There was this ginger dude in electronics that provided me a will to live after I suffered over an hour in hold with At&t and Straight talk. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of my many questions. I cant remember his name but he had longer red hair and made a horrible streak of luck go good. Super grateful!

The other day I tried to go in at 7:45 pm for two things. They wouldnt let me in cause the guy had to close 10 minutes before 8 and he was very rude about this too. They didnt even change their times on the web so it says theyre still open until 11. The store is never stocked and its always dirty. The workers take their time to help you at the self check outs.

This place is pretty far - 40 miles away from home so... I loaded up on the essential stuff so I dont need to shop hopefully for 1½ months, hopefully. Got my 1st dose (vaccine) Im content.

Regular supercenter for shopping.A very nice place to stay for free a night in your RV.And next morning pay back Walmart while doing your groceries.

Awful!!! As few cashiers as there are now, the ones they do have, should be working at a steady quick pace, but no!! They take their sweet time and have no quick work mode ethics, too quickly and efficiently take care of their lines and the amount of people!

Cashier Sonia is incompetent. I bought an item with no skew. The last of its kind. She proceeded to open the item and read the directions looking for a skew. Never in the history of the world he the skew been in the directions inside the package of an item. I had to tell her three times it wouldn’t be in there. She then read the tag. Finally I told her to get a manager to help her because we had been in the twenty items or less line for like thirty minutes even though it was one cart in front of us. She needs to be demoted to greeter. Cashier is just too much for her to handle.

This is a supercenter, but it was very messy. Good luck trying to find clothing of the right size on shelves, as they were un organized and messy. Aisles were blocked with boxes of inventory, but i did not find one associate stocking! I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of this facility.

Its a good store to shop at. My only thing is they got 30 plus registers to check people out but only got like 3 open every time I go. Lines are so long takes 25 plus minutes just to check out.

Pretty decent store, most of the staff are pretty friendly and helpful, but their Deli Is lacking. Their rule, its good to eat, if its been in the warmer for 4hrs or less is kind of bs. The Mac and cheese for example looks absolutely horrible and tastes even worse if its older than 2hrs. By hr 3, no one wants to touch it.

The employee I had to deal with was rude & wouldnt let me return some item, lots of empty shelves, messy. The boys department is too small & needs some major stock. Needed to by a b-day present & was looking for a top & shorts outfit. Unfortunately when I found a top, couldnt find shorts. Very limited in sizes & most were for size 8 & under. Of course I needed larger. They also desperately need more items made in the U.S. Way too much from China. Very disappointed. This is one of the worst Walmarts Ive been in & has been for a long time.

I enjoy going to this Walmart. Because most times they have what your looking for. And I can get my food and go through the checkout really fast.

08/28/2021Arrived around noon and I was in a rush. It was crowded and the layout seemed different. Appeared clean but I noticed a lot of crates in the aisles, inventory waiting to be placed on the shelves. My first attempt at self-checkout, I did not have to wait in line but I forgot an item and returned within five minutes, surprisingly, I had to wait 5-10 minutes for self-checkout.

Needs employees... cleanliness is another issue that could be addressed.

Great service but the shelves were a little bare.

I have never had a problem with the wal mart pick up service until tonight. My pick up time was scheduled for between 6 -7. I got a call that said the pick up time was moved to 8pm. I get there a little after 8 and I call to check in. They tell me that its going to be another 45 mins because they are short staffed. Ok, I understand that. I pull up and park at 9:10pm and see two associated standing outside talking to someone and then they walk inside. I call and they tell me that I could wait longer or come back tomorrow. No communication, no alert was sent. Its not like this all the time but tonight I am very irritated with the service. The gentleman even said, yea the customers are mad but theres nothing we can do about it.

2nd time in add many weeks I have shopped and walked out because the lines are too long. I wont come here again until they hire more cashiers. Taylor Walmart is a much much better option!

Bare shelves throughout grocery dept. Store is totally unreliable for even staples, e.g., dairy, bread, etc. Associates openly blame pandemic economy for skeleton crews,i.e., its more lucrative for potential employees to draw government funds than it is to work. After 15 years, Im going to Safeway 10 miles away and its higher prices to continue being abused by Show Low Walmart!

I was pretty unhappy that the manager was unwilling to tell me that I could make an exchange.I tried to return a purchase the day after I bought it when the Covid restrictions were just taking place and was going to return my purchase.I was told I couldnt until Covid was over. So I unhappily, walked away.My husband wasnt happy either and told me we needed to talk to a manager.Turns out it WAS the manager.So yes, a year later when Im thinking the coast was clear, I tried to return it and was told that I was beyond the 90 day return policy.I asked if I could exchange the items (clothing)and she unhappily said that I could.Why didnt she say so the first time?

If youre looking for a reasonably priced oil change without all of the up selling you get at other places, then try Walmart. They are pretty quick also, most of the time. They will tell when the best times to come are, just ask them. They do a decent inspection and they can look a little deeper if you ask them.

Tried calling the store on August 16, 2021 at 8:00am. Tried calling again every half hour for two hours. Each time I let it ring until it stops. Nobody picks up. The longest lines here at this Walmart are longer than any Walmart I have ever been to. This store takes horrendous customer service to a new level. I avoid this store if possible. Sometimes, I dont have a choice and must shop here; however, if I can buy it online, or at another store, I will to avoid this place.Shopping should be fun and easy; here its not fun and is actually stressful.I come from the school of you dont take care of your customers, another company will. Walmart has always had a reputation for poor customer service, now I understand why.

This Walmart is huge. Found everything and more. Jack was kind and helpful with helping me and my sis find SD cards. Everyone is so nice that works here. Next time we come to show low well definitely be back to Walmart.

I dont mind this walmart. The shelves are pretty much empty every time I come into this store and some of the employees are rude. I am also really sick of an associate trying to make me stop and show my receipt. Im sick of this. If you want to see my receipt then make me sign a contract to do so like sams club or Costco, otherwise be disappointed in the fact that I dont stop.

Very busy Walmart in Show Low area. Patrons to this Walmart are a mix bag of characters, families - young and old alike, the regulars and the crazies, but the ever present feel of familiarity is what makes this a popular place.

Not enough cashiers. U spend more time in line to checkout. I will not use selfcheckout. People have lost jobs. I do the check out and I still pay full price.

Im new to the area and travel all over the world being a flight attendant and have experienced all kinds of places and people. My husband and I full time rv all over the United States and been to several Wal-Mart stores and for all the negative reviews I have read on here I have to completely disagree. My experience was absolutely a good one at this store. Everyone working here was helpful and very pleasant. The store was stocked with everything I needed and I shop for 2 weeks worth. This store was clean and well kept. I loved that it was a choice to wear a mask on my face or not, my body my choice. Thank you! 😊

The store was busy with many customers and absolutely no cashiers available! It was barely 8:00 pm. When I asked the lone clerk at the front, I was advised they had all gone. Almost all of the self check stations were filled with lines of customers. I had a large purchase, 61 items, and was quite upset that I had to check my self out. I spent about $350 and struggled to do it all by myself in the tiny space. I dont mind checking a few items, but this is bad business and terrible customer service. I will save my money for other businesses that appreciate their customers.

Associates are rude. This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Ive traveled to many states I never experienced such rude employees they need to hire people that know how to deal with the public. The bosses have poor hygiene they dress sloppy and smell. Jason is a very bad team leader and HR is rude a doesnt do her job. I needed papers sighned and she refused to do her job she needs be fired nobody has the nerve to say anything nobody likes her she talks down to everyone.

When in the White Mountains, WALMART is more than a shopping center for groceries and everything else to make life more comfortable.Its a destination. Its a Friday night out, a sunday afternoon excursion. Its a very good place for saying hi to a neighbor and pick up some plants or vegetables to plant in the garden. Perhaps pick up something cold to drink after working in the garden. Why not just go all out and pick up the fixins for a BBQ with the neighbors. Walmart is more than a big multi department super store here in the White Mountains, its a destination. We love our Walmart.

This place is horrible. No checkout lines, empty shelves everywhere, no customer service. Prices sky hi,especially on meat products and cold cuts. Much higher than Safeway. Never come here again. I can buy all my stuff cheaper on Amazon and delivered to the door.

Their is very low even at answering phones. It’s crazy. I’ve been calling for the past months and no answers. Today when someone finally answered. I stated... Wow, it takes this long for you guys to answer? If pharmacy answered so quick. And said they can’t answer for them. I am shocked. The cashier who answered the phone after the 7th ring. Prior they never answered so I’m surprised today. But asked to talk to a manager. No apologies nothing. But put you on hold while you are still talking. The cashier that answered said I’m sorry the manger and I are busy counting money. So when someone answered claim she was a team member??? I won’t be surprised like last time to be on hold for over 30 mins prior to them not answering at all.

I bought a gun, change my oil, had my wife’s nails done, and got groceries all under one roof. God bless Walmart.

Small town Mart. Lots of people living in area have to fight with out of town people for products. store cant keep up stock. Most of the staff is polite and friendly.

This store is notoriously known for having empty shelves. Many popular items seem to be out of stock constantly.

I would have given four stars if not for a bad experience I had today with a young ‘associate’ with zero customer service skills, which apparently is not a prerequisite for employment. For the most part the staff is hard working and helpful and I commend them for being there despite the high percentage of customers who are unwilling to ‘mask up’, and corporates reluctance to enforce their own policy in the best interest of their staff. My folks live down South where they have a compliance level that’s close to 100%, but I guess says more about the people and the place than anything else. Understandably, inventory has been hit and miss but substitutes are usually available. They seem to have many lingering maintenance issues and cleanliness is often an issue. I often leave there frustrated but I am glad they are there!

This particular location is notorious for empty shelves. The slots on the shelf are there, but minimal inventory stocked. I suggest Taylor Wal-Mart.

Waited 40 minutes in line. Only 2 cashiers were open. The self lines were shorter but I had over $300 in merchandise including a vacuum cleaner. At 72 I needed help. At least give us a discount if we do it our selves, but u still need more lines open! Disgusted.

Dislike the self check out which is usually card only. Always have to show receipt for my purchase while the white folk walk on by. Other than that busy store.

I collect eyeglasses for Lions Club International. They always have plenty of donations.

Cam in to buy some magnetic door alarms found some priced at 5.88 and another set priced at 10.98 went to get the cheeper ones and they rang up 10.98 when i said they rang up wrong they send a person back who doesnt know what they are looking for and runs aroumd like a chicken zwith their head cut off trying to find them once she does she tells the the price of the ge which was 10.98 k.stead of where the phillips were sitting at 5.88. Then when i went to sbow the person they were wrong they started to yell at me like i did something wrong.

Grills to grass, fresh bread to oil changes. Tank tops and tumblers, bullets and beer. Midnight at Walmart is a good old freak show, 18+ adult supervision is advised.

Good curbside pickup experience. Tried to use it a couple times before but by the time I got there the items I had ordered were not in stock and the replacements offered were not acceptable. This time I didnt allow for any substitutions when placing the order and although a couple things were out of stock it was a worthwhile shopping trip.I have yet to see any openings for local delivery (outside of their paid express delivery) since they started the service. Seems to be consistently booked up for the full week ahead, but perhaps that will change with time...

The experience was great with friendly and helpful staff to include the friendliness, nice manners and Niceness of the customers themselves.

I have been calling to speak with customer service for the last hour. The phone rings for 3 minutes and 88 seconds before hanging up. I live 30 minutes away and I was just trying to see if they have what I need before I go all the way up there for nothing. Its sad that they get paid 15 in hour to not do there job! If this had a no star option thats what I would give. Horrible customer service.
