I have had a horrible experience using Lincare in Show Low, AZ. After I first received my supplies from them I decided that I did not need a large portable oxygen cylinder, regulator and mobile dolly that it was attached to. I returned this unit, not used, in less than a month from having it. Later, I no longer had a need for seven portable oxygen bottles, regulator and back-pack, and returned them. That is when I noticed that I was still being charged, along with my insurance company, for all the items that I returned. Its been six-months now, trying to get my bill fixed, and nothing has been done. They still have me listed as having this equipment and continue to send me bills for it. The counter service represenative has been rude at the Show Low office, and the main billing office does not return my calls or look into the matter like they say they will. If you want too avoid headaches and rude service, go some place else.

They are very good always call to let you know when They will arrive. And always looking out for me.
