Can’t figure out how to schedule a flu shot
Can’t even believe what this woman just did! I have a new insurance card but I asked her to check what it cost with this insurance vs my membership with GoodRx and this lady changed my 90 day scripts to 30 days because that’s what the insurance covered! She didn’t even ask me! She just freaking changed them without any acknowledgement from me! I’m a truck driver and yes the last 4 mos I been working out of Chicago but I travel 48 states! Why on earth would you do that? Just cost me all kind of trouble now! So now I have to go on mail order get caught back up with 90 day supply so it’s synced back with my primary care visits! Just freaking unbelievable!
Got my COVID vaccine today from here and i think her name was Joanna (hopefully I am not wrong about her name due to being really nervous)And she did an Amazing job of explaining everything to me but also answering any questions I had !!Thanks for all the professionalism from the entire staff !!I will always have a soft spot in my heart for this group of people front to back !Thank you
We received our vaccinations recently Teresa was amazing, She was friendly and reassuring. Pharmacy is well run and professional.
Most unprofessional staff. They cancelled and rescheduled my covid test then didnt have me in the books for the time they rescheduled. Rescheduled me again with the most attitude Ive ever experienced when it was their fault to begin with.
This place has been progressively going downhill. Their phone system is the most obnoxious thing on the planet. I have been trying to reach a human all day and keep getting hung up on by their system that times out. I have been waiting ALL DAY for a prescription to be filled and have heard nothing. Last time I checked, people usually need medication for LIFE.
Pharmacy efficient, Minute Clinic A+, shelves stocked, front cashiers friendly and helpful.Negatives to see people shopping WITHOUT masksor being worn improperly-Will County has increased Covid cases-they should be stopped at the door and refused service! (Follow Governor rules-please!)
Rude people at the pharmacy and front desk. Don’t even make the time to listen to what the customer is asking.
The cashier at both the pharmacy and the front end or extremely nice
The so called concierge has a horrible attitude. I explained to him that cvs website gave the wrong impression of rapid test for many locations and was transferred to him as a “concierge” hub. The guy was rude, unhappy with his job considering all I was looking for was a rapid Covid test since I’m a health provider who cannot just close or not show up without ruling it out. John change your attitude! Empathy is a good thing on your job!
These are kind and courteous and they will really help you find what you need
Was very happy with CVS.
It be cvs
Love this CVS! Friendliest staff upfront headed by the manager Tom.
Prescriptions are not filled when promised. Why ask what time you will pick up if the prescription isnt done even hours after you say you will be back? My advice is the tell them you are coming back 4 hours earlier then you plan on returning.Staff is always friendly.
I had to get 3 uncommonly used prescriptions called into Shorewood CVS and the pharmacist(a male) and pharmacy tech (Linzie-I think that was her name) were exceptionally helpful!! They went above and beyond trying to help me track down these medications that I needed. They helped me find them at another pharmacy and transferred the prescription over for me. I really appreciate all their help and generosity during my challenging time!!! Thank you!!!!
I went to CVS in Shorewood because my hometown CVS did not have my prescription in stock. They told me Shorewood did. It is an opiate and one Ive been on for 11 yrs since being in a horrible car accident. The pharmacist started talking to me about overdosing and getting Narcam. Then he explained the medication brought down respiration. I told him my Dr already told me that. I told him I take it as prescribed. I see a pain management Dr every 2 months. The Dr writes when it is to be filled last. The pharmacist acted like I was an addict and left without saying a thing. I was told by a pharmacy associate that it would be 1 hr to fillbut it took almost 2 hours to fill..I only fill at CVS. I called my hometown CVS and let my pharmacist that the Shorewood CVS made me feel like an addict. She said she was very sorry. I asked how I can have it in my hometown CVS. She told me how to so Im going to do it every month so its in at my hometown CVS. I dont appreciate being practically called an addicted. I dont overtake it, I keep it in a safe, I only keep 1 day supply in my pill container which stays on my belt loop and in my pocket. I had hand surgery and even that i told the surgeon I was on pain medication and didnt need any since I take one already. I noticed the surgeon wrote a opiate pain medication. I told the nurse to shred it because I was not getting filled. If I was an addict I wouldve taken it and filled it. I didnt get a chance to tell the Shorewood CVS pharmacist. I had not been treated like an addict before. Im still upset. The car accident was not my fault but 11 yrs later Im still in extreme pain due to cervical and lumbar spine damage. Life has not been the same since this guy pulled in front of me at 55mph.
Worst pharmacy in the area. Forced to go there because of insurance. Numerous visits during the past year and not a single one has been positive. Numerous issues: Refusing to ring up over the counter items at the pharmacy while picking up prescription, prescription not ready when promised, told there are no prescriptions for us until we ask to check again for the third time, rude workers!! I cannot wait to change insurance so we can go to the Osco in Minooka.
Not a bad place, Ive had very few complaints
Not a bad CVS. Pretty standard.
I would never visit their minute clinic. Worst service!!
