Ron and his son where always excellent at responding to my questions, and responsive to any problems that arose during the process. We came to Holbrook, AZ in February planning to purchase a new mobile home and build an off-grid homestead. We had just moved from CA and didnt know anybody here. After looking at some reviews, Home Source in Show Low seemed like a smart place to start....What a good move on our part! We met Ron Bishop and from there it was smooth sailing through an often complicated process. So many details involved in buying and installing a mobile home. Ron is extremely knowledgeable at what he does. It was as if he was on a mission to make sure all of our concerns and needs were addressed. Also, he provided many references, contractors, title, insurance etc. Every one turned out to be a top shelf company with super people! We definitely struck gold, so to speak, when we found Home Source.

We have been in our new home for about six months, and we are thrilled with every square foot! Ronnie and Ron couldn’t have been more helpful in getting our home ordered, delivered and placed on our lot. We were able to customize many of our home’s features for a look that is stylish, classy and comfortable. Although we ran into weather delays, the team, including Kent Nelson, went above and beyond to get the foundation poured, the home set, and the finish work completed for our final move in. The quality of our CAVCO home is superb, and the service work we have needed has been done efficiently and to the high standard we expect with a new home purchase. I highly recommend the Home Source! We couldn’t be happier!!!

This is my 3rd time trying to leave a review. They are a busy company. Family owned business. I was told my house would take a year and I got it in 7 months. Do your research. Dont just take a persons word. Ask plenty of questions. Ronnie the son has his face in the computer because hes answering emails from people like me who sent him at least 30 emails a week. They are a great team. Jackie Bush works alongside the home source. He is an amazing person. Ask for him...

Ron and Ronnie Bishop are great to work with. They are helpful and honest. Their delivery and set up guy, Jack Bush is amazing, honest and really knows his job. One of the contractors Ron suggested that I used was Kent Nelson. Fantastic concrete work, dependable and honest. Everyone works together to make the purchase, lot preperation and delivery as smooth as possible. They all work to help each other and they support each other. Great group of people.

Sounded complicated, many more things to buy like land and clearing it, utilities too hook up & on & on it sounded.Buying a house not so much too do. And Financing is more, and the down payment more then a home. And the sales man never moved from his chair or brochures to take home and show my wife about the models they have.

This dad and son team know there stuff bought home in late 2016, had a couple small issues with home but all taken care of very quickly, Ronnie and dad are Extremely knowledgeable on rules, laws, homes they sell, you ask a question they give an honest answer, no BS, and they don,t pressure sell its a relaxed environment . we looked at many different companies in area not a good experience .so save yourself time and hassle visit them remember there very busy they will get to you,,, relax,,, K.Gill

I really recommend Home Source as the place to purchase your home. The process was straight forward and the customer service was excellent. We originally went to Clayton Homes in Snowflake but the customer service was awful. They didnt return phone calls and completely ignored us. Their homes didnt compare to Home Source. Claytons quality was poor and their ability to coordinate the construction home site was non existent. Our home we purchased from Home Source was beautiful. Ronnie from Home Source helped us through the process. We cant be happier.

The older man is very nice. His son can not get his face out of the computer long enough to help his dad even with a simple question. We wont be back.

I cannot recommend The Home Source highly enough if youre in the market for a new home. We had the most wonderful experience, start to finish, in the purchase and installation of our absolutely beautiful Cavco home. From my very first email (before we were even certain that we were going the manufactured home route), they answered every question thoroughly and patiently. Whether or not I was going to be dealing with them, they were helpful in all of my manufactured home inquiries. They were completely transparent in their pricing and availability, no hidden costs or secretive pricing. Throughout the process, they sent me information and updates and answered every single question, until we finally made the leap, visited the lot, and selected our home.From there, it only got better! We didnt have time to custom order a home, so they worked with our familys needs and showed us every model on the lot that might be a good fit. No pressure at all. No different sales pitch between the lowest and highest price models that we were shown. There was no aggressive upselling or pushing us towards a model that was out of our price range. They were working with us to find the perfect home for our family, both in function and budget. It was a wonderful and completely no pressure experience, which made me so much more confident in my purchase. I didnt need to go home and think about it. I felt thrilled to be doing business with such a customer-centered and caring company. I had no cold feet whatsoever when we went in to sign the paperwork on our perfect new home.The installation process was easy and straightforward. Even when we had complications on our end (county permits!), they held our hand through every step of the way and provided absolutely everything that the county requested before theyd even asked for it! The Home Source is on it. If youve got a contractor, they will do that part of the process, but we did this entirely by ourselves, and had no question unanswered as we worked our way through it. We had our home installed in the busiest part of the year, but The Home Source got it done quickly and well. Any minor issues that weve had (brand new homes always have one or two things that need looking into), they are our point of contact and weve had immediate service.I could write a book on how happy we are, but our beautiful home speaks for itself. I would recommend The Home Source to absolutely anybody in the northern AZ area who is looking to purchase a new home. The entire process was comfortable, easy, thorough, pleasant, and the end result is simply wonderful. It is home. Thank you so much!

When I called to find out how much to move a mobile home the guy was rude and all he said was they were too busy to do anything even too busy to give a price
