I was visiting Show Low and had a critical issue develop on my pick-up; Jared found time to diagnose the issue, order the part and install it within 3 days. Jared was friendly, helpful and his attitude was one of really caring - he was incredibly helpful, and this all occurred while he was swamped. I could not ask for better or finer service anywhere, and it is sincerely appreciated. This was service that I as a customer dream of but rarely see. The standard of service I will now use is what I experienced with Jared at Horne Chevrolet.

Brought my 2021 Yukon in for recall items and had the tires rotated and balanced and the oil change done. While driving home from dealer I noticed my windshield fluid pump wasn’t working and my front drivers tire had 27 PSI. The next morning it was 22. So went in for recall items and they broke two items. Carlos was nice but unfortunately this isn’t the service I expect from a Chevy certified service center.

I had been looking for a new Subaru Crosstrek for months but due to the chip shortage I had been out of luck. Luckily I found one with Horne, I was very impressed with the level of customer service from Richelle and Ryan. They made trading in my old Hyundai Sonata effortless and I did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle as I had been feeling through other dealerships. The staff are so energetic, kind and enjoyable to be around.

Drove all the way from South East Mesa to do business with them. They made the buying purchase very easy and made the drive well worth it. Friendly staff and very accommodating. They even welcomed our 18 month Toy Australian Shepard pup. The only down side is they are too far away for me to do my service work. Miguel the sales rep is very great at his job. He helped me over the phone for a week before we decided to come out. We love our vehicle and he even sent my hitch back when I forgot my pin key an I mailed him a key. Definitely recommending this place especially with Miguel. Not shaine because he was rude. After searching the valley for an exact replacement for our 2020 Traverse RS that was totaled, I was unable to find anything locally apparently due to a chip shortage. A fleet manager at my local dealer located one at Horne Auto in Show Low, AZ. Even though it was 187 miles away, they had the exact Traverse, options and color that I wanted. I dealt with Mark Reveles the Internet sales manager. I cant complement him enough for all he did to make this the absolute best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I am 66 years old and have bought several new vehicles from several dealers in the valley over the years. The experience was pretty much the same with the high pressure salesmen, going back and forth to the tower to check with his manager, inch by inch lowering the sales price and financing until finally coming to an agreed price after a very painful couple of hours. Then the meeting with the business manager to finalize the paperwork where they continued to force every additional option under the sun on me. Usually I felt like I needed a shower once I was finally driving off the lot. Horne Auto Center was nothing like that. Mark and Joe Gargulio the sales manager were working tirelessly on getting me the BEST price and financing and preparing all the paperwork while we were in route from Phoenix up to Show Low. Mark and Joe were in constant contact with us. When my Wife and I arrived at the dealership That BEAUTIFUL Traverse RS was proudly displayed in the Sold section. Mark immediately came out and greeted us with a big smile, offered us something to drink if we wanted it and went over the Traverse bumper to bumper. While sitting at Marks desk signing paperwork Joe came over and introduced himself. He was extremely personable and professional and made us feel like weve known him for years. This is a quote from an email he sent me on our way up, My goal is to provide you with the best service you have ever had along with the best deal, a true win/win!!! Naturally I assumed this was typical salesmen rap, but in this case it was 100% true. Dave Burgman the business manager was an absolute joy to deal with on processing and signing the final documents. No pressure and gave us a great deal on the extended warranty. In closing my Wife and I want to say that this was the best, most wonderful car buying experience we have encountered in our lives! May sound hokey, but its absolutely the truth. I will gladly drive the 374 mi round trip for all my future purchases. To the team at Horne Auto in Show Low, AZ... YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Since the day I purchased the vehicle, there has been an issue with the tire pressure sensors. While it’s not something that will prevent me from driving the vehicle, I was told from the beginning that it would be taken care of since it was a known issue the day I purchased the vehicle and I was told to come back if the issue persisted. It did, and I brought it back 4 times with no headway on repair. The first three times I was either told they would “relearn” the sensors or that they couldn’t replicate the issue. 4th time I was told they would order new sensors and replace. I call twice and am told they are on back order. A couple months pass and I come in for my routine service and am told they never ordered sensors and that they are not covered by the warranty. This shouldn’t matter since I was told it would be taken care of since it was a known issue before I was even sold the vehicle. My experience with the service department has been miserable and I would not recommend Horne to anyone. Beyond the tire pressure sensors, I really took issue with the fact that when my husband brought in my truck for service time before last he was told there was one minor issue with the rear axle seal. I brought it in the following week to have it repaired and suddenly there’s a list of issues other than that that need repair. Why wasn’t my husband told this before when he was informed of the seal? It didn’t sit well with me and felt like they were trying to take advantage with me. I paid for all of those repairs out of pocket but now that I’m pressing for the sensors to be repaired like I was told from the beginning I’m told the dealership has done me “too many favors”. I don’t see how considering the only repairs done in my truck have been paid for out of pocket. This has been ridiculous and if you treat all of your customers this way I sincerely don’t understand how you have any left.

I was headed to the valley for the purchase of a great deal on a Subaru, then I remembered talking to a Subaru sales lady a few weeks before, but wasn’t ready at that time! She was awesome!! She wasn’t pushy, but knowledgeable and spent time with me. Then I remembered her so stopped on my way out. It was so worth stopping, unlike other local dealerships, the whole staff was wonderful, I got a great deal and it was like working with family. They worked with me and my finances. If you sell a car to these wonderful people they will take your car and make you wait over 2 weeks to get paid. In the meantime they will list it online for sale even though the original owner has never been paid. Every other dealer on the mountain will pay you same day! Dont make the same mistake I did. Typical used car salesman here avoid it!

I got my first car service here and the first one is free when you buy a brand new vehicle here. This was my first and last service here sad to say. The reason why I say that is, because they didn’t rotate my tires. I had to ask if they even changed my oil, because the oil life information was not reset to 100%. Concerning part is hard working people pay for these important maintenance’s to be done on the car’s they care for and people don’t know if the actually work is being done.

The gentleman that worked on our car was communicative and polite. Fixed our car. It did take leaving our car there for 4 days. First time here scheduling an appointment. Right off the knowledgeable service associate although working along handled everything with ease and confidence. Very helpful and super easy to talk to. They gave me an honest quote and took very good car of my vehicle. I needed to charge my camera equipment and the staff gladly lent their own charger. They offer package services online but advisors dont know what they are. They set my tire pressure 10 lbs below Chevrolet recommendations. I had a shock absorber leaking, they had to order a new one, no one called to let me know as they said they would. It took 2 week to get repaired. I could go on and on about how inept I felt they were. I will now go to Phoenix for any future service or repairs

J. Burnett is great to work with. Im not completely happy with service details regarding this vehicle we purchased from Horne. We now were told it is passed due for a 4x4 maintenance and should have been done between certain milage and we are way passed it. Im confused because that was prior to our purchase, so why was this not addressed prior to resale of the vehicle? There is nothing worse than making a $700 mo payment and then having to pay additional $400+ in maintenance on a new purchase.

Update: So I ended up buying a new car from Horne today. I was pleased with the lack of pressure sales team and I was happy they, without asking, masked up when they saw our family was masked up. They were friendly and helpful through the process and felt more genuine than other car dealers.Serviced my car. Friendly staff and place. No one was wearing masks at all though. That was a little weird. I really dont want to get my kids and family sick so I generally try to take every precaution... It was a little stressful having to be there a couple hours.

You had the car for a month. I believe that your service tech broke the bracket that needed to be replaced. I was told it couldnt be welded, which is not true. I had to argue with them to get the part removed on the day I needed it. I took it up to a machine shop and had it welded. I also had to rent a car during this time and neither you or GM were willing to help me out with this. I guess being a long-term loyal customer means nothing. I traded the car for a Toyota and will not be back.

I went into the dealer ship with comparing to a Ram 2500 4X4 with the Silverado 4X4 and the difference was night and day. I decided to purchase the 2020 from Horne auto and it has been a good decision. The price difference between the 2 was 6k difference the Ram was higher price with less options then the Silverado. The sells team was great Rachael was great in getting exactly what we wanted in the new purchase.

Great experience buying a new Outback! I wanted something other than the dealer packages that Subaru ships out. Sunshine Brewer of Horne contacted me within minutes of my placing a build&price on Subaru.com. She didnt try to convince me to accept one of the cars off the lot, and my new Outback arrived in less than 8 weeks, whereas other dealers couldnt get me an ordered car before May. Sunshine and manager Joe were completely transparent and upfront about costs, fees and discounts within a short time of contacting me, and when the car came in, all the quotes and discounts were honored, and additional discounts were applied! They gave me a very fair price for my traded in 2005 Outback. Sunshine was a ton of fun to work with and efficient and informative in getting the sale finalized and me out the door, and in numerous follow-up correspondences after I left -- she is more than happy to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and taken care of with any questions or issues.

The shop had our truck for nearly a month. We never got an update until we started calling every day. They told us the parts truck didnt deliver the part today for more than 2 weeks. When we finally picked up the car we were charged $293.00 for a repair we should have never been charged for. We brought our truck to Horn 3 times while it was under warrantee, each time we asked the shop to check the coolant because the computer said Check coolant level every time we started the truck. Each time we were told we must have been on a hill when we started the truck or one time that if we had driven in the valley and come back here the elevation or difference in temperature could cause that to happen. Once the service person just said we checked the coolant level and its fine. Then after the truck went out of warrantee we were charged nearly $300.00 for the same problem. It took 4 times bringing the truck in for the same problem and only after we were out of warrantee do they find the problem and charge us for it. The service person told us the issue all along was a faulty sensor. We suggested that may be the issue the very first time we brought the truck in for service. In 2017 we purchased 2 vehicles from Horn in one week. We paid cash for both (nearly $100,000.00). We were just talking about possibly buying another new truck, but after this experience you can bet we will not be purchasing it from Horn. I plan to follow up with a letter to GM explaining this situation and how disappointed we are with your service department. In addition we will be posting our experience on social media. We actually thought your dealership was different then most others and you cared about customer satisfaction. Obviously we were wrong.

I’ve been waiting awhile to post this review because of how upset I’ve been, I thought I was treated well and as a “family” member, but a little over a year and $14,000 later I found out just how bad this dealership royally screwed me over. Instead of being honest and upright that I was making a huge financial mistake they encouraged and pushed me into a new car with a significant roll over from my last vehicle. And I later learned that they bumped the interest up just so they could pocket more money from me. Now I’m trying to sell the Equinox that I’m drowning in and because of how much my so called friend screwed me over I had to sell my mobile home that i worked so hard for as a single mom just to pay off the difference so I could get out from under it. Shady and greedy is the two words that come to mind when I think of this place and I will warn everyone I come in contact with to avoid this place at all costs!

I bought a car here. It ran great for about 80,000 miles, then I brought it in for a service tune up. Thats where everything went wrong. I had been getting coupons in the mail around 20,000 miles for a 75000 mile checkup tune up. Once I got to 75,000 miles, no coupons. I went to the dealership and ask for a 75000 mile maintenance tune up. The mechanic was clueless as to what I wanted. he did an oil change and a tire rotation and topped off my fluids and somehow that ended up being $600 worth of work. Within a day or two of the tune up the car started acting strange so I took it back. The mechanic said he wanted to try doing a fluid flush on the fuel lines even though there was no damage to the fuel lines and everybody I asked said there is no reason to do a fuel flush on a car that new. I now have a car that does not work because I didnt want to do the fuel flush. The mechanic let me drive home, and which the car probably broke down halfway, and I had to have it towed home. I filed a complaint with the finance company whos in complain to the dealership, who then turned around and told me that they never officially diagnosed the car. They want to diagnose it, but of course it will cost money. The fact that my car did not run decent after having $600 of work done to it was frustrating enough, but the fact they wont own up to making my car where it wont run properly, and they wont fix it unless I pay, leaves me in a very difficult position where the finance company wants me to pay $4,000 for a car that I cannot drive. This dealership is no help, they get you into a car and then ruin your life.
