Three people at this location were unable to help me. An Amazon return required UPS. First excuse, we dont have WiFi, so I couldnt access my prepaid label. Another customer suggested I could get a screenshot and that works for her. Left, got a screenshot, and returned. Now theres a ridiculous line. Still no access, went outside, pulled up my screenshot, but the third guy now said he couldnt scan my label, and its $2.94 to print it. Are you kidding? UPS gets the business for my prepaid return but charges for the label? What a scam!
Kind, professional, quick and efficient. Ive had good experiences at this UPS store over the past couple of years. In my most recent visit, I learned that the store has new ownership. I found that the people working there do really good work.
I sent out two packages and one of my items said it was never shipped. I called and one of the workers told me he opened up my package to see what I was sending and made sure it was sent out. Illegal. Waited two days for them to update the tracking. Now my other package says it hasn’t been delivered yet but it has. eBay relies on the tracking so this isn’t good at all. I can’t receive my money. Horrible place to send packages.
I use this store a lot. It’s super convenient, the employees are friendly and efficient.

Normally I’m not one to write reviews however, Antonio at the The UPS Store’s Shorewood branch took the time to handle my fragile shipment with great care and professionalism, no complaints upon arrival. I will be recommending this branch to my local colleagues.
Very rude! Lack of knowledge on their part is very disappointing when you have important questions. Wasn’t even able to ship the package I wanted, had to go to usps.
Im here a lot. Nice people, good at what they do. The line gets long at the end of the day, so I try to get there before 4pm.
I have used this particular store for 15 years and they have always been courteous, efficient and pleasant. I tell all my friends to come here rather than use FedEx or any other shipping company. Kudos to you folks!
Staff is either uneducated or just doesn’t care about their job anymore. I took two trips here just for them to be completely useless. I live 5 miles from the nearest ups store first time you said I had the wrong QR code, then the second time it couldn’t be scanned because “Your amazon account is on hold” they didn’t help or have any other information that could help me with this.... I called amazon & they said my account isn’t on hold & “There’s absolutely no way for a ups store to know about your account”I went 15 MILES! out of my way just to make some returns. Thankfully every ups store isn’t as useless as this one.
I’m in once a week (for years!) and have had nothing but the most efficient, knowledgeable, friendly help. It is by leaps and bounds a better experience than both the post office and FedEx/Kinkos!

Extremely awful location their staff was extremely uneducated. Please educate your staff that Puerto Rico is not a state in Mexico or international it’s a part of the USA! - (edit there was no female team member present and I do not recall raising my voice. If the policy was explained to me rather than being told in a condescending manner the situation would have gone better. I do not often right negative reviews but when I am mistreated based on where I am from or sending packages I will speak up.)
This store and their staff are absolutely perfect. There are many, many small business in Shorewood who depend on their fast, friendly and professional services. If you own a small business or are thinking about starting one this UPS Store will be your best resource. A very busy place but they always have time to do a fantastic job.
I dropped off a package here to be delivered and needed assistance in marking the box. I was helped right away and the matter was finished in less than five minutes. Very helpful staff, great drop-off location for shipping with UPS.
I am a nurse and had to work until two on a Saturday, and i know you are only open until 2:30 on those days. I pulled in around 2:28 and the store was closed and I saw a staff member inside and all he did was shrug his shoulders at me when I had knocked on the door. It was very unprofessional and it seemed like all he wanted to do was go home after an apparent tough day at work. Regardless, I needed that package delivered tomorrow by the latest and I knew the store was not open on Sundays so when I got there right before close on Saturday i was relieved i was able to pick it up. Little did i know the staff here was super unprofessional and I was unable to receive my package on time. From this point forward i am going to try and avoid using UPS altogether, because I have never had a problem like this with FedEx.

Oh, they do the job alright, but theyre never friendlier than they have to be. No one here acts like they really want to be there or want the job, which makes customers feel like they should get lost and stop adding to the irritation. Part of this effect is probably from being located in snooty-town, Shorewood, but this location is 100% of the reason I started a private account with UPS, who apologized and said theyre not responsible for franchise locations like this one. My advice to the employees is: try treating the customers like people that you actually enjoy meeting, not like a nuisance.
My friend recently mailed me an international package that was dropped off in the middle of the afternoon on a Monday. I set up automated tracking of the shipment as soon as I had the tracking number. To my dismay - it took 2 days for my package to simply be picked up by the postal service from this store. That is not speedy service !
Parking lot is small so get there early or during not busy hours. Once inside the staff was very friendly. However, they charge $3 per package to drop off USPS. I have never heard of this before. The UPS by my work charges $0. I will go there instead.
While passing through town I needed to mail some things. The associate at the front desk went above and beyond.

First off, Id like to state that I ship a lot of stuff. For work and for personal reasons. For work I am forced to use Fedex but for all my personal shipping needs I always go to this UPS Store. Unlike many other franchises, this particular store doesnt charge for tape 👍. This location is really convenient since theyre right on Oakland so youll find it a short distance from Riverwest, the East Side, Shorewood, or Whitefish Bay.They do USPS and UPS labels and will tell you both prices and which is the cheapest/fastest option. As a UPS store, theyll package your stuff up for you and nothing that Ive sent through them has ever arrived damaged. Ive printed stuff there before too. Its the trust policy so you can either do it yourself and tell them how many you have or if youre feeling lazy you can get them to do it for you with like a few cents extra. I appreciate that they can just get straight to business and cut it out with all the pandering chitchat thats so common these days. Particularly when youre in a hurry and just want to ship things and get on with your day.
I ordered one address. Have delivered in another way. Now no one knows where the Package is. I think we need to check the IQ of the Workers.
First time here. Excellent service including resolving a shipping issue.
Never had any issues. The workers arent in-your-face friendly, but I like that. I go there to send and receive mail. I dont go there to have lengthy discussions. Theyre friendly when I engage them with a question or an issue. Works for me.
Have used this UPS store couple of times and each time there is a variance in service, price, and customer service. I will only use them for limited services.
