I wish I caught the girls name who was working!! She had blue hair and was wearing a pretty black velvet dress, I went in today asking about hair color, and she was extremely helpful and one of the nicest people I’ve encountered in customer service. She was more than happy to help me pick out my color and give me advice on coloring my hair, she had me leaving the store confident in the products I had purchased and excited for the next time I had to stop in at Sallys for more products. couldn’t have had a better experience.

I went in today and the gentleman working right away greeted me and asked if I needed help and led me to the hair color dye that I needed; I was clueless on the ratio to the developer and the process. He explained everything so thoroughly! Thank you for taking the time to fully explain!

Gentleman that was there was very helpful & knowledgeable. Also very friendly and not bothered by all my questions. Got what was suggested. Cant wait to see the results.

I didn’t get his name but the guy working is AWESOME! if you have questions or have no idea how to dye or fix your hair ASK THEM they are the best here!

I went to that particular Sallys because of Greg I am assuming is the manager. He is not only friendly and personable but knowledgeable about all the products and he knows hair and how the products works on it. He is professional on all levels.The Sallys in my area are not hairdressers they know nothing about hair which is disheartening. I would travel toShorewood anytime for that service.Thanks Greg!

Been to multiple Sallys locations and all were terrific except for this store. Asked if there was more product in the back for a specific hair color and before I could even fully get my question out I was interrupted with no. No follow up, no checking the back. Then proceeded to give me a hard time about products I was buying. (Every product and color chosen was recommended by a professional stylist) I felt as if I was being bullied into buying products I didnt want. I left the store with nothing but a feeling of scolded child. Will not be coming back to this location.

I loved coming here but i’ve had a few rough experiences while shopping here, I was looking for a red dye for my hair, The lady with the purple hair was very rude and had short anwsers then continued to push me to buy the wrong developer. completely FRIED my hair, bleached it and left me with shredded hair that was falling out in chunks. Had to get a salon to fix it. when it all could of been avoided if she wasn’t being lazy and bullying me into buying stuff i didn’t need.

After working with Greg, I will say that this location has surpassed my expectations. The bolingbrook store, however, does not know how to do business and should really be evaluated.

Greg Goldfuss is amazing!!! He just took over this store as manager and let me tell you he gave me so much great advice, my hair was not at its greatest and he gave me products that are really improving the quality of my hair, he is not just there to sell you products, he is really there to help you reach your beauty goals

Never going here again.. Sales rep with purple hair and glasses told me to buy blonde hair extensions and brown semi permanent hair dye to dye them so that when my natural ash brown hair grows out I can easily change the color.. She watched me pick out my products as I asked thorough questions... Never told me that it would dye the extensions nasty green! I spend so much money there and either get an attitude when I go or someone giving hair advice that shouldnt.

Very helpful employees. fair prices. I love going here for all my hair color and dead hair needs. Without them, I think I would be bald.

The ladies with purple hair this morning did not help me at all. They were angry and rude at me. They are unhelpful! the sales person is there to help you out not to make feel uncomfortable to ask.
