Pete and Pat Peterson are super friendly and very savvy.They can handle computer issues with ease.Sometimes aging computer equipment needs to be retired.Mountain Mobile is honest about practical solutions.I rate Pete and Pat as AAA+++.

Mountain Mobile Computers is friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. The young man that helped me get my Beats Flex Bluetooth ear buds to connect with my new HP laptop was polite and knowledgeable. He calmed me down and had everything working in no time. Highly recommended for all your computer problems!

The service was great. Reasonably priced. Only problem was the place was closed several times with no explanation even tho we were there during regular business hours. We had a long drive to get there so it was a challenge.

We recently moved from Show Low to Pinetop and in the process of setting up our home office ran into difficulties with our Mac Book Pro laptop communicating with our Epson wireless printer.Pat and Pete Peterson were thorough and extraordinary in detecting the cause of problems we were experiencing. My Macbook pro, started having problems. It would turn off and either reboot or not and I never knew when it was going to do that.I took it in, Pat looked it over, saw the issues I was having, she ran a lot of test, and tried lots of things, and nothing seemed to fix the problems it was having. Pat told me that she thought its days were numbered.Unfortunately for me Pat was 100% correct. The computer wont start up any more. It is DEAD!Pat had the lap top at the shop working on it for two nights, and they only charged me 60.00.John Tod

My experience with mountain mobile was excellent. The staff is professional and efficient. They saved photos off of a damaged phone that I had thought were lost.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have worked on my computers before and even made a house call. Every problem I had they fixed ant a great price. They even sell computers and install TVs and other technology. I will only take my computers to them.

Paid for a service. Computer glitchier now than before I took it in. Should not have had repairs done when they never heard of lenovo, which is one of the top major 5 laptop brands overall.

Decided to go here to get a computer built on a Friday. The woman technician was very unpleasant. She seemed very angry by the fact I wanted a computer built. She told me to call the next Monday to schedule an appointment, so I did. I call, shes unavailable. I give my information and told she will call back. Waited about six hours so, I decide to call. Luckily, she answers. She knows who it is immediately and seems irritated. You know, basic long winded exhales with the added sound of uhhhhhhh.Good thing, I wouldnt want someone handling a computer I paid a lot of money for. Took my business elsewhere and its safe to say I wouldnt step foot in this shop. I would rather look up on YouTube how to build a computer and do it myself.I recommend you exhaust all your resources on finding any other technician on this mountain. This unpleasant woman lost a customer for Mountain Mobile Computer Services and Im glad the bad experience happened before my computer was built and not after. Who knows what kind of terrible things this exasperate woman would have done to my computer.0 stars if I could give an honest rating.

I messed up an external hard drive that I had just purchased. They knew immediately what I had done wrong, fixed it quickly and didnt embarrass me. It was painless. I am very pleased.

Mountain Mobile Computer Services is AWESOME! Ive owned my business up here in the White Mountains for the last five plus years. Just like any other business, technology and computers are an integral part of what I do everyday. I tried other computer services here and there, most were very slow to respond, only responded 8-5, or simply couldnt get the job done. When my system goes down Im stuck and my business grinds to a halt. I first met Pete and Pat from Mountain Mobile Computer Services several years ago from a referral from my receptionist who said they were awesome, when we had major problems with our server. Literally we were on the verge of losing all our data when our hard drive AND back-up crash simultaneously. Pete came in, told me not to worry and that they would handle it. This was during the Christmas season so I left it in Petes hands and went and enjoyed the holidays with family (Ill note that while I was enjoying my holiday vacation they were taking their holiday fixing my computer issues…pretty amazing service) . When I was on my way home I admit I was a little hesitant that maybe Id be returning to a huge mess because of my past experiences with other computer service companies. To my relief Pete greeted me the morning I got back to the office and told me it was all fixed and all the data had been preserved. He told me how they had spent the last week extracting the data through a tedious and painstaking process, that they had done it twice just to ensure they had to two good sets of data, and that they had rebuilt the server and built in new back-up protocols both on-site and off-site to ensure we were always covered in case this happened again. I cant tell you how unbelievably valuable this was to me and how absolutely pleased I was with their service.These guys are amazing! They really went above and beyond to help me out. They understand that business doesnt wait and getting systems up and running is the #1 priority. They have been servicing my entire office network for more than 3 years now and have literally stayed up all night at times to make sure I was running the next day. I am always amazed at the depth of knowledge that Pete and Pat have and how they can literally solve almost any issue. From simple virus removal to complex networks, they have done it all for me. I am so happy I have found an absolute gem of a computer company in Mountain Mobile Computer Services. I 100% recommend them for any of your computer needs. You wont be disappointed you chose them.
