Great coffee shop. I love Colectivo. This location is clean, the workers are friendly, and the waiting area is well marked. Always get some good drinks and coffee beans from Colectivo.

To give this place anything less than five stars is an injustice to the business. The employees there are extremely friendly, and extremely speedy in making sure your orders are met. Not to mention that I have been here numerous times and not once have they screwed up my order. Please visit this place!

Colectivo is the best coffee in Milwaukee. Their Shorewood location is a great place to work from or grab a bite to eat. The workers are always very kind and the food is always good!

Constantly find the service here lack luster. Regularly don’t get the drink I ordered and constantly have to wait 20+ minutes for a coffee. Staff seem disinterested in their job and don’t seem to care about providing decent customer service.Love Colectivo and go to a location about everyday but this is by far the worst service out there, just happens to open the earliest.

Hard to walk into a coffee house that you cant sit in, but thats the times right now.I am not a coffee drinker but love there Chia Latte with Cumeric. The menu board didnt have it but it was missing quite a bit of stuff.They made it for me though.The Danish/sweets and food is fantastic also, but I dont get any this time. Just a few bags of ground beans for presents for friends. The service was great, not a wait at all.

Colectivo, as a purveyor of great coffee and exceptional food exceeded all expectations when trying to find something to eat. The food in question, the fried chicken sandwich, exceeded my expectations significantly. You cannot go wrong with choosing something to eat at Colectivo, the fried chicken sandwich however, is truly the best thing on the menu. It’s wonderful flavor and exceptional quality paired with the experts at Troubadour Bakery obviously make it a masterpiece. Every bite is wonderful and borderline enlightening. Words cannot describe my affection for this wonderful sandwich. If this sandwich ever gets removed from the menu, it will be the last time I ever come to any Colectivo Shops. I will update this review with pictures of said sandwich in due time.

Amazing coffee and great choices for chai. The best is Chaga chai. Their house brewed coffee is provides wide range of coffee from dark brewed to mild roast. My fav is mild roast in brewed coffee and Chaga chai is my goto drink. Also there retail theses coffee. Let me know if you guys try Chaga chai !!! Have fun

I really like the Baja Breakfast Bowl. It is a delicious combo of rice, beans, scrambled egg, avocado, and salsa. It is garnished beautiful with parsley and radish. The coffee is excellent too, I love the black and tan flavor (bold)! Good environment for hanging out with friends and studying. Nice location with seating inside and outside.

Curbside pickup is a well-oiled machine, these folks are killing it!

Colectivo is the go-to coffee shop in the Milwaukee area. Awesome selection of bakery goods- muffins, scones, cookies, and my favorite macaroons. Smoothies are amazing too. Plenty of working space to study or just catch up with friends.

Service and coffee were okay. Staff were hard working but clearly exhausted. It is interesting that this is a hang out for Shorewood High students. The teens were well behaved and clearly know how to manage themselves respectfully.

I truly love everything about Colectivo. There really isn’t another coffee place that can compare. They do so many things well. The coffee has always been for real coffee and tea drinkers (not for dessert drinks dressed like coffee). From their beginning as Alterra to the evolution of Colectivo they just continue to improve. The atmosphere is unique at each location with a few similarities. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bakery is by far better than you will find at other coffee shops. The menu is small, but what they offer is good quality. I was always fairly limited as I try to avoid dairy and gluten. Now they have a breakfast bowl that is incredible. It’s flavorful and healthy:: eggs and guacamole over a bed of brown rice and beans with a slightly spicy salsa. The only challenge can be finding a place to sit. I have been going since close to the beginning. I was inspired to write a review as I thought about how they started and have grown, yet remain such a great part of each neighborhood they serve.

Im not a coffee drinker, but I love their other options. Baked oatmeal is yummy, and the pumpkin cranberry muffin is also. Nice place to study, but bring headphone they usually have the music playing loud. Maybe one downside is the requirement to continue to log in to the WiFi during extended stays.

I love Colectivo in all its manifestations! Good coffee, tea and food in an inviting environment. Plenty of space, though it is so popular as a community meeting place that at certain times of day you might need to be on the lookout to score a table. In nice weather, outdoor seating expands your options. Friendly folk, a nice array of tasty eats including a creative sandwich options and yummy baked goods- whats not to love?

Very liberal looking types which is not me but I am accustom to it from living in the weird city for all those years. The coffee is great and the place has a buzz to it. Employees are friendly and know what they are doing.

Groovy little coffee shop. Love the turkey club sandwich. Seasonal outdoor seating. Great location to walk around downtown Shorewood.

Pros: Staff are friendly, mushroom bisque and peanut butter bars are amazing, coffee is good, and music tends to be good. Good space to sit down and get work done. Plenty of outlets and good atmosphere.Cons: Building is made of some type of steel-lead hybrid apparently, because cell phone signals are nonexistent inside. Mushroom Bisque isnt on menu enough. Have to re-connect to the internet like every 30 minutes.

Great coffee but the employees need improvement with customer service and they are usually slower than the other locations. I prefer to go to the Humboldt location as the atmosphere and employees are typically better.

Great coffee and food. Please figure out how to allow orders for a matcha tea. 75%of the time I order matcha with water (aka traditional matcha) I get either a matcha latte or regular green tea. Then the breeze 2 always gets combative when I say I just want it with hot water. Not everyone wants creamy sugar water! This just tells me Colectivo is getting too big and relying on computers not people. I want my old Alterra back.

This particular Colectivo is my home away from home, so to speak (Im there almost daily). Of all the ones Ive been to, they have the friendliest staff (contrary to what another writer posted, Ive never witnessed any rudeness in the years Ive been going there). I also really like their coffee. Blue Heeler is my personal Colectivo favorite! I just love this place.

Friendly if youre a regular. Music is nice but loud. Asked manager to turn volume down and he seemed put out. I get that it motivates workers in the early a.m. but not a nightclub. But..they dont care, cuz Im not a regular.Typical world !!

Im always happy to come here for coffee, lunch, meeting friends ... Service is always great (I recently had both hips replaced and even if I just order coffee, one of the staff will bring it to my table, as I am still using a walker). Excellent coffee, excellent service, AND they make a wonderful Fresh Mozzarella Baguette - my favorite!!

Aside from the coffee and treats being very good, the thing that makes every​ Colectivo location really special is the people who work there. They manage to find some of the very best Baristas and counter staff Ive met anywhere, and its always such a pleasure to go there because of those awesome people :) If you work there and youre reading this, consider this a personal thank you. This cafe has a friendly and helpful staff, a comfortable atmosphere, and terrific coffee. The only negative is that the building blocks most cell signals; this isnt Colectivos fault, and they have free wi-if, though it can be finicky sometimes. I also wish they had more couches.

A big fan of Milwaukees local coffee roasters, this Collectivo is within walking distance of many local shops in Shorewood, and the service and selection is fantastic, as is the outdoor seating (weather permitting).

This location is just okay. I like the energy and the atmosphere inside. However, the last few times I have been here, there have been coffee grounds in my coffee, very unpleasant. First time it happened, I thought it was a fluke, but then it happened again, and then again.
