Sometimes there may be a little wait time at the registers but i think all of the employees give off a very helpful and friendly vibe.... they are experts in the gaming world 100%! They have a variety of products available in the store, all of great quality and fun! This place is GREAT!!!

Always very helpful. I called in ahead of time near closing to see if they had something in stock. The individual assisting me, Aaron, was very willing to help. Upon finding out they had the piece I needed I asked if it was at all possible to come get the item. Fortunately, Aaron was kind enough to go the extra distance to make the sale and wait a couple minutes after closing for me to arrive. He is an asset to this company. Thank you.

So, I was there today (02/04/20) went to buy call of duty modern warfare. They wanted 54.98 used, I told him I could pick up the game brand new at walmart for 44.95 his reply was yep. Unbelievable, checked on an old game need for speed payback, they wanted 24.00, I can by this game for 14 dollars at Walmart. We never buy a game from them again! Fricken ripoff store!

Good selection of all console games and accessories. Would give them more stars if they didnt absolutely RIP you off when you try trading in. Pretty insulting to be offered 5 or 10 bucks for a game you just bought a month or 2 ago for $65. So as long as your not trying to trade in this is a good place to get your gamimg needs. Help is usually very friendly and they do offer good replacement plans.

Love GameStop have been a customer with them since Nov 2010, we renew our power up rewards card every year an its definitely worth it. Their Black Friday sales are something we usually wait for every year, they also give you a small discount for your birthday.

Overpriced rip off artists. I understand a business having to turn a profit but paying only 5 to 10% of what games and consoles are worth is robbery. Better off going to a pawn shop.

They know there stuff il give them that. But a few of the employees are incredibly rude and scoff at you when you try to talk to them. On top of that they rip you off 100 percent. I bought a 21 dollar game 2 days ago, i came in with my proof of purchase asking for a refund so i could get another game because the saving feature wasnt correctly working on it he wanted to give me 10 bucks for it. Il never spend my hard earned money there again. Your better off buying from walmart or amazon.

Amazing place where the guys there interact with the gaming community well. They know what their talking about, they host tournaments, and dont bug you if you dont have a membership or push that stuff on you. Overall a place that is worth going to!!

The customer service I have experienced with this location is phenomenal. They staff goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable. I really enjoy being able to.go.in and talk with Seaver about new games. The insight and knowledge that he provides is very helpful. I always receive great service here and would recommend this place to anyone.

I went to the Nintendo switch launch event and tried buying something after my friend bought his switch, I went to the counter and the employee was staring at his switch getting it set up on his shift, so I tried telling him I was buying something and I got the typical gamer spaced out uh huh as if hes a zombie. He led me on saying that I was able to buy it with my in store credit, then when I told him that Id put my number in he said I needed a trade in card that nobody ever saves to be able to use the money thats digitally tied to my powerup rewards card, he didnt even say sorry and when I said have a good one he didnt even look up from his switch or acknowledge that a customer was leaving. Id give this store a 0 if it was possible.

Really great customer service over the phone and in person. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this location.
