This place scratched my new truck and they dont want to take responsibility for there damage I have a brand new 2018 Chevy silverado 2500hd diesel truck that I took in to get fog lights put on my bull bar and after I waited 3+ hours and got charged $80 more than what they said and they went and took it to there car wash and it came back with scratches all over my truck hood,sides,roof ETC. and I have been trying to get this taken care of but they say it couldnt be there car wash but if you see the scratches you can only tell my truck had 4000miles on it and they damaged MY TRUCK I WOULD NOT take my vehicle there VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

My family has been purchasing vehicles from Tates auto for 17 years. We have purchased 6+ vehicles through their representative (Buzz). My wife and I live in Utah and have purchased 3 vehicles through Buzz. He has been extremely courteous and has never steered us wrong. He explains the trade in policies and purchase policies clearly each time. So far everything has been running the way as he has explained. He has also been willing to drive and meet us on the border of Utah and Arizona with our new vehicles. If you have issues with Buzz or the policies, you probably were not paying enough attention to his explanations on the car deals. I highly recommend Tates Auto and I highly recommend working with Buzz.

Josh Johnson was our salesperson. He was polite and professional. This is my first experience with this dealership and I am coming from a very service and customer friendly dealership down in the valley. So far things have gone very smoothly and once the price of the vehicle was agreed upon, they bent over backwards to make my experience enjoyable.

BUY ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I was a first time buyer and these people took advantage of me to make a quick sale. They raised the price of the vehicle by $2000 to make sure they got every penny of my down payment. They keep you waiting and wear you down until you are too tired to think straight. VERY pushy salesmen. Stay away from Todd! He is a lying little weasel. (I had a previous run in with this guy when he threatened to assault a female at a local bar) The vehicle I purchased was used prior as a rental vehicle which was never disclosed and underneath the bed liner was cement caked on it that will never come off. The roof leaks and water drips through the headliner. The salesman that tacked on an extra 2k to the price of the vehicle lured me into a 20% interest rate loan saying I could Refinance. I tried to discuss this with a manager he said he would call me back and said We are not taking the vehicle back, you signed papers. He said he would call me back and never did. I gave him a chance to make this right and he blew me off so now I will use all of my free time making sure everyone knows how this place operates. These people arent out for your best interest they look at you only as commission. I sold a truck I had worked hard on for over a year to get the money to put down on this vehicle. $0 of $4500 cash down was applied towards the advertised price of my truck. I needed the credit and I needed a reliable vehicle to meet my ex wife in Globe to pick up my son. If not for this I would have just kept my old truck and I wouldnt have stepped foot into that building full of liars. Their Nissan trucks are junk. Not high quality like they used to be and they have no right to even be associated with GM. They already have lawsuits filed against them for good reason. Head on over to Horne folks! I am once I am able to be free of the POS they sold me.

Excellent customer service. I havent even bought a vehicle from them, I bought from someone else down in the Valley because they didnt have exactly what I was looking for, but as a dealership, Ive been going through them for certain parts for my car. Even though Im not a car buying customer, theyve been very nice, helpful, and are willing to go out of their way to take care of my needs. If you need help in the Parts dept, ask for David. Hes the best! I also know the manager has supported a local non-profit business with a very generous donation for the cause. That was the primary reason why I turned to them to give them my business. I would recommend if anyone is in the car buying process to buy from them. Its unfortunate that I cant say the same for other dealers on the mountain (except for Horne on White Mtn Blvd). Will definitely consider buying from them in the future just because of the way Ive been treated from my recent experiences.

Todd, our Tates salesman, listened for what we had in mind for a new car. He only showed us vehicles in our price range and was very helpful. No pressure sales. Tates personnel found a finance rate and payment we could handle. They have a lot of vehicles on their lot to choice from. This was the second vehicle we bought from Tates, first one was a used SUV two years ago and now a New Rogue!

We arrived and the moment we parked a sales person came out to us a greeted us very friendly. I was doubting my chances of getting into a car but the sales person and Devin went above and beyond to make it possible, I was able to drive away that day in a car. We have had Nissans for over 15 years and this dealership single handedly made us ditch our loyalty to Nissan. The sales person and manager didnt have accurate information on the car we were looking at and every question we asked had multiple wrong answers. They did a trade in value and low balled us because our car smelled like smoke. We do not smoke and never have. We went to another dealership and asked if it smelled like smoke and they assured us that it did not and have no idea why we were told that. The sales manager got very aggressive with us when we were leaving and told us that he could buy our car all day long at auction. It was the worst experience we have ever had at any dealership and we will not be back EVER!!! Show Low Ford has our business from now on 😎

Purchased a used vehicle from here with high mileage. It looked like a great deal since it was originally purchased new and serviced by this dealership from day one. It turned out to be the worst experience. They wear you down by wasting your time and spinning your wheels so to speak. They bully you into paying a higher price for the vehicle than you are able to afford. The worst part is my service engine light came on the day after I purchased the vehicle and my ODB reader said it was the catalytic converter, I took the car in and they reset the computer and did a tune up ( which should have been done before I purchased it), the light came back on right after that. And again my ODB reader says its the catalytic converter. Once again they reset the computer on the car and the light came on but they still refuse to take responsibility for selling me a vehicle that they know is defective! They claim they put it through an inspection but I still ended up replacing the windshield wipers the moment it rained a few weeks later and the engine oil was like black water (shouldnt that have been changed with the tune up?). They just had me running around to run out the clock and wear me down because Im disabled. Be sure to check all this stuff out before you buy a used vehicle from these people because THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR VEHICLES OR PRODUCTS AND DEFINITELY DONT WARRANTY THEM!

Gets you excited then tells you they need for me the amount they stated down. Horrible customer service and the sales agents are rude and ignore their customers. Also way overpriced. We drove to Mesa, saved 11k versus what their prices were and got a nicer vehicle with all the options. I would never buy on this hill again. Too bad you cant give negative stars!

We had an ongoing issue with our sun visors on our 2014 Pathfinder. They never worked correctly from day one. The dealer that we purchased the Pathfinder from when new replaced then in the first month. But over the last 4yrs they continued to deteriorate and would not stay up. As they are not covered under the full extended warranty we purchased, it was going to cost around $400 to replace them. Thank you Tates Nissan and service Manager Ron Burson, and advisor Brelan Berry for seeing what was slipping thru the cracks, and how Nissan was losing a customer. $100 deductible, 15mins. and I was on my way home with a freshly washed car and new visors that appear to be a much needed upgrade from the factory original.Mike Kirk 😁

BEWARE WE ARE WARNING EVERYONE. This Dealership is the WORST SCAMMERS in the West. WE Were wronged, lied to, and mistreated by the sales (BUZZ) and finance (JOSE) department. I asked point blank if they had other offers or rebates with their 2016 Altims and was told NO. Afterwards and when I have purchased a Rouge Pearl Color I found out that they did have 2016 Altimas with rebates. They will SCAM you for everything!!!! Their Prices are outrageous and their staff are the worst customer service reprentations, and a BAD Apple for the Nissan Industry. Love the cars but NOT Tates Dealership.

Please buy your truck someplace else. Lots of issues with the brand new truck and the sales people we bought it from. Felt we were lied to/mislead, tried to sort things out and all the people involved in our sale & service/repair no longer work there.
