After 6 months, I would not recommend. Has been withholding my mail for months after I moved out of town for school. Will not answer my phone calls or emails when to have my mail forwarded. I ladies who worked there before were a really great help and were able to get it done in no time at all. The new staff have that “my dad owns the company” vibe. I just want my mail forwarded, I can’t drive 200 miles every month, despite already having a house account and everything setup.Really disappointing, and unprofessional.Edit: After 3 months, I have finally been able to reach someone. I’m hoping to continue to use the store for future business, and personally recommend it. It’s just disappointing it took a review and 3 months of no communication to get anywhere.
Those ladies are amazing! I am in there often and so many people don’t understand what the UPS store can and can’t do. They do amazing work and have to clean up a lot of Amazon issues. Great job!
As others have mentioned, they do not open on time ... even when staff can be seen inside. Staff was helpful. Charge for a simple lamination seemed high ... but the work was done quickly and was done well.
This place is great & they do it all! They ship packages which they will put in a box or other container, if u dont have 1, w/packing stuff so it gets there safe; they have Post Office boxes; they fax out for u & u can use their # to receive faxes; & THEY DO COPIES! They probly do other stuff, too, but I missed them. Plus, the employees were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient & very pleasant to do business with. Id highly recommend u check this place out, plus it was only about 10 minutes away from the 1st place I went that didnt make copies.

This is Unbelievable. This is my third attempt to get my mail from my PO Box and no one is here. The first time I came they just changed there business hours without informing anyone who has a PO Box about the changes. They just placed a note on the window. The second time and third time that I’ve driven to the location no one is even here during the new posted hours. I have packages I ordered for a road trip I am going on and now I am unable to get my packages and will have to purchase these items again. I could have given a zero I would have.
Actually looked at the sign posted on the door that says what their hours will be starting March 8th to keep reference. Guess what? Here I am March 8th at 1pm and the place is gated up and a ghost town. Sign says they close at 2pm. Absolutely ridiculous they cant even be open and stay open for five hours. Glad I wasted the fuel to get here for nothing.

This UPS location has been VERY EXCELLENT with one recent exception. Im an immunocompromised senior without a vaccine. I rarely leave my home and have been so happy that theyve been serious about COVID19 precautions, including plastering NO MASK, NO SERVICE signs all over the front doors, windows and inside walls and counter! Yay, right? Welll....I was there a few days later because I felt safe and.. low and behold theres a customer without a mask standing in the middle of the lobby where several of us were on our marked spots for social distancing and complying with the mask policy. This lady refused to stand on her spot as well!The employees did nothing. I motioned to one employee indication my question as to WHY. She did ask the lady if she had a mask and I couldnt here the insuing dialogue but, she DID receive SERVICE!!This makes NO SENSE. Im very upset and this its useless to post signs if you arent going to enforce them.Do something or Ill take my business to another location.Disappointed customer-2 stars off
I sent a package ground. The clerk gave an estimated date of 4 days. I understand that due to Covid all packages are being delayed. It would have been nice if the clerk had informed us that they have no idea when the package will be delivered. It has been at the destination city for 11 days and has been on the truck everyday and still has not been delivered. When I informed the clerk that it would be nice if they told the whole truth I got the company line. When I told her I was just trying to make them better informed I got the Have a nice day. Never using this store again.

I went in here to mail something and they looked at me like I was nuts. They told me to go to the post office instead and then told me that they waited too long to order toner so they couldn’t print any shipping labels. I went to the UPS because I needed someplace more reliable than the USPS...welp fail. I drove 30 minutes to get to the UPS store and because someone didn’t do their job ordering toner (which I’m sure alerted them before they ran out), I wasted part of my day. I also heard someone call needing a notary and they told that person they couldn’t help them with that either. Not really sure why they were even open today since they can’t seem to do any part of their job.
I had a project that needed to get done. We had a couple formatting errors. The rep Devon stayed late to help me make sure it was good. He was able to fix the problem and I got my project out on time. Great customer service. I also checked around for printing cost and this place was the best price.

I had a somewhat complicated Amazon return involving three items. I braced myself for a long and arduous process as I walked into the store.Well, the process could not have been easier. The gal there (apparently, there has been a management change) was extremely helpful and basically took care of everything for me.Could not ask for a more professional or friendly experience. I would recommend.
When I called the Show Low UPS a person told me that they would professionally pack my Item sold to a customer back East. When I took it in the individual he determined the weight, size, and packing requirements of the equipment. He reassured me the the item would be professionally packed with all materials required to keep it from damage. Eight days later my customer sent me pictures and video of the damaged container and the item. Unbelievable damage. He put a handful or two of popcorn in the box! I will never let UPS pack another item. UPS get ready. Cuase here I come.

Google says they close at 6pm, they actually close at 3pm due to COVID. Main UPS hub open from 4-6pm.
