I ordered a part for my Whirlpool oven online with a very nice and polite sales agent. The part arrived two days later, but it turned out the part was not what I really needed (my fault, as it is a bit difficult to determine from all the sites out there exactly what I needed... I actually needed the mother board behind the control panel, and I thought the mother board was included. It is not discontinued). I called Midsouth and they understood my predicament and agreed to let me return the part, which was not inexpensive. I was even allowed to return it to the local store in my town instead of having to ship it. I went in to the Shreveport store and the guys were most jovial and helped me immediately with the return. Great company!

Called to ask about a part. They said yes we have 3 in stock. Drove an hour and a half to hear we dont have any of those, I dont know why they told you we did
