We bought flooring from FCA twice approximately 10 thousand dollars worth. The first time was a good experience. The second time was terrible! We took time off work and made arrangements for our kids and dog for the Promised installation date. They delivered the wrong material so we had to take more time off work and get coverage for the kids and family the following week. They did give us a couple of gift cards but basically said accidents happen. On our 3rd day of installation which was supposed to be the completion of our floor they still didnt have all of our material in. FCAs response was basically itll get done when we can and they expected us to just be able to adjust our lives around on their time. If you do go with them make sure you watch when the installers are putting your shoe molding on. They try and use your old shoe molding even if its cracked and broken. Or save yourself the hassle and go with a different company. I try and shop local especially with the pandemic but FCA will never get another penny out of me!

Courtney helped make our experience practically effortless. She’s helped us with carpet, laminate, and now all new blinds for our home. Courtney is knowledgeable, professional, and will remember you by name. You can tell she takes pride in her job, and is always ready to help you make your home beautiful with all that FCA offers. Courtney at FCA, Shorewood, IL has provided stellar customer service! She has went above and beyond what most other companies have done. Courtney actually took the time to deliver samples to my home, saving me the trip. She took my very first inquiry via online chat, and still follows up with great options and alternatives. I have not yet decided on flooring, but must say regardless of my future choice, Courtney has done all possible to help me and consistently has a positive attitude. My appointment was between the time spand of 10-12am. No one showed. I got a call from he scheduler saying the installers were leaving their 1st job and were 10 minutes out. No one showed. Then got a call from installer saying he would be there at 3:30. Never showed. 5pm I get a call from the installer yeah you still want this carpet. They scuffed my newly pained walls and burnt the new carpet they installed. When I informed the manager of my horrible service and day and asked for a discount off my total, she offered me a 50$ gift card. I dont feel the service i got is worth $800 and will never refer or do business with this company ever again!!!

Michael was great! He was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was in the store. The first time I was there I got carpet for our upstairs. Things went so smoothly that I decided to go back there for my basement floor. I called Michael and the next day he was at my house to measure. I let him know what we wanted to get and he gave us a quote right away. He was extremely helpful throughout the process. Thanks Michael and FCA for a great experience. A++++

I went to FCA to find new carpet for our family room. I really had no idea what I wanted. Lindsay listened to my needs, was mindful of our budget and directed me to several great options. She was extremely patient and super helpful as we made our final choice. Her follow-up was also appreciated; I always knew where our order stood and what the next step was. Installers were very fast and moved all our furniture for us. Overall a 5-star experience! I would definitely recommend FCA to my friends and family!

Over the years and different houses I have never had a problem with FCA. basically you give them a call and they will set up the measure, then go in and pick your product. delivery has been fast every time. the sales staff is the best people, esp karen who works with me. she has gone way out of her way to make sure I was happy. also the staff can be of great assistance in helping you decide and showing you the many options . the install guys were polite and neat and did a great job. ☆☆☆☆☆

We live over an hour away from FCA. We are decorating our fixer-upper, and were looking for rugs. Kate helped us both with physically moving the large rugs and with design help in picking the best ones. We purchased two and have been so happy that we drove back to select tile for our fireplace surround. Highly recommended!

I had an incredible experience with this FCA. They were fast and courteous. Prices were fair. They were actual the third company I contacted after a terrible experience with a hardware store chain and then a television carpet company. They were the only company that was pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend.

I bought my carpet for my living room, dining room, stairs and hallway at FCA in Shorewood, IL and Jorge and his crew installed it for us. Everything was easy from picking out the carpet, deciding which carpet pad to use, what day I wanted it installed, etc. Day of install went so smooth, we had furniture that needed to be moved that was included in the final price and they were very careful moving everything and when they placed the furniture back in the rooms they verified with me the placement! My carpet looks amazing and feels so soft to walk on. I recommend FCA for all of your flooring needs.

Courtney was very helpful and a joy to work with. Thank you, Courtney! We love the carpet, its perfect, exactly what we wanted for our bedrooms. Installation went well, finished in a few hours, and it looks great. Small complaint, they showed up over two hours early with no notification, luckily my husband was dressed!!! Also, they damaged the walls in several places. We have touch up paint and spackle so we were able to repair the damages .

Unfortunately decided not to do business with them due to their higher prices. But they do price check, but decided to not use them. Staff was great too and they had an awesome selection. Would still recommend.

Tried to get service completed and the installer wasnt certain on how to complete our backsplash. Also, when the floor covering installer came he didnt complete the project and used the incorrect material. I will never use FCA again. Shop around before you use this company. They even charged my card without performing the entire job. Word to the wise.

We had a very positive experience at FCA. Lindsay was amazing to work with, can’t recommend her enough! She was very helpful and friendly and never pushy. We weren’t quite sure which carpet to purchase and she recommended one that turned out perfectly! We love our carpet, but honestly it was the outstanding customer service that will make us return to FCA for future flooring needs. Lindsay treated us more like friends/family than just strangers buying carpet. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the whole process. Also worth mentioning is the fact that FCA stands behind their product and installation. We had a minor issue and Jeff took care of it promptly. He was also very competent and professional. Based on our experience, we definitely recommend purchasing from FCA!

I do not suggest using FCA for installation. It took them 5 days after coming to our home to measure to give us an outrageous quote. Other companies give you a quote same day. We had our entire 2900 sq ft house done with the exact same flooring for close to what FCA quoted us for just the first floor. Overpriced installation and slow customer service is my reason for one star.
