I drive about an hour past much closer ranges to go to Strictly. My wifes, daughters, and my own bow were all purchased here. They are the only range I know of that has treated us all right! They never made my wife and daughter feel any lesser the way other ranges have. All are bows were very expertly set up and the one slight issue I did have with my rest, they fixed perfectly, quickly and on the spot. All archers, support strictly archery!!!

I was in a bind and needed to get my bow fixed for a hunting trip tomorrow. I was debating on just buying another bow because they had so many bows to fix. They said if I can wait an hour they would fix my bow. Not only did they string the bow but they helped optimize everything for me. The guy that helped me even stayed after his shift ended to help me. Those guys are very passionate about their work. Their attention to detail stands out. I will be back to use their ranges. My daughter just received a bow as a gift. Went into Strictly Archery for some arrows and Brandon helped us out. He adjusted her bow, cut some new arrows for her, and gave her some great advice. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I may go back and get myself a bow very soon.

First time shooter with zero knowledge. I was gifted an old PSE and needed my draw weight and length reduced. Not only did they adjust my draw at no cost, I was given recommendations on a release and arrows. I purchased the release and they immediately pulled me to the range to get my form and fit down. They even dialed in my sights until I was hitting consistent 3-4” groupings. I had such a good time I purchased those arrows he recommended and can’t wait to head back. They’ve got my business in the future. Very impressed.

Definitely was a great experience!!! My family and I went to the facility to have some work done on my bow and also have my Daughters checked. Dillon was able to fix it with no issues while Scott was able to show my father some new bow options both men were extremely knowledgeable. The repair work was great quality and prices were fair. The facility also has an indoor practice range which is affordable. We will definitely be back to practice here.

Great Archery shop with very knowledgeable staff, super friendly and always willing to offer advice if needed. Has 2 archery ranges one for 20yds I believe on main floor and another at approx 40yds upstairs. Always has several bow techs on site for quick adjustments and very reasonable prices.

Not new to archery, however I had no knowledge of crossbows. The people that work here just wanted to teach and inform. No pressure sell, and they will sell and help you with whatever you decided on.

Took my daughter here to get her 1st bow tuned up, and the staff here were awesome.

My electric motor on my pontoon boat malfunctioned (would only go in reverse). Scott spent a number of hours trying a number of things to correct the issue. However, in the end it wasn’t repairable. Given that my motor was no longer available, Scott was able to install a new motor making all the modifications required. It’s now better than it ever was. Even though it took a little longer than originally expected, very happy with the work done.

The electric motor on my pontoon was busted and they came right over to fix it but took it back to the shop after realizing the severity of the problem. They took it apart, quoted the repair, fixed it, and then returned it on schedule. Excellent communication and service. I couldn’t ask for a better company to do business with.

This is the best shop around. I drive 45 minutes each way to get there because it is always worth it for top notch service and advice.

Strictly Archery is also a certified Minn Kota repair shop. Dave is very good, and can get your Minn Kota products going again. He has worked on my Talons several times and he always does a quick and good job.

Had an issue with our boat the day before July 4th and had guest coming over for a party. We called up Scott and he was there the next morning to replace the motor on our boat and had the boat back to us by noon. After several issues with other Chicagoland bow shops I found Scott and his amazing staff at Strictly Archery. I believe it has now been 9 years or so, 4 new bows couple cross bows and general maintenance and upgrades. Not once have they steered me wrong. They have been spot on all recommendations and work performed. Their prices are right on and turn around time is spot on. (however dont be a fool and expect next day during the heat of the season...get your stuff situated before season). That all being said I highly recommend them as the best shop in northern Illinois! Ive never taken up crossbows before today. Strictly Archery put me in a position to feel comfortable about learning the sport. Their range setup is perfect for dialing in the scope.

I use to live 30 mins from here, but now I’m out of state. So every time I’m home, I always make an effort to come out and shoot here at their 3D range. Some of the targets are getting pretty beat up, though.Overall, it’s a great place with that “mom and pop” feel. They sold me my first compound bow years ago. I still have it to this day and is the only one I use and own. So glad I bought here instead of a big chain store. They answered every question and more than happy to help you find your perfect fit.
