AWESOME customer service! A locking pin on our Roadmaster tow bar broke as we were passing through the area, and we were dead in the water. We found them listed as a dealer online, called them, and they said they would look at the bar. It was repairable, and we were able to have a replacement part overnighted to them. Rob and his crew got us back on the road again in short order, in spite of being obviously very busy. They completely serviced/cleaned up the bar, their work was professional, and they were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!

Payed them to fix a rim they couldnt, not getting my business any more, Discount Tire will inspect your rims for free. Discount wants your business.

I brought in my four wheeler to repaired and when I got it back it broke down within 10 minutes but when I brought it back they not only fixed it they put on other parts and labor at no charge and I was impressed that they did fix the problem . I highly recommend this company .Thank you

If I could give negative stars it would definitely be a complete minus, do not take your vehicle to this place they are incompetent. I took my brand new Jeep there to have a towing base plate installed, by brand new I mean I had just picked it up the week before it didnt even have plates on it yet, when I picked it up I took it home and washed it and noticed deep scratches where they had taken out the tail light and let it hang on the painted bumper then there were ding in the body along the area they were working... this was a brand new car they were the first to work on it, I took it back and showed Rob of course he denied they did it because they were professionals and they put protectors around the area they work on. When I went to check on progress one day they did not have any protection on the car. Again when confronted he vehemently denied they did it to the point calling me a liar when I asked if he was calling me a liar he backed down and said to go get a bid for repair, I again asked if he was still denying that they did it he responded yes but told me to go get a bid to have it repaired. I received a bid of $1,400.00 took it back to Rob which he just shook his head, I paid for this repair, the auto shop made two attempts to get him to pay for it which he didnt... DO NOT TaKE your car here! Again they are incompetent and dishonest! In such a small town news travels fast and bad news twice as fast the owner of this place does not deserve your business take it to a more reputable place.

This place is Great! they Usually have what I need to make repairs IN STOCK! Rob is a great help and he is willing to assist you with direction and parts look up. He is honest with his prices.

Hey if you need after market & truck work,, or up grades & repairs. Check out the deals, I think youll be surprised. Definitely a great shop for trucks & ATVS. I just had a front hitch & level kit installed. The job competed in what I consider a very short time. Rob allowed me a few sneek peeks during installation and the shop guys were super,,all my questions about the job were answered with professional/technical expertise. Definitely worth the price for a great job.

Recently had a dual exhaust Flowmaster kit installed at White Mountain Performance, and they did an outstanding job. I would recommend this shop any time.

This people installed a lift kit for me took my 3” carli level kit off and they were suppose to put all my old parts in the bed of my truck after I got home i noticemy carli sway bar links were not in the bed. We called them they said ya we will put them aside. We went back after a week now they saying they dont have it they put everything in the bed not only this people suck at what they do they steal there customers parts!!! Robbin Hood is mad and didnt give my parts because of the negitive review. Soon everyone will know this guys shady business tactics. I wouldnt let Rob work on my wheelbarrow. Rob is only good at one thing and thats robbing his customers out of time, money and parts!!! BEWARE..Please steer clear and go to Arizona Suspension Specialists. Very nice honest guys!

Hi,I am responding to E Moneys reveiw...he called and asked for a price to install his already purchased pro comp 6 lift kit ..I said I can install that kit he said how much? I said around 650.00 I havent seen the truck or the kit he said no problem..we set a date to drop it off .. I said I didnt want to start on the truck on thursday just in case there was some problem he agreed so we said wed ..on wed it was a major snow storm.. so we postponed till thurs..he called around 11:00 am on thurs said what time should he bring it in? I thought He understood to have it here when we opened.He finally got here around noon.. after he got here we un loaded his lift ...found out that the kits all three of them.6 kit..long arm add on kit..fox shocks kit..was all for up to a 2012 truck he had a 2013 truck so I called pro comp talked with the tech ...he checked it all out and said after conversing back and forth and checking things it was going to work..so we porceded to check in all the boxes around 12:45 or so but the instructions for the parts and the kits was turned all upside down and around so I had to make copies and build a new insrtuction sheet and check in all the parts...there was a couple of parts that were missing but we had them already.. I could go on and explain everything but I could only work on the truck for two days..wich I did and every pro comp kit that I have installed doesnt fit correctly thats why I dont sell them...you have to pry and push and make clearance for the bolts to fit...to make along story short it took two solid days to install the kit..I only charged the customer what I said we started at and I cant control the weather.. I cant control where the cust lives...and I cant control what he already purchased.all good lift kits say what size tires will fit with the back spacing max it will accept.. the customer bought the lift, 3 kits from somebody else already having tires and wheels I am not responsible for the size of the tires and wheels he has...only he can make that decision so if it rubs and he needs spacers I can not control that..I am sorry that he is not happy with kit but he bought it and only he can control what happens...

These guys were thieves... Poor workmanship took it upon themselves to do work that was not asked of them never got authorization to do the work that they did do... Watch your back...

Had some logistics problems, but the owner did everything right to correct the my issues and I will go back to them for other products. Very satisfied

Had the compressor go out on the air leveling system on my truck. They ordered a new one, got it shipped, and installed in time for me to make my next destination. If I lived in Show Low, this would be my shop of choice for all my aftermarket parts and work on my trucks. Everyone I talked to was very professional.
