Took a white leather Coach purse to have the handles repaired. He kept it a while, but he had to special order the white leather to replace. Did a great job! I think it looks better than it did originally. Thank you very much!

I am ashamed to admit that I was completely fleeced by the nice old man in the leather shop. I was visting Show Low and decided to buy a nice looking bowie knife. Unfortunately, Show Low is a complete dead zone for me, so I couldnt google the manufacturer of the knife. He told me the maker was LOCAL and it was hand made there. It had a good shape, and balance and it seemed solid. Upon reaching civilization, I check out the name of the manufacturer. PAKISTAN. Not only is it a foreign manufacturer, its also notanywhere near the value of what I paid. The man sat there talking about his daughter who owned and worked the restaurant next door, and conned me like it was nothing. That will teach me for trying to earnestly support local businesses in a small town and trust a nice old man.

I dont like to give bad reviews of companies. But Im hoping to save you what I went through: Very dissatisfied with my experience. They had my Jacket for months to replace a zipper and condition the coat. I was promised repairs would be done the following week every time I called in (for months). finally after informing them I was moving and would need a refund they said they would have it done the following week. They did not. I called again and again they said it would be done the following week. I reminded them I was moving and it must be done. They got it done that following week. When I arrived to pick it up you they had placed the wrong color zipper in it making the jacket look odd. It has 2 other zippers that are brass colored. They put in a steel colored one. Additionally the zipper doesnt work! I pointed out the error and he said; thats the only color zipper he had. Unbelievable! He should have called me and asked what I wanted done. I would have kept the good looking zipper in there and gone elsewhere. Since Im moving there is no time to have him replace it--though I wouldnt trust him with it again anyway. Hed have it for months again! Unbelievable. I have asked for a refund via facebook messenger. We shall see if they respond...

Stay away! Took in a leather jacket to have cuffs replaced. Was told 1 month to complete. 4 months later, the jacket hasn’t been touched! When I went by to check on the repairs, shop was open, but nobody there! After 10 minutes, the lady next door came over to see what I was doing there. I explained my situation, and she found my UNTOUCHED jacket and gave me a refund. (Yes, I paid IN ADVANCE!)Bottom line, don’t waste your time here! He seems to have better things to do than take care of CUSTOMERS!
