This was a fantastic experience. I needed a new adjustable bed base, because mine was not working properly. The salesman was very helpful and accommodating, and I was able to finalize the sale and get approved for no interest financing very quickly. Adam went above and beyond to be helpful and get me the best possible deal. The delivery men were also excellent. They took away the old base, and brought in and set up the new one very carefully. They left the area as clean as they found it, and were very respectful of my property. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a new mattress or bedding accessories.

Outstanding customer service! My fiancé and I have been sleeping on what you would consider a college dorm room mattress for YEARS! We knew it was way overdue for an upgrade. So, let me tell you about Adam, my sales consultant. I called before I visited and he answered enthusiastically. He presented cognizant while answering my questions. Fast forward to us walking in, we were greeted IMMEDIATELY, and in my opinion acknowledging a customer ASAP, is a key to a good rapport. We were spoken to in language we could relate to; another key. In my opinion when someone can relate to your prior knowledge you will comprehend much better. I do not appreciate rambunctious sales people, I do appreciate Adam. Damion greeted me and took great care of me since I’m handicapped and a veteran that can’t walk very far at all and I have a walker. We sat at his desk and discussed all the things I was looking for and in my price range. I’m very satisfied with the great care Damien showed me. Theresa was also there and was also very helpful when Damien needed her to help. Great people and great service. I’m happy to say I purchased what I wanted and needed . Brian was really helpful, I wanted to return a mattress we bought 90 days ago. They give you 120 days to try it out. I talked to him on the phone, told him which mattress I wanted to try next.He set it all up within 35 minutes and they will be picking up the 1st one and dropping the New one off in 3 days.Fantastic service and great knowledge in handling this request.

My husband and I were totally pleased with the customer service given to us by Teresa. We were interested in purchasing a headboard and platform bed. Since there were none on display she helped us order one online in the store. She was very helpful and gracious.

Vince at the Shorewood was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. He fixed our issue when we had a slightly damaged bed frame delivered to us. The delivery guys from Hasty Delivery were also very polite and helpful. They insisted that we inspect our mattress and foundation before they left and took pictures of the damaged foundation so that a new one could be expedited. A pleasurable experience overall!

This was the best mattress buying experience I’ve ever had. Teresa was so patient in answering all my questions, of which I had many!!!! I was able to try a few different brands and she explained the different pros and cons of each. I will definitely go back to this location in Shorewood for my next purchase.

I went into this Mattress Firm location just to look because I figured I would get a cheap, bed in a box mattress online but was blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable the manager, Adam, that I decided to go with a Tempur Pedic Probreeze. I couldnt be happier with my decision! I have never been so happy to go to bed every night and my new mattress is so comfortable that I dont want to get out of bed in the morning. I have never slept on anything so supportive and comfortable. Adam gave me all the attention I needed and room to try out other options all while being very patient while I asked him countless questions.
