It was a long wait but pleasant people in the office waiting area. On inspecting the rear window install on my 08 Dodge truck I noticed the urethane sealant was not installed very smoothly. Being in the auto business 20 years ago I expected a better finished install.

Great prices! I called Friday to make the appointment. Dropped the first car off Monday morning, got it back and dropped the second car. Picked it up that afternoon. Two cars in one day! Both were done cleanly and professionally. They even taped the unexpired inspection sticker to the new windshield.

Whomever is answering the phone and setting appointment has HORRIBLE customer service! Not only did she get an attitude when I tried to get an understanding of getting a new window but she also hung the phone up in my face! If she didn’t want to come to work or don’t like her job she shouldn’t be there, her attitude and behavior towards me was totally unexceptionable and she definitely caused you all to lose a customer !

Auto Glass Now in Shreveport, Louisiana has some of the best customer service I have ever seen! Damon who physically works on the cars is incredible! I thought I had an issue with a leak from my windshield and it turned out to be a filter behind my glove compartment. He pulled me in the shop to show me what was wrong, told me what I need to do to fix the problem, and didn’t make me waste money on something that wasn’t wrong. Truly incredible customer service that looks out for the best interest of the customer. Will always come back simply because of the kindness showed to me! The employees always make a store what it is!

The lady at the front desk was very rude. Seemed mad at life and took it out on customers, and charging $300 more than the other 3 locations that I went to the same day

The manager was very rude to my daughter multiple times. Made a appointment and she said she wasnt there friday or Saturday so she didnt apparently believe her so she had to wait a really long time. Keys sat on desk for a while before she acknowledged oh is the for Rhonda. A 30 minute job took 3 plus hours. Dont need rude people to greet customers EVER!

The entire staff was super friendly and full of good energy.I did end up with a stress fracture on my new windshield a few hours after installation but the windshield was under warranty and everyone was very helpful when I brought it back. Busy, but quickly take care of those needing glass chip repair.

The lady at the service desk rudely told my Mom that she couldnt wait in the lobby because of Covid, only after taking her car for the repair. It is 95 degrees outside. My mother is vaccinated and wears a mask. After 20 minutes of waiting outside, they told her they couldnt repair it because the windshield was too hot and to come back in the morning. Unacceptable.

Placed me on hold for a quote. 20 mins later turns out they just closed shop. They could have just said they were about to close. Its details like this that give great insight on what businesses to avoid. Thanks for saving me money. Ill take my large order elsewhere

LEAKS!! We got our windshield replaced here about 6-8 weeks ago and it leaks!! Of course its under Warranty so we call and they tell us its not the windshield its the drain to the sunroof that needed to be EMPTIED, so they said they emptied it but my headliner is still wet everytime it rains!!!!!!!! We never had this problem until they replaced the windshield. We have called several times about it and its still a problem and since it is I will be contacting an attorney to sue for damages done to my car!! Lindsey is no help at all and does not do her job, she deserves to be replaced!

This business will not service it’s customers. I purchased a new windshield for my truck. The windshield began to leak after 3 days. I went back in. I spoke with the manager about the problem. She stated do you have your receipt. If not we cannot help you. Did you have any rust. Stay away!

I was told to be at the shop before they opened to get in line on a Saturday. First come first serve the nice lady said. I arrive thirty minutes early on what is going to be a busy Saturday. They forgot to order glass. So sorry, can you come back Monday Yeah, right! Peace out! Ill find somebody else.

Do NOT use this business! If I could give less than 1 star, I would. They installed a faulty windshield on my truck that leaked like a sieve. I took my truck back in to repair the leak, and they wouldn’t even touch it because I didn’t have a receipt from over a month ago. Voicemails, online quotes and even my bank statement was not enough for them to honor the warranty. I had to take my truck to another glass business in town for the repair and was told I wasn’t the first vehicle that day that ran into the same exact issue from this business. I will NEVER do business with Autoglass Now ever again.

I went with my mother for her service she came to get a slide in door window for her van and she came back with her windshield replaced and the slide door still busted open. The individual Becky told her one thing with one price and now all of a sudden Becky isn’t here and she’s the one who has miscommunicated and she needs to be there to correct the issue. So now my mom is out of 200 dollars and still has to pay for a slide door

Wonderful place...fast...great prices. I have bought 3 windshields for 3 different cars and always had a great service.

We had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at 9AM. When we dropped off our vehicle, the lady at the desk said it would be about 2 hours. When we returned at 11, our car had not even been touched. It was Easter weekend, so we drove home and planned to come back later to get our finished vehicle. They called at 12:14 to tell us they didn’t have a piece necessary to replace our windshield and asking if we would like to reschedule. We told them no, that we were unhappy with their service and would pick up our vehicle and take it elsewhere. We then went on with our Easter weekend. We missed a call from them at 1:45. They left no message. We called them back and discovered they had closed. This was upsetting, but we had an extra key and decided to get our vehicle from the parking lot in which we had left it and go back for the key later. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at their shop and our car was locked in their garage. This was on Saturday. They had our vehicle locked away until 8AM Monday and there was nothing we could do about it. There were no posted closing hours for Saturday. They did not tell us when their business closed in any of our interactions in person or over the phone. They did not leave a message telling us that they were locking our vehicle away. They did not know about or have the parts needed to replace our windshield. We got our car back this morning, Monday, with absolutely no work having been done on it. I cannot believe this is how a business is run. Their prices seem too good to be true, and they are open on a Saturday. It’s not worth it. The work didn’t get done and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered.

I called 5 times trying to make an appointment and was put on hold for 10+ minutes the first two times, then told I would get a call in 10 minutes and didn’t get called so I called 3 hours later, got put on hold AGAIN. Called back an hour later and told her I didn’t want to be put on hold again because I’ve been trying to get an appointment for 2 days. Then got nothing but an attitude because she didn’t want to hear that I was tired of being put on hold :) get another receptionist or someone who can handle the call volume.

I have used Auto Glass Now on 2 separate occasions, I own 2 Jeep Wranglers which are notorious for cracked windshields do to the fact that the windshields are flat. THE WORST EVER!!! I called the Shreveport shop at 9:00am to get a quote. The quote was reasonable so I asked the lady on the phone if the could put it in that day. She told me they could install a new back glass at 3:00pm. I showed up at 2:45 and they took my info and told me that it would take a 1 to 1 1/2 hours. So I left my vehicle and and left with a friend. I showed back up 1 1/2 hours later. My car was still parked in the same place and no work done to it. So I asked how long it would take and of course the lady at the front counter told me I was next in line. As I sit in the waiting room 3 vehicles have been rolled in for work. I’m stuck because I have no back glass and it is supposed to rain. While I am waiting there is a lot of goofing off by the employees in front of several customers. I’m not sure how they get any work done at this place. I guess I should have read the reviews before I came here. Very unprofessional lady that works the front counter. I will never spend another dime with this company. Not sure how they are even still in business. Looks like I’m gonna be here until late tonight. I had to cancel several obligations I had this evening.

The installation guys are pretty good. But the people at the front are very unprofessional and ghetto. Called a day in advance and they said they would have the windshield the next day and took all our info. Get there next day and they claiming they never spoke to us.

I got a new windshield put in and the price was great and customer service was great as well. On the other hand a couple weeks later I was driving down the highway and the rubber lining on the outside of my windshield came flapping off and the bottom pieces were not put on all the way either. I guess you get what you pay for here.

I call two days in advance. The lady quote that was ok for the budget, Was told first come first served to be there around 7.30am that they open at 8 am. Also that it would about 90mins per install. That they only do about 15 to 20 a day.We show up on time but that where it went wrong. Their was 5 from the day before still in the shop plus the 5 that was there before us. Then i watched them pull in vehicles that arrived after us. So much for first come first served.No professional system No service.

They gave me a back glass that had waves in it first but changed it out for a good one after the fact. The price isnt bad and its a decent place. Just be sure to check their work after completion and before you leave.

1st time there. Have not even picked up my car yet. But I have a hunch they are good at what they do.

While the price was low, so was the quality. They damaged the interior of my truck and then asked for a quote for the scratched dash (pillar actually), then proceeded to explain that they did not do the damage - even though the damage was not there before I dropped off my truck. Very dismissive and accusatory AND my truck is still damaged. Also, while I was waiting literally five people came in with complaints about leaking from the windshield. Apparently this is a continual issue. Can we get the BBB involved with this business? What a sham.

I’ve dealt with this company twice now. The first time they were super nice, flexible and reasonably priced. They totally botched the job the first time but fixed it afterwards. That technician was fired. Since then, everything has changed. The front desk lady was rude as all get out, they don’t work with you and their prices seemed to have gone up. Definitely won’t go back.

I loved the experience with the staff. They gave me a fast quote, on Friday. They had my windshield in stock! & I got a great deal by scheduling my appointment for that Monday!!! The wrong windshield was put on my car. When I called to speak with the manager Lindsey to correct the issue she was very defensive and refused to listen to my concerns. She stated that I needed to take my car to the dealership. After taking my car to the dealership and getting documentation stating that my windshield was the incorrect one, I returned to Auto Glass Now Shreveport to speak again with manager Lindsey. This time she was very irate and confrontational. She was talking over me and laughing in my face. She then proceeds to call Shreveport Police on me. Horrible horrible customer service. I will never return! I will also tell my friends, family and business partners to never do business with them. No one should be treated the way I was treated by Lindsey!

In less than 24 hrs from our first contact, they replaced the back windshield of my truck and I was back on the road. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Low price and worked well with my insurance. I highly recommend them. Dax, the manager, runs a good operation!

Called late yerterday, they said they could have the glass by morning. I had to work till noon. They called me at noon and said the window was in. I took my car over there promptly and David changed out the window in what seemed like record time. The office staff was very friendly and courteous. I will go back for any of my auto glass needs. And oh BTW the Price is Right.

My son has a older model vehicle and had his windshield done here 3 times. Supposedly, they cant get the windshield to stop leaking, they say because of rust. But I have spoke to different windshield place and they said it sounds like the place doesnt want to do whatever it takes to make sure the job is done. Im very disappointed, we take our cars here, but not anymore.

I made 2 different appointments after waiting over an hour the first time for an appointment that was at 9 am I rescheduled after an hour of sitting there and my car was still in the parking lot. The second time I dropped it off I called to check at 2 it was an hour after my appointment and they said it was next in line. I finally left there after 5 pm. One of my windshield wipers is bent and they left my dash and pillars filthy and greasy. No clean up at all. I would NOT recommend them to anyone

Bad service! Even though they put a new front glass in my truck and did not put my side flaps back on right and One flew off while I was driving, they wouldnt fix it because I couldnt find my receipt . I know they can pull It up on the computer but wouldnt. So They lost a good customer. And while I was there One of their employees moved a customers car and wrecked another customers vehicle. It just shows how unprofessional they really are!

I called on Tuesday for an estimate on a windshield for one of shop vans, although the internet was down Kendra went the extra mile to quickly give me an estimate. We made an appointment with Jennifer on Wednesday afternoon to get the windshield done and were able to leave the van overnight and pick it up Thursday morning. Their service was fast and friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now.

Had an appointment on 1/16/19 @ 8:00 am, I pulled up @ 7:55, the building was dark. I called their phone number and they said the manager was sick, understandable. The women who works at the front desk arrived @ 8:10, no problem for me. I asked to speak to the tech working on my car because I had something mounted to the windshield and I wanted to see if they could put it back, the tech was late also... Not problem, stuff happens, but when the tech arrived it was obvious that he was hung over and he said the women at the desk, “I was asleep in my truck, nobody called to wake me up!” In a loud voice. Very unprofessional! It was at that point I lost confidence in the tech and the business. I asked for my paperwork and informed the women at the desk that I would have to go another way.

I wasnt impressed by this place. It took them over 2 hours to replace the windshield on my Jeep. I certainly wasnt the last person to come in that day but somehow, my car was the last one to be done. I have a feeling that by telling them that I would come back later, they pushed my car to the end of the line. Like other reviewers mentioned, this ruined my plans for the day.Im not sure how they managed to do this, but I wound up with adhesive all over my car. It was all over the doors, the front, and the top of my car, as well as the mirrors. If I was the last car done, I dont understand why it wasnt removed. Ive had my windshield replaced twice before and each place I visited made sure any excess glue or old adhesive was removed and that my car was clean when it was returned to me.
