They had a car on the lot for 10k. I wanted it, so I applied. Tried to call twice, left a voicemail once. Never got a call back. No problem. Then they mailed me a letter saying denied. Never called to ask what my down payment was, what my trade in was either. So I went to the valley and traded my car in and got a 19k car no problems at all and low interest rate. Never had to leave a voicemail for a dealerdhip sales team ever so that was odd, but they never even tried. Car sat for over a month there because only someone like me would want a rwd Lexus sedan.

I brought a Dodge Nitro 4-wheel drive from Toby. It included a 2 year warranty. I got a great price and a great vehicle too.

I was trying to trade my built 2007 Jeep Wrangler for a less aggressive 2007 jeep wrangler. I brought my jeep in several times, Toby drove it and assured me that pending mechanical inspection we could do a straight across trade. This was to take place Monday morning. I went home and spent hours getting items out of my jeep and getting my paperwork in order. When I came in I was met at the door and told that they could not trade straight across as I was lead to believe. This was based on KBB value only and I was even told my jeep was worth more than theirs. I felt that I was lied to and waisted my time and money . I will certainly not recommend them to anyone. I feel honesty is not a priority here.

I bought a Ram 1500 from this place. I have had no problems with anything. If I needed to I would go back to them. I had them automatically take payment from my card. It got compromised. Gave them new card number. Supposed to take payment automatically. But no. They call and I give info again. Im still waiting to see when they will take payment. Update! They have straightened things out now. Everything ok.

Since we got our vehicle we have had nothing but issues. First radiator and thermostat, hydro boost went out, then the AC went out. Called warranty which basically covers nothing. We feel scammed bexause the fact we were told everything was covered no matter what it was.

Gets you excited then tells you they need for me the amount they stated down. Horrible customer service and the sales agents are rude and ignore their customers. Also way overpriced. We drove to Mesa, saved 11k versus what their prices were and got a nicer vehicle with all the options. I would never buy on this hill again. Too bad you cant give negative stars!

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. Once they get the paperwork signed and paid, they do not do anything to aid the customer with their problems. They become rude and unavailable. They fail to complete the process so that you can drive the vehicle legally!!!
