cluttered but the employees were friendly and it was clean. Standard give and take with prices and variety of items. Very convenient.
I cant say enough nice things about the people who work at this location! My wallet fell out of my purse while I was filling my tank, and I drove off completely oblivious. An employee here (Justine, thank you!!) reached out by phone and social media to let me know where I had left it. I was definitely losing my mind, and Im so grateful to the team there, AND the person who found my wallet and turned it in. Faith in humanity: Restored.
I sent my car in to get a check engine light checked out. They let me know what the problem was but I opted to bring my car to my regular repair guy to fix because their price seemed super high. They then charged me over $100!! To not fix anything!! I said my check engine light was on and wanted to know what was wrong. If they needed to do more than use an electronic reader to see what the check engine code was they should have told me ahead of time about need for (and cost of) further diagnosis.Edit: Scott (the owner) called me and apologized, saying they should have let me know about the diagnostic costs before performing the work and they issued a refund. Just make sure you know about any costs BEFORE they start doing work, I guess.
I was driving East on 694 when I got a flat tire! Luckily I was within a few hundred feet of the exit and made it to Exxon. Faith was extremely helpful and got my car in within 10 minutes of arriving with no appointment. The people at Exxon were able to match my other 3 tires and had me back on the road in less than an hour! Everyone there is excellent and I tell everyone I know about Exxon of Shoreview and their other stores in the area. Very happy customer!
I drove here at 9:30 this morning the following is my interaction:Me- I have a leak in my fuel line under the rear driver side door can you look at it?Man- itll be about 45 min but yes we canMe- thanks, just a ballpark any idea what I am looking at for a costMan- Doc I have a cold, before you treat me how much will it costMe- really I was just trying to get an idea (then I turned to leave)Man- I need your keys so we can look at it.I will NEVER step foot in this repair shop again. The gas station is fine!!
My tire wasnt holding pressure so I stopped in. They gave an accurate quote of the potential work needed to be done, and made sure I was ok with the price before handing my keys over. They were able to fit me in right away (Monday afternoon). They gave a time frame of how long it would take, but was able to finish faster. Dont need to worry about the screw in my tire anymore.
They wanted to charged $75 for checking the battery after I decided not to have my car repaired there. After I went in to try to negotiate the manager waived the fee completely and gave me the key. I’m very happy with the way it ended. Thank you Exxon. I would not say to avoid the place all together, but make sure to shop around.
Such wonderful people there. Awesome down to earth customer service.! Thank you so much!
Excellent as usual! Had a point of confusion on my part, manager was a rock star, sorted me out, and went above and beyond. Weve been going here for years, no plans to go anywhere else.
Timmy, the evening manager really went above and beyond getting the right stuff for my car, which is a BMW Z3 M coupe. Also took the extra time to get the best price and get it done fast. Ive been taking my cars there for 17 years. Love them.
Came in just before 10 and they were closed for a shift change. It was going to be 10 to 15 minutes before I would be allowed to purchase anything. Wont be back. Ive never been to a place so ridiculous. If youre a 24 hour establishment be 24 hours!
Amazing owner, handled an issue fast and made me feel like there are still great humans left.
One of the best experiences in auto repairs....a normally stressful time, but the guys at this station went above and beyond to get things done for me. They were efficient, professional and did what they said they would do. They were helpful and informative. I would take any auto problem to them without hesitation. I am impressed.
Came there for an oil change and as soon as I parked my vehicle my alarm started going off. I went inside to see if anyone could help. The guy behind the counter said it would cost me 65.00 for them to check it? Bad customer service. He could went outside and helped. Then I got my oil changed with a coupon they had then he proceeded to try to charge me more than I paid previously 3 mos ago. I was like I am never going back and they lie too. I asked if they checked my fluids and aur pressie. He said. Yes. Well. They didnt. Bad place
Best customer service! Great people!
Helped my family with a flat tire and i will always be appreciative for that. Auto area was great. I see why they get so many great reviews.
Great location with plenty of amenities! Propane by the gallon too! Joe made my night with his helpfulness and courtesy.
My car dies at the pump. I asked the service manager if I could get a jump. He wanted to charge me 40 bucks. 40 bucks is too much for a jump. I will never do business with Exxon. Ever!
They assumed my gender
Best mechanic, Mike is so knowledgeable and trustworthy. Wouldnt take our cars anywhere else.
Phenomenal customer service. Honest and professional. Shop owner, Ryan Rich, upholds the highest service standards and keeps his customers best interests front and center.
So on Oct. 1, 2019, around 6pm-8pm, my gf’s car had low gas so I stop at the shoreview Exxon off of hwy 694 and Lexington Ave. I pre-pay a full gas tank with cash or close to, it about $30 worth of their 89 Octane gas. Drove home that night park the car and the next day, the car wouldn’t turn over. Had the insurance tow the car to Honda dealership. The diagnostic came back to be that the gas had diesel gas in the tank. I pumped in the gasoline section of the gas pumps and the diesel pump was on the other side of the gas station. On Thursday after I already had the car towed to the dealership, I went back to investigate and their 89 octane was out of order (it was Out of order for as least a week). Please help report If anyone encounter bad gas at this station but didn’t trace back, i would recommend you do so.
I always have my car serviced at Shoreview Exxon. The service writers are very friendly and helpful and Mike and Bart the mechanics always take care of my repairs. Thank You !
Always quick in and out service but the self service air machine has cars parked in front of it but people don’t use it, they just wait for their peers to go in to the gas station to buy some goods. It will be better if they post a sign there that says not to park in front of it, that is big enough for some people to read.
Ive purchased gas here, used the car wash, and had service performed on my car. Never had any problems and the service staff were friendly and great at answering my questions. Gas prices are average for the area, car wash is a little expensive but it does a nice job, car service prices seemed standard.
I had to tow my vehicle to this gas station on a Saturday and they were open. The even better news was they had a loaner that I was able to use while my car was being looked at. Very friendly service and good people who work here. Definitely recommended.
I had a broken tire valve that needed a tire pressure sensor to be replaced. I brought it in and they called me saying it would cost $235 to fix. I thought that seemed a little expensive for ONE tire sensor that normally costs $100. So where was this extra $135 going? It couldn’t all be for labor for ONE TIRE. So I called two other shops in the area and they both estimated it would be around $150 to fix.I brought it to North Suburban BP about 2 Miles away and the final price was $140.. with labor! Glad I didn’t get ripped off nearly $100. Have some integrity.
Been taking our cars for service here for years. Theyre fair and will always tell it like it is (i.e. you really need this repair now or it can wait a few months). Jay and Jason, the service managers, are great to work with. Other things I like: great frequent user punch card (for oil changes, etc.), loaner car availability, willingness to match prices, nice waiting room w/ TV, free drinks at the gas station while you wait, close to Target (I can shop while I wait), and a free car wash with every service purchase. If you are a non-dealership guy like me, Id highly recommend Shoreview Exxon.
They are rude here. Its one thing to have poor service, its another to walk away from a customer during a conversion. Also, they did terrible work on my tire. I brought my car in after driving over a wire. They claimed it was patched and it went flat in my garage less then 24 hours later when I needed to drive to work. When I called and explained what had happened I didnt even get an apology. Maybe theyre better sometimes, but my experience was poor. This process of taking my car there and having the tire leak again repeated several times, but on the fourth visit, I received better service. I came in a little frustrated and the mechanic explained he was frustrated as well. His empathy was appreciated. I asked when he thought he would get to it and he answered, Right now. And went straight to work. They called me about 4 minutes later, said they had found the leak and it was fixed that time. Also, after I posted this review the manager contacted me asking if he could make it right.
Have gone to this place my whole life, always been good. Fair prices and good workers.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. They tried to charge me over $500 today just to replace my thermostat. They got pissed when I opted to take it to a family friend who offered to do it for a case of beer. Got the part for it at Oreillys for $10.99. Not only that, but I called my regular mechanic who I wasnt able to bring it to due to I was over 15 miles away from them and my car wouldnt make it, they said they charge $170. I did some research and talked to a few different mechanics and they all said basically the same price. Most of them said that particular fix should cost anywhere from $105-$220. NOT $500. Everyone agreed I was being ripped off, even when I said I wouldnt be bringing my car there, I just wanted to know what everyone charges. Horrible customer service. Just because Im a young girl who knows pretty much nothing about cars, doesnt mean I am dumb enough to get ripped off. Good job! You lost my service, my mothers, her coworkers, the rest of my families (Sucks because its pretty big.) and my cousins coworkers because they got to hear everything today.
Awesome customer service! Thank you for figuring out what was wrong with my truck when the dealer wanted to Nickel and dime me and your mechanic knew right away what was wrong! Wont bring my vehicles anywhere else! Great prices too..
I was driving out of town to visit my husband down at the mayo. My vehicle started to run very bad and I was scared to drive to Rochester. So I stopped in the Exxon station I met John at the desk told him problem and I could tell the guys in the back were very busy and at this point I was worried but John had his mechanic help me. I was impressed with the treatment I received my vehicle was fixed and they couldnt of done a better job then what was done today!!! I made it to my destination happy and my husband was very impressed on the service and honesty I received. Thank you John and the Team
Gas station is good, however the gas price is always 10-20 cents more than BP station.
I am not a person to write a bad review but I believe the Shoreview Exxon service center deserves one. I had come in to get my tire replugged from a nail that I had taken out and plugged. It had taken 2 hours for it to be ready. The next day my tire pressure sensor went off so I brought my car back in to see why it was going off. I had talked with Tim, who was at the front desk, and he said that there was leaking at the plug that I had put in. (Isnt that the whole reason I brought my tire in???) he said that they wouldnt of fixed that because it was on the trim (why wasnt that brought up the first day I came in?). I ask him why they had charged me to do absolutely nothing and he said that they put in another plug in another nail hole that was in the tire. I didnt believe that because I had check my tire before hand. I then went home and took off my tire and there is no evidence of another plug or nail hole. I was not refunded and will not be going back.
Visiting from out of town and needed an oil change. Got a quick appointment, friendly service and was on my way.
Had a great experience here needed an alignment on two cars and John and Faith were very helpful in getting my cars in right away. They were very helpful throughout the whole process and i would definitely come back here for service again.
Great service. John was helpful and funny. Would totally recommend this place to all my friends and family.
This review is regarding the Service Station/Mechanics only... DO NOT COME HERE. Until today (7/19/19), Ive been a customer for at least 7 years, bringing my vehicles to get maintenance work done....1.) A few months back, my TPS was going off even though I bought brand new tires - roughly 4 months old (got them from a different place for a lower price). I bring it in and Rick assesses the situation, puts the truck in a bay, lifts it up and checks out at all 4 tires... Tells me the front passenger tire was just low on air, and fills it back up for me. No charge. Nice, right?2.) About 2 months later, my TPS goes off again. Im out of town, so I run to a station that has air so I can check the tire pressure. RICK TIGHTENED MY VALVE STEM COVERS SO TIGHT I COULD NOT GET THEM OFF TO CHECK THE AIR. Found a tires plus close by, wheeled in the truck and asked the guys for help. It took them (no lie) 15 MINUTES TO GET MY VALVE COVERS OFF, AND ENDED UP HAVING TO STRIP 2 OF THEM. Upon inspection, they noticed the one valve stem (front passenger tire) needed to be replaced, as it was slowly leaking air - hence why my TPS was tripping. They make sure my tire is good to go, give me new valve covers (no charge), and Im on my way...3.) Yesterday (7/18/19) I picked up a screw in my front passenger tire (yay Minnesota construction). Im close enough to Exxon, so I go there. Im greeted by a man who asks whats wrong, I tell him I picked up a nail or a screw... He walks out to my truck, finds the screw and says, No, we cant repair that. I ask him if hes sure it cant be fixed, he tells me no way... The screw wasnt in the sidewall. It wasnt even 2-3 inches from the sidewall... it wasnt a huge screw. It was in the tread, roughly 4 inches from the sidewall. He has a guy put on my spare, no charge, and Im on my way to the place I bought my tires from.... which is 45 miles away.4.) I find out today (7/19/19) from the place I brought my truck (45 miles away from Exxon) the tire could be plugged. IT COULD HAVE BEEN PLUGGED AT EXXON! I ultimately drove 45 miles on a spare to find out Exxon couldve helped me all along. But, my guess is: Because Im a woman, a damsel in distress, a lady wearing a dress, I should get the runaround... or maybe its because those mechanics didnt have a plug set - perhaps they didnt have the time to help a long term customer? Who knows. Regardless...STAY AWAY.By the way, I have a photo of that screw in the tire. If I could upload it here, I would.
Brought in my car to get my lower control arm replaced today, brought my own part which they said was fine. The salesman quoted me a firm price, I brought it in, and they charged me over $50 more than the quoted price...Talked with the guy at the desk for about 5 minutes and he just kept saying the sales guy was wrong, the manager changed the price, and that there was nothing he could do about it. He did not disclose the price change until AFTER the work was done, which was the part that really pissed me off. As far as the work goes, I guess only time will tell, seemed to drive alright on the way home....
Got my car fixed at this place. Fast service and very professional people
Very reliable friendly and professional service. Had engine work done and have decided I have a new mechanic shop. Thank you shoreline Exxon
I stopped by this Thursday for some help and information about some issues and Scott (in the front desk of the service shop) helped me with everything I needed quickly and effectively. I have been there many times and he has been the best employee I have dealt with.
I went there to get my tire rim fixed and they did so much more. The techs not only fixed my tire but also thoroughly did an inspection and found some pretty serious problems that I didnt even know I had. Erik, one of the service advisors went through the problems with me and explained what needed fixing now and what could wait. They understand not everything can be fixed at once due to income but they take your safety very seriously. Definitely will be going back!
Awesome gas station and service with the auto shop except Don (one of the desk people for auto shop) is short with people, rude, and not freindly. There was a lone of 3 people and he was rude with every one of them.
Reeeeeemed place You should go out business effective immediately straight hood rat place. Watch yo back
Gas stations good but the auto place in it is really bad I went in one day a this white guy name dick or sum and his girl coworker was being lazy and unfriendly so I had a sibling bring in my car for a oil change and today Im currently going to a new auto place for oil change and they found out that it had the wrong oil and sum cheap stuff in it the whole time NEVER GOING BACK HERE FOR OIL CHANGE. Ohh yeh I forgot they told me to set a date to go in and they told me to wait for a week but when my sibling went they set her up for the next day
Car wash attendant took an extra 10 minutes this morning to get the bugs off the front of my car before I went through. Great service!
Really clean restrooms, nice employees. The mechanic jump started our car out of the kindness of his heart, really nice guy!
These guys are the best! Fast Friendly Service!!
Had a tire issue last night the lady at service was very kind and helpful the technician Ryan was super quick and showed me what was wrong very helpful and currtious would highly recommend coming back
I dropped my truck off for their $18.99 oil change special, which by the way was the cheapest in town. They called me a half and hour later and told me my vehicle had been completed. They did a full vehicle inspection on my truck when it was in the shop. They told me my front brake pads were worn down to 1mm and I was almost metal to metal. I knew I had brake problems but I had failed to mention that to them when I dropped my truck off for the oil change. Jay called me with an estimate to get my front brakes repaired. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, he also explained that there would be a 3 year warranty on my parts and labor. I approved the repair and when I picked my truck up they gave me a free car wash. The service was outstanding and the 3 year warranty on all parts and labor is the same as any dealership.
They have a great staff here, very nice. They know what they are doing and they tell you exactly what is wrong, and they will also bring you back and show you the bad part on your car and answer any questions. I have had a hard time trusting the auto repair industry and have gotten ripped off at a few good name businesses--but I trust this place, they dont seem like they are lying to me. I also see that they are busy, which means a lot of other people trust them too. Long lines are good things. Their prices are not the bare-bottom cheapest, I would say low-middle, but they are trustworthy and do great work. Also, you get free hot chocolate/soda/cappuccino/coffee while you wait and Target is just a block away if you need to do your grocery shopping while they work on your car.
Not a good experience. Brought in my car for an oil change and to get one of my tires checked out that had been leaking. They said they should have it done without a problem in 2 and a half hours. At 2 hours and 45 minutes, after standing at the counter for 15 minutes being ignored by 2 employees, they finally brought up my paperwork. They blatantly helped 2 other customers who came in after me and answered phone calls, and called people back before even making eye contact with me. They told me about a list of problems with my car and didnt offer to fix any of them (not even to replace a minor license plate light). Ive never had an oil change take more than 45 minutes anywhere else and here it took just about 3 hours. Will not be back.
Got my car fixed here. Fast service, nice people
Bad experience working with these ppl. They quoted me $1900 for fixing my ac whereas I fixed it for $400 in other place. They dont even know what a Decarbonization of engine means. Are they even a real mechanics?I just went there just because I had coupon. Otherwise I would prefer other options.Their online reservation system never work. The only good thing is they agree it doesnt work and they do the service right away making us wait.
Had them run a 129$ diagnostic on a 2000 Oldsmobile alero. Said only problem on entire vehicle was the fuel injector regulator. Which they replaced for 426$. Our car the next day continued to have the same major issues as before. After bringing a mechanic friend of mine to talk to them, We had to demand another free diagnostic, they did not offer. THEN they found a larger list of issues and said it will cost 400$ to fix again with no discount for doing a inproper diagnostic the first time. I worked with the manager on this. He is very dishonest. IF THE MANAGER WILL LIE, the rest of the employees will follow his bad example. Also, 30$ went missing after the 2nd diagnostic. They do not deserve your business. Go elsewhere. I recommendBrausen Auto Services.
Excellant value and quick service
Way WAY to many illegals here. Freaking high crime.
No fuss no hassle
I tried to get a car wash two Saturdays in a row during normal working hours and the car wash was closed because the person had not shown up. Such a disappointment!
Great people good price. Ryan is great!
When I had a bad tire I went to shoreview exon and ryan rich came and did a very good job he help me abd explain what was wrong I recommend everyone come here when they have anything wrong on there car
I just asked for a quote on replacing both outter tie rod ends and they quote $420...i got a quote for $250 at another place. The other place was using napa life time warranty parts. So they are just hiking the price up
They keep the gas prices 5 to 15 cents higher here than other gas station locations (probably because they (Exxon) are located next to I-694). I have tried to avoid coming here for that reason and because it is difficult to get in and out of this location. Not a big fan of that.
Beware of the faulty car wash, and the customer is always wrong mindset. The carwash dryer ripped the mirror glass out of my side mirror, which caused it to fall to the ground and break. I have a newer truck, and did not have any preexisting issues with the stock mirror. I left my name and phone number for a manager to resolve the damage, who did not call me back for over a week. When I had to call to follow up, I was sent to multiple different people before reaching the correct manager who was unwilling to take any action whatsoever. The car wash disclaimer posted at the entrance states they arent responsible for damage to AFTERMARKET parts (bug deflectors etc), but beware they will not take responsibility for damaging your stock vehicle parts even if it is due to an error with the car wash. The manager stated if 1000 cars go through and only your mirror breaks, your mirror was broken beforehand. I know this to not be true, but this business (probably achieving multiple thousands of dollars in sales a day) was unwilling to right their wrong over a mirror.
Friendly honest service. Free drinks while you wait.
