Employees are always friendly and helpful. We go in so much they know my husband by name. They are quick in helping and go above and beyond to get us what we need in a timely manner, especially when an item has to be ordered.

I’ve been going to this Auto Zone since I was 16yrs old. Every single time I went in I was always greeted by a sweet man who would help me find whatever I needed and never made me feel like a “stupid girl” for not knowing car things. It’s unfortunate I went in there yesterday with my father and was disrespected by one of the female employees when she tried to mansplain to me why there are two different sizes of windshield wipers when I asked her to remind me of the size I needed for my vehicle. It’s sad that women need rude to other women but alas thats part of the reason I left AZ. To me it was a clear sign of disrespect. The male employee who checked us out was super sweet.Anyways O’riely is across the street and I’ve heard great things about them :)

Everything appeared fine until I checked the power steering fluid they said I needed a quart of!! Then when I checked the very expensive battery, it was corroded already. No problem with the return...that was the GOOD part.

They have just about anything you might need. Unless you drive something classic... and air cooled.Still, a good place to go to get parts or even a bag of M&Ms.

Passing through, decided to stop in and pickup some wiper blades. While I was there decided to pickup a phone mount. Turned out the mount was missing a piece. It was the last one they had, the parts guy opened a box from a different style of mount and found a piece that completed the one I purchased. Everyone there was very helpful. Great service.Thanks guys, I appreciated the help.

Noticed our battery was dying and needed replacing after leaving church one Sunday. My husband rolled up his sleeves and was prepared to change the battery in his nice clothes, but one of the staff members offered to do it for us! Great customer service! Love Auto Zone for this reason.

I bought hundreds of dollars in parts here. There cashier put it on the wrong rewards account number & refused to get it fixed. I called the number he gave to report the problem. That did not work. Next 2 months of contacts, no resolution. Never got $20.00 card or anything else from them. Good looking after your business A-Zone.

Very helpful staff, needed help reading codes and they were quick to read the computer for free. Then figure out what could be causing the problem. Ive always had great service and they are fast to get parts that are not in stock. Ill be back for sure.

The manager looking guy was rude and to busy to help us. the rest of the staff was not really knoledgeable about what they were doing. We had to return 3 times. They had 1 helpful employee and he was the new guy

Driving from Tucson to Greer in the June heat, my cars air conditioning went out. Beth at AutoZone was incredible---walked us through buying freon, explained how we should add the freon, and then when that didnt work, talked with us about alternatives. I highly recommend this AutoZone!

I was in desperate need of a special fuse for my Harley-Davidson bike one Sunday morning and this store came to the rescue. Not only were they open, which was a delightful surprise, but the service was professional and over the top.The gentleman i dealt was kind enough to loan me a tool to complete a minor mechanical repair on my Harley and refused to except some cash as a thank you.He trusted me to return the tool without me leaving either my wallet, my cell phone or my firstborn child. What a guy!I will continue to patronize this chain of automotive stores.Phil.

Checked my battery, bought in November 2018, it was bad so they replaced under warranty, didnt even get my hands dirty.

Employees and management are half retarded and usually missing half the time....their system was put together by idiots as many of their callings for parts are NOT LISTED CORRECTLY and all parts must be paid in advance over 100$ ...go to Oriellys across the street they are the Best car parts store in this town plus they saved me 75$ on my last break job parts and didnt ask for payment in full...Ive worked on motors for 24 years and I know more about parts than everyone in this store and Im not skilled enough for an interview this is a social club store not a high volume customer oriented store..I frequent the car parts store an average of twice a week for the last year and for 6 months oriellys only less hassel better service correct parts listings

Salesman helpful in installing my windshield wipers.

I went to Auto Zone yesterday because my car temp gauge was very high. The guy at the counter (with the personality of a doorknob) came out to my car, looked at it and said it was probably the thermostat. (An easy fix)He told me it was safe to drive. I drive right next door to Dairy Queen and my car started smoking and coolant was leaking in their parking lot. My car was overheating, and I was in a very dangerous position. I turned the car off and went across the street to Oriley and not only did the gentleman there fully examine my car for free, but he diagnosed the problem, and told me that driving my car any further is extremely dangerous. I dont think the guy from Auto Zone was trained, nor did he care at all about my situation. I am never coming back and I will tell everyone I know about the awful experience I had.

Nobody else had the part that I needed at least not till Monday afternoon but AutoZone said I can get it Monday morning but now its going on 3 and I still havent got it looks like theyll tell you anything to get the sell. just called to check on the part but now that tell me wont come in till tomorrow I should have ordered it across the street and got it today at least this afternoon
