I have always purchased my tires at Big O but ever since I purchased the most recent set I have had a tire that kept slowly leaking air. I took it in and was told that they couldnt find the leak so I left. Later on the leak became worse and I took it in on 2 seperate occasions and they could not work me in. Tried again today at 4pm and was told they couldnt work me in again for 1 tire repair. So I went across the street to Center Tire and Mark Henderson took care of me! BIG O LOST MY BUSINESS, CENTER TIRE JUST GAINED IT!

Derek is polite helpful and listens to what you need. He understood my situation and went above and beyond to make my experience one to know I can count on this location when I have tire needs. You can tell they have a great team in the way they interact with each other. Thank you guys for your help today!!

If I could give them 1/2 a star I would at least given that the address is correct. I bought 2 tires online and alignment in November. When arriving for my appointment I was told my tire didnt get put on the truck. I was upsold 4 tires a different size and sold the waranty.Waited 6 hours for work. On drive home I noticed my steering wheel was shifted. Had to take car back because it was only lower aligned not upper aligned They are very condescending to women. I took car immediately back. Fast forward 4000 miles I go back for rotation. Im told the warranty is void due to I didnt get it aligned after replacing the tires after informing them they did alignment they said I had work done after tire replacing and pointed out work I had 1 year prior to 4 new tires. So I had to buy 2 new tires to make it safe to drive home. (I live in the mountains) he then showed me the bolt that was rusted that made it impossible for them to align old rust proff that alignment was never done first time. I traded in the car. Big O Corp has not contacted me after 3 calls to them. Better business bureau it is. Will never go back here even for free work.

Absolutely fantastic crew, at closing needed a balance and rotation, they stayed late and fixed the problem weights came off had a wobble. Had a thread stripped as well . They did not have part in stock but were going to fix as well thank you all .

Started my oil change on time and only took half an hour. Car returned very clean, under the hood was clean. Fair price. Will be back.

Bought 2 new trailer tires from this location at 2pm on a Saturday. I had to convince the guy at the counter to have them put them on because they had 1 customer on the rack and couldnt get to it in an hour, even though he was standing there doing nothing. Finally agreed to put them on and the kid that put them on was definitely not professional and wouldnt even respond to conversation. I finally get out of there and one of the tires blew out 20 miles away in the middle of nowhere. And of course they didnt answer the phone even though it was 15 minutes to closing. I called the manager the following Monday and he acted as though he didnt care, never visit this location. Managers should lead by example,and if they dont care, neither do the employees.

Still not impressed. I wasted 2 hours of my day once in the morning to have a tire switched so my spare was on and the bad tire was supposed to be fixed when I got off work. They didnt keep the tire so they couldnt replace it then sold the tire that was supposed to be for my truck before I got back with the old one. So now I have to make another trip out of my way to come back and pick up the tire and have it put back on my vehicle.This happens every time. These are standard big o all terrain tires. Im tired of spending thousands on tires at a company that gives terrible customer service. Ill take all future business back to a locally owned mom and pop store that cares about their customers.

I had an Appointment for an alignment at noon today. I dropped off my truck, walked around town for an hour and a half, came back, and waited another half an hour, only to then be told that they couldnt do my alignment because the door was stuck. Not only did they neglect to tell me that there was an issue with the door, they wasted my time by not telling me that sooner, as i could have gotten an alignment somewhere else in that time. I took time out of my day, away from my business, to have work done, only to be royally screwed over by absolute negligence toward a customer. Also, go figure, nobody else in town is available until next week for alignments.

Big O is an awesome place to go to get your vehicle maintenance... they treat me wonderful and always look up to them because I know theyll help with my vehicle issues..thank you Big O...

They botched an alignment and destroyed 2 of my tires and refused to replace /warranty them. Will never go there again

Went to get two tires put on my rims the tires were in the back of my truck I wanted the ones for 51.95 he would not sell me the 2 tires. He wanted to sale me the $183 I didnt want those tires so they wouldnt put the ones I wanted. I am so angry with big O they have gotten ridiculous lately the one show low is just ridiculousUpdate: Big O left a reply to my post. So I followed their instructions to contact them, and have not heard anything from them.

Lol . What a sorry excuse for a tire store. Im sure the corporate office would like to know how this store is failing its customers.

We were on vacation and had a tire blow. Stopped in at the Show Low location and they took care of us before they officially opened for the day. They were able to repair the tire and get us out within an hour. Dave was amazing!

Fantastic tires were great. Tires work great on the road and there even Snow rated so I feel looking for snow rated tires. That is where I would go get the big O tires. They are warrentied for 3 years right now.

Do Not go there if your in a hurry!! All I had done was an oil change and mount and balance two new front tires. This took 3 1/2 hours! Someone else I knew there had been there 4 hours just for a set of tires.

I am increasingly frustrated by Big O. Service is slow and they have never called me when they said they were going to. They do not seem to care about the vehicles they work on here and will do the bare minimum for you and willFor these curious about the details: Our check engine light has been coming on. Weve taken it here 3 times for the same light because theyve worked on our car in the past, all 3 times with the car making the same noise. The past couple times, we were told nothing was wrong and charged nothing and sent on our way despite waiting at the store for their entire operating hours. We brought it in this time for the same reason on Saturday and were told the car could not be worked on until Monday (today) and that the car would be taken in first thing Monday morning so I left my number so they could call me. Noon today I called the store myself and was rudely told that they had attempted to call me (I had no missed calls or voicemails) and that they had reset the light and it didnt come back on and I could come get it.I said this happened before and that the light does not come on immediately but after we leave and asked about the noise. They said they had made no note of the noise we asked about, the main reason we brought it in, and that they would have to take it back in despite our 8 am appointment. So, most likely not getting my car back today.

Stopped in at Big O tires in showlow.needed to get a new battery. They were busy.the cashier was doing his best Im sure.but, sorry to say but,we left couldnt wait much longer.

They estimated one hour for the repairs. It took 2 hours. That is not a complaint. They encountered hidden issues which had to be corrected. I appreciate the extra care and attention to detail on a brake job. They did not exceed the cost estimate.They where familiar with the vehicle. They knew that it had an alignment the week prior and did not need one. They also knew I did not want a store credit card and DID NOT BUG me about it.

We needed our oil changed and this was the place to go!! Very nice staff!! They were quick as well. They did a great job. The lady that checked us out even gave us a brochure so we can see where there are other Big O Tires in our travels.

The Show Low Big O group has provided me great service for years, but this visit was phenomenal. They diagnosed and corrected a subtle, but serious, suspension problem. I was there right when they opened for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes and they still had not started on my vehicle. They put other vehicles ahead of mine. They still wanted me to wait another 40 minutes.

I had a tire that just kept losing air. I took it to Ford 1st and they told me it was fine. Well all week I kept an eye on it and it wasnt keeping the same air pressure as the other 3 so I stopped by Big O and asked if they could stick it in H2O and there was a small nail in it they found. Problem solved.😊

They were honest, explaining all the work even going as far as to show the parts that needed to be replaced and how they operated!! Cudos!!

Service was awesome. The manager was so helpful and friendly. They checked my brakes for free and did not try to push me into replacing anything that i did not need at the time. Im not from the area but i had a very good experience with the staff.I highly recommend this place.

Black Friday sales backed up everybody in town. We were able to get in and out quickly as we were headed out of town to see family. We got a great discount and good service.

Got quote for tires, were suppose to be here a week ago, then last Friday. Called three times and was told to hold a while all three times held for over 7 minutes. Finally on the fourth call was able to talk to someone, he said their computer went down and would call me back. Two days later still waiting!!! Went right into Future Tire Pinetop got right in and $300.00 cheaper!!! Ill be cutting up my Big O card!!!!!!

Set my parents up for an appointment today. They were supposed to get new tires, an alignment, and have a tire rod fixed. All they got were new tires and no one called to say they couldnt do the rest and no one even called to say their vehicle was ready. They left their car there for hours. 🙄

Good people, good work, not great but pretty good work, prices are a little high but they will work with you. Over all I would give them a 4 and a half star rating. They have done small jobs for free, check your brakes stuff like that too for free.

I had a very good experience here, they take really good care of their customers, I had to bring my 4 year old with me and one guy made sure she had a show to watch netflix on and was just very nice. Very Disappointed...... We ordered 4 tires and scheduled an appointment for an alignment and the tire installation. We got a call saying the tires are in. Showed up for appointment they could not find the tires or were able to do the alignment that day because someone called out. Carey Electric will be taking our business somewhere else.

Was very disappointed with this location! We have gone to Big O quite a lot and have been very impressed with our experience at other locations but when we tried to come to here we waited a long time in the lobby for someone to help us, along with others waiting to be helped, and no one came in. Even after going outside to try and get someone’s attention, guys were hurrying around and no one acknowledged or tried to help. We ended up leaving with such a lack of customer service.

STEER CLEAR OF BIG-O HORRIBLE SERVICE USE DISCOUNT TIRE INSTEAD....Dont get tires here or anything else...they treat customers like they are a nusance. Their hours state they close at 3pm...but refuse to do anything after 2:30pm...Discount Tire is right around the corner....better prices hands down....better service. Nikki needs to find a job shes better at....customer service is not her forte.

I pulled in with a flat tire on a trailer and had no tools to change it. Under 5 minutes 2 Guys, one from the shop, one from the front desk and an impact wrench had my tire changed in under 5 minutes and I was on my way. Even though the shop was busy, customers were waiting in the lobby, they took care of me without hesitation . Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Appointments set 2 days in advance for 10:00 tire rotation and rebalance, just bought the tires 5000 miles ago. It’s 11:15 one hour and 15 minutes after the appointment. I attempted 2 time to find out what the delay was but the geniuses behind the counters were to busy to have the courtesy to even look up. I run 4 vehicle I can get my next set of tires at Discount Tires

After a 2-hour wait I was called back to use my own tools to remove our suspect tire from beneath the truck - because these guys didnt have the right tools for a generic tire hoist. Not only did we wait 2.5 hours total for a new tire and have to provide our own tools, but it wasnt until after that wait we were informed they would not be able to do what was asked. They had removed our GOOD and solid spare from the truck to reinstall the compromised tire with an already explained unreliable patch. (Ugh!)After leaving the shop I then discovered our tools were not returned in the truck in an orderly or secure fashion and my spare tire lock was missing. After a phone call we returned to pick up the part only to find the store closed prior to the 5:30pm posted closing time. We are from out of town and on a work schedule - so now we are not only road tripping on an unreliable tire, but also without a security lock for our remaining good tire. Thanks a lot Show Low. You definitely made an impression.

Very friendly staff, had a nail in the side wall of a tire. The tires were discontinued, but they worked real hard at figuring a replacement, but discovered the nail had not punctured the tire. Would definitely go here again.

I have came in 3 times within the past month and a half . I asked them to order the tires I had on warranty and was told they would do so . I come in on my next day of to see if I could get it done and they informed me the tire was STILL not in stock . Okay so I decided to leave and come back again a week later and still no tire. So I will be saying screw the warranty on the tires and spend my money elsewhere. They want you to buy a more expensive tire instead of ordering the tire you have on warranty .

My girlfriend dropped her truck off for 4 new tires to be put on. After getting it home, I routinely checked the tire pressure to make sure they were properly inflated. They were all 18-25 psi overinflated, and one of the valve cores they put in was bad. We called the store to let them know the situation, and the manager, Shawn (or however he spells it), was incredibly rude and not helpful whatsoever! He did not make any gestures or offers to make the situation right. And then he hung up on us!! We will never buy tires from Big O ever again. The lack of professionalism is appalling.

I recently had some problems with lost lugnuts after tire rotations, but Shawn the manager did finally get the missing lugnuts plus extras. It took a little time and some patience but they did rectify the problem.

I got an alignment here once, it ate up my tires. Toe was out 1/2 an inch,and they didnt even touch the camber. they might be ok for tires,but DO NOT GET AN ALIGNMENT HERE!

We came here last minute and they still made time to get us a new tire! They were all very professional and fast!

Treated me like I was an idiot. Got a quote that was close to 1000.00 due to they had to order parts that were not needed. I found the parts for 12.00, called them back. The response was we couldnt find them. Where did you find them?. The next quote was close to 800.00 after taking 500.00 worth of unnecessary parts off the first quote.

Went in for advertised price for oil change. I was told she could not give it to me for that price but quoted a higher price and told it would be an hour and 40 minute wait. She said I couldnt leave or I would loose my place. I went and got my oil changed somewhere else and came back to get my tires rotated because I bought them there and they are supposed to get them rotated with the purchase. The was quoted for an hour. I waited an hour and forty five minutes,asked for my keys and left. Terrible experience.
