Well stocked and clean. They carry a good selection of items and a few hard to find things like 95 drapes. Fun seasonal items as well.A few pet items and some occasional furniture. Along with a great mix of towels and linens.

We found some really nice things for my mom.

I went into the store today for a VacuVin wine stopper. It showed they had it online. After several attempts to find it I came across a male employee with dark hair and a flipped name tag. He said it was somewhere in kitchen. I asked if he could show me cause I had been over there a while. He said he would call someone. After waiting a while I went to the front desk and they lady said they didn’t have anything like that. I showed her where it said it was in-store. She asked another person who disappeared for several minutes then took me back to where it was and got it for me. When I said thank you for your help he responded with a very sarcastic thanks for shopping with us!” If I wouldn’t have had to drive to another city to get this I wouldn’t have bought it there. Customer service was really bad. This is why all the businesses are shutting down and going online.

Each staff mee was very courteous

I was able to return gifts I already have I received for my birthday and exchange them for a Flawless Razor. The cashier was very nice and made the exchange very easy.

Not crowded. Asked two employees, one of them twice, for help in finding two items. It might be over there.Found one thing we were looking for on our on. Couldnt find the other. Should have left empty handed, but we didnt. Likely made our last purchase from BB & B. Dont want to disturb the employees.

Couldnt find a mesh laundry bag here. Honestly, the place was a mess. I think they must be reorganizing, there were a lot of bare shelves.

Store reapresentative, Will, helped me look for the item I wanted to purchase. The item wasnt in store. He took me to the computer, ordered it online, and got it shipped to my house! He also provided me with a receipt and approximate delivery date! Great customer service!!

Incredible customer service. I called ahead to make sure the shower head was in stock and they not only had it, but it was $10 off plus they put it at the register for me till I arrived.

They saved my Christmas three years ago. I was on a hunt for the perfect vanity from Santa for my 9 year old daughter. Specifically a wooden vanity with more than 3 drawers and a tripod mirror on top for less than 250. I had no idea they sold furniture . Luckily my sister clued me in. It was a mad house just a few days before Christmas Eve. And I nice fellow on a ladder restocking asked if needed any assistance. He showed me the perfect vanity for 250. And suggested I use the 20% off coupon from the mail. This brought my total to exactly what I wanted. 200$!! Great memory. -SHREVEPORT location

Bed Bath and Beyond has a lot of variety of items that mid to expensively priced. I am not sure if it is the store for me. Some of the items that I hoped to price were boring for me. That is in the looks of curtains, sheets, and shower curtains. There were a few kitchen utensils that caught my interest. The cookware are nice, but prices are high for my purse.

Just wanted to say that the manager, Jeffrey, at this Shreveport store is awesome. My daughter recently married and we had an incident with a gift card being stolen. I took a shot at calling to see if anything could be done. Jeffrey went above and beyond to help my daughter get the card replaced. Trust me, he did not have to go to all the trouble he did to help. Customers service is good but bit pricey

I visited the Shreveport location I was in for about an hour no one asked me once what I was looking for or if I was finding anything that I needed, also the customer service was very poor when I get to the counter I was treated as if I was less than, on top of that they did not have change for the cash that I had. I was very disappointed and I highly recommend that others choose a different location.
