I have been ordering beef pockets and ham pockets for at least ten years and been pleased with the quality. Today although pleased with the quality of the beef pocket, the ham pocket came up short. As the photos detail, only two very thin slices of ham across the whole pocket. Not what we have previously experienced. Unless the recipe has changed, today was not a good value. Disappointed!

First my pizza came in raw, called guy was supper apologizing offered 10 dollar store credit and get me m’y oizza out to me right away. After hour called back. Nothing but excuses. He forget to put in order and tried to blame it on not having enough drivers, I asked for refund was told csnt do that. I spoke to manager same thing told me to come into store 2marrow. Their pizza is good (go for extra cheese). Their website you must be careful with, my wife ordered a double italian beef, extra cheese pizza and it processed the order as a plain cheese. The toppings are supposed to be listed along with the plain pizza itself but wasnt and she didnt pay attention to the difference in price (compared to what it should be). The manager was great and fixed it after we paid the difference, but it took going over there explaining what occurred and paying the difference in price.

Absolutely feel robbed 32.00 for a kalzone and hand full of fries and a 2literDONT GET THE KALZONE ITS JUST GREESY CHEESY BREAD THATS OVER PRICED NO BEEF WHAT SO EVER.. I celebrated my nomination this evening in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that we had a cool evening and the place was surely one of the reasons for that strong meeting. The crew participated in a graceful way, the cooking was great and my guests were very pleased. We shall surely come back again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, our order took 1 hour & 45 minutes, showed up cold, and the order was incorrect, We paid and still tipped well, I called to let them know and the manager Julian literally laughed on the phone.

Food was ok delivery was ok they forgot to bring napkins or paper plates.

Update on my previous review. Ive havent been here since almost two years. I was in the mood for a slice of pizza so I decided to give this place another shot. Boy was there a major improvement from the last times I came here. I was greeted as soon as I step foot in the establishment and was serviced right away. Decided to try their combo lunch specials (three cheesy bread sticks with dipping sauce, a can of your choice of soda, and your choice of a slice of pizza) and two additional slices for my siblings. They packaged the slices neatly. The value is good for what youre getting. The pizza is way better now. I dont know if its because its by the slice but the sausage pizza was on point. My little brother finished his pepperoni slice so I would say it also improved from last time as well. Glad I gave this place another chance.

The food is great and the people there are too!Theyre a small shop with many orders so expect a bit of a wait around lunch and dinner.If you see a bunch of cooks running around in the kitchen like mad men rather than lazing about while you wait, be nice!

Service is simply pathetic at best, place order online and it tells you 60 minutes but comes 96 minutes later. When you call you get he is on his way for over 20 minutes and took multiple orders. Then came without the entire order.

Always fantastic pizza. Have yet to have a bad experience. The delivery people are fast and courteous as well.

I had ordered from them for years atlease once a week. I had placed an order for delivery and when it was delivered it was completely wrong. I had called in to let them know. they told me i could drive it in or that they would put a credit in their system for my next one to be free. I said that is fine. so today I call in place my order and told them that there is supposed to be a credit on my account. the girl said there is nothing here about that. She had offered a partial credit. I told her to forget it all and that I would no longer be a customer of theirs. At that point she hung up. IMHO There are a lot of places to eat. I refuse to do business with a company that is not honest.

Good pizza and they have several locations all locations seem to be the same as far as taste and cleanest. Dont be afraid to try other meals here as well .

Their pizza is good but I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Who takes 10 minutes to place an order??? I ordered my usual and the price was different, then they tell my it cost more for parmesan cheese on the side. What pizza place charges for Parmesan cheese? The employee was rude and the manager was even more rude when I question the price. So sad😤 they have LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER!!

Toasted ravioli should not be black I could not even eat them said and I tipped double because of snow. That wont happen again

Dont waste your money or time. Food came after an hour and a half wait and was burned and missing all the condiments. I called to let them know about the situation and they did nothing to accommodate me. Terrible food and terrible service. Will never give them my business again!

Great beef rolls

I ordered a cheeseburger for my son last night maybe about 9, he called me and said it did not look done. When I arrived home, seeing as I was grocery shopping, I checked and sure enough it was still pink. I took pictures. I called this morning and was told by Dakota the manager “ why didn’t I call last night and that he could only give me a $2credit” . He was completely rude and condescending. I will post the pics.

From out of town...wanted a pizza at 10:40 found one...ordered a large sausage and mushroom pizza and 12 boneless wings...WELL....pizza was VERY GOOD!!! BUT to sell me frozen chicken nuggets for a 12 piece boneless wing for 10$ ....very disappointed in this place now....I dont order delivery for frozen nuggets....lost a customer here definitely!

Ordered food (beef pocket and 2liter) at 6pm. Received only my food with no 2 liter at 7pm. Was told he was running back to get my missing 2 liter. Then at 815pm he shows up and hands me my 3 dollars back. I called and talked to the manager who offered me a full refund as this was literally my third order in a row where my 2 liter was always forgotten. Then at 930pm I am still waiting for my refund from the delivery boy. I called yet again and they said theyre very sorry and are sending him over asap. I get a call back 5 min later saying they now arent refunding me anything at all and have basically had me sitting here waiting for hours for nothing. Awful customer service. Awful attitudes from crew members. Everyone is rude and absolutely useless at problem solving. I am no longer giving them my business and I ordered regularly even though they ALWAYS messed up the order or fogot my pop. After this experience and the hours of my time that they have wasted I will NEVER order from here again. And Ill be sure to let anyone who asks about this place know of my absolutely rediculous experience. Of I could rate this -5stars I would. Just awful.

My experience with the restaurant were good and because of a situation now Im looking for a new place to order pizza from.

Where do I start? The place has gone down hill since we started going there. It seems they have no consistency and the pizza just keeps getting worse. Tonight was the last straw. Went to pick up the pizza and breadsticks we ordered and the pizza was done but not the breadsticks so I was told it would be a few minutes. No big deal but as 10min or more went by the breadsticks never went in. Finally I told them I wasnt going to wait any longer to have cold pizza. Get the pizza home and its the wrong size and has so much cheese on it I feel like Im bitting through a brick of cheese but to top things off the cheese was burnt in several places and was from end to end. So needless to say this will probably be the last time I order from them

Food was ok delivery was ok they forgot to bring napkins or paper plates. When order food for delivery and when you are in a hotel it nessary have napkins and paper plates. I would give a 5 star rating but you forgot those things. Just remember to bring them you customer should not have ask for them
