What can I say, it has building materials, not a great selection but they have them. Prices are about average. The guy I spoke seemed knowledgeable but, hed never heard of 138T or 238T standing seam metal roofing which, I found somewhat disconcerting considering roofing materials is supposed to be one of their specialties.

Kay Supply in Taylor is more willing to work with you on pricing. But they do not have decking material. We were referred to Show Low. Quality products but prices a little high. Found comparable at Home Depot and Lowes for less money.

Kay Supply is the place to go for all of your materials. If your going to do it yourself, then listen to them on how to install the product. If you install it wrong, its your own fault. If you want it installed they can get that done for you as well. They are a great company and have received many business awards. Dont be fooled by handyman installers that dont know the product.

The company provides poor service and sub-par products. I have tried working with Brian, the manager on several projects and he is very bad at returning calls or e-mails. In addition, the one time we did purchase something from Kay Supply, some roofing underlayment, they sold us material from Bigfoot that was discontinued and leaked right after it was installed. When approached about the issue, we were told its not our problem, contact the manufacturer. I hate to provide a negative review of a local business, but I really recommend avoiding Kay Supply. The people at Home Depot and Lowes provide much better products and service.
