Must-stop in Shorewood! Chocolate bars are excellent. I can’t handle the super dark varieties, but I really enjoy all of the options up to 60% cacao. Very friendly staff and they have a rewards program which is awesome since it’s overall a bit pricey!

Purple Door ice cream is really good. Not a very large selection of chocolates and limited hours.

Everything is so good. Try it all. Seriously. Try the dark sea salt bar. Try the s’mores bar. Insane

The chocolates were great, but Im not sure why they are so expensive. I dont think they are made by hand. I may be wrong on that. They seem like something that was shipped from a factory and made to look hand made. Still very tasty and a fun treat

Always great service, and AMAZING gourmet chocolate bars and truffles. I havent had their ice cream but Ive heard its good as well. Each worker knows what each truffle so its easy to find the chocolate I want. I stop here whenever I have a chocolate craving or a birthday present to get

Truffles are the star of the show. Lots of darker chocolates, some of which almost look too pretty to eat. Almost.

Love the chocolate. Love love love! The Hard Apple Cider Carmel is my favorite... Its a must try during the fall and winter months.

Customer service was good. I thought the price of the chocolates were outtrageously expensive $$$!! We paid $45 for a box of 24 chocolates of our choosing! They were good but so not worth the price!!! In addition, i purcased the dark chocolate ginger & orange peels. They were $8 a bag! I thought they were overpriced! They were delicious though! I sampled the toffee when I got home. Its was chewey not crunchy like toffee should be. I wanted to take it back but i didnt think to keep think to keep the receipt.

Im not sure how long Indulgence Chocolatiers has had this location in Shorewood, but it first caught my eye when passing it as I was on my way to work. It was my first time visiting them at any of their locations and Im sad that I didnt know about them sooner!The chocolates that Indulgence Chocolatiers serves up are delectable, rich, and oh so good! Im picky when it comes to finding great chocolatiers and these folks did NOT let me down.Trutti (I hope I spelled her name out correctly) was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the products Indulgence Chocolatiers has to offer. She even told us some of her favorite topping and ice cream combinations, since this location sells purple door ice cream by the pint, scoop, and dish (by the way, Indulgence Chocolatiers make all of their to die for toppings from scratch; try the chocolate dipped candied orange peels, or the smoke cherries!!).I cant wait till I stop by again! Thanks Trutti for your insight and the wonderful first visit to Indulgence Chocolatiers!
