Well.... My parent met a really tall guy name The Black Bob Barker. He was so cool and really nice. They liked him so much they got 2 Tahoes. But today.... Im getting my own 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer. Its my turn!

I looked online. I saw a Colorado I liked. Met The Black Bob Barker and well. My family couldnt be happier. Josh Knowles made finance more smooth than any other purchase. J.R. is the salesman everyone should strive to be like.

I have been looking for a car by myself for a while. No one took me serious in my efforts to get my first one. I told my mom and she said we’re going to see The Black Bob Barker. I met him and I learned so much. He told me all the pros and cons of each vehicle. I told him I was looking at another vehicle at another dealership. When I tell you I was worried it’s an understatement. I saw a beautiful Mercedes and went to go see it. I met a man named The Black Bob Barker and he was nice. He was patient and never rushed me. I have been in the market to get a vehicle for a little while. My family STRONGLY suggest I go to Chevyland and see The Black Bob Barker. To many things to list in this space. But, here are the most troubling. A very unprofessional service person with a bad attitude is the main reason I can’t recommend this dealership. I will not return to any business, if the first person I meet speaks to me or my family with hostility or aggression. This is no place for that behavior. Also, and just as detrimental, the final bill list codes that are incorrect for the work done on my vehicle— fixed electrical issues— this was never performed and, after calling GM corporate and speaking with a senior service manager — they reviewed and agreed that they were not the correct billing codes.This might seem unimportant at first but when I go to sell or trade it will appear like my vehicle has electrical issues and could affect selling price!! I paid, right at $84,700 for my vehicle. If you can’t get it right at this price, what are you doing to the people who spend less?!I’m still very upset that I have to drive to another city and/or state, to try a different dealership. I don’t want to change brands, but I will if that’s the only way to get better service after purchase.

Daniel was great, patient, and helped us find the vehicle we needed. The overall process took longer than we expected, and I could have brought a book or a sandwich/bag of chips, but that isn’t Daniels fault, it’s just apparently “the car buying process.” Complimentary peanut M&M’s would be welcome, or maybe a jolly rancher to help pass the time. Super happy with our trade, and chevyland has always been great to us!

Daniel Jackson did a great job working with me to find a new vehicle. He got me in the vehicle I wanted and stayed in touch with me. Other dealerships I worked with didn’t provide the service anywhere close to what he did.

11 months ago we met J.R. We weren’t sure about buying back then but he was patient. Over time we always remembered The Black Bob Barker. We came in and asked for The Black Bob Barker. We saw the truck we knew we wanted. He showed us the truck and explained everything about it. He still didn’t rush us and let us think it over. We are buying our 3rd Chevrolet from Chevyland because of him. You don’t get this kind of service anywhere. It’s a lost art form and the world needs more of it. This has been the best buying experience we have ever had.

Started looking on their website. Filled out a request to be contacted they contacted me the very next day. Spoke over the phone with Justin boyles. And he was great answered all my questions and very patient and well spoken. Never felt like I was being pressured into buying a truck. All in all would definitely recommend Chevyland.

My appointment was at 1:00 pm my car was not finished until 2:30 pm. I’m not sure how long it takes to perform an oil change however an hour and 30 minutes seems quite lengthy. This has happened to me on multiple occasions, if someone would just come say something then it wouldn’t seem so horrible. The young lady did give me a discount for the long wait however this seems to happen too often and needs to be addressed. If this happens again I will find another dealership to start getting my service and oil changes from.

I tell you what.... That Cody Johnson and The Black Bob Barker saved Chevyland. These 2 are the most courteous manager and salesman I have ever dealt with. They alone are the reason why I will come back to Chevyland. They are the only reason I bought a Colorado today. They stepped up to the plate and treated me right.

Rude sales manager. They will lie to you about your car values and then turn around and mark your trade up $8000 above the price they trade for. They say they do not sell their vehicles above msrp like other dealers and that may be true, however they will screw you on your valuable trade. You have other choices, use them instead of these crooks.I will refresh your memory on the vehicle I traded you. It was the 2016 white Chevrolet Tahoe with 82,000 miles on it. You told me it was only worth $30,000 but you are selling it for $37,000. This is the vehicle I am referring to. Now your comment is really showing how you treat your customers.

Discriminated me by refusing to sale a brand new vehicle that was on the lot for the advertised price because I did not live here? Marked a vehicle up $5,000 over the window sticker after showing me the vehicle, taking all my information and then bringing the breakdown with a $5,000 markup due to not being a “local” person.

I arrived and was greeted immediately. I was informed of 4 recalls and the approximate wait time for oil change, tire rotation and to update the 4 recalls.

In June, I purchased a used vehicle from Chevyland and had the pleasure of working with Justin Cherry and Josh Knowles. Greeted almost immediately, treated very nicely, convenient location, easy to set appointment, easy in and out, comfortable waiting area, work completed in acceptable time frame, employees are nice, and I feel like a valued customer.

We met J.R 2 years ago. We decided not to buy them but we remembered him. He was so nice and no other salesman across the country could match his charisma. We came back yesterday and he actually remembered us. I can’t tell you what that meant to my wife and I. We tried to make it challenging but he was so good. the Black Bob Barker is the best salesman in this dealership. He might be the best we’ve ever seen… It’s just different dealing with him. You know he cares about you. He is the only reason we didn’t buy from John Harvey or Red River.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I had problems after problems at this dealership service center. The person that’s taking care of my account at the service center told me to give them another chance because of my last bad experience and he promised me a loaner next time I come guaranteed. I come to my appointment yesterday and he said there aren’t any loaner cars, so why guarantee me something you can’t deliver. I said ok with disappointment. Then he said the shuttle to take me home is in route, I waited 2 hours for the shuttle to come take me. Every thirty minutes he would tell me it’s on the way. They promise you things they can’t back up. They damage my rims and it took them over 6 months to replace. They are insufficient with their schedules, which does not make sense at a Chevy dealer like this. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business in this location and I spent a lot of money here. Yesterday I had to wait two hours for a shuttle, even though I scheduled a shuttle with my appointment online. After two hours waiting I told them what have they done to my truck so far, they didn’t do anything.I told them I just want my truck back I don’t want to do service here anymore, so I just left and went home. So what’s the point of an appointment if you’re not gonna work around the same time as my schedule. Horrible experience last 3 times I came to this location. Will never get any of my business again

Robby Dooley has been extremely professional during my visits to Chevyland. Mr. Dooley has also avoided being aggressive in trying to force a purchase before I’ve had the time to research the many options I have in moving me toward making an actual purchase. I would personally recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to see Mr. Dooley for said services.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Traverse yesterday. Doug Hill and Justin Cherry were wonderful! The process of buying the car was going really well. I had already got my financing approved through my credit union who offered a great rate! When I went to pick up my vehicle my husband and I were asked to go in Jay Wang office. He was actually a finance guy for Chevyland. We let him know we already have our financing he offered several things and we kept saying no were going through our credit union then he got upset. If it wasnt for the awesome experience beforehand with Doug and Justin I would have walked out of the place. I have never felt more trapped or pressured from a finance person before to go with them. Hopefully after my husband spoke to Mr Montgomery he will let him know that is not how you do customers. When we told Jay how we felt he said Im just doing my job. I will definitely pray for him but other than that Im glad I bought my car from two gentlemen that did what they were supposed to do and with courtesy.

I have bought from every Chevy dealership in the area. The Black Bob Barker is the best salesman I have had since I been buying cars. If you gonna buy go see this man. It’s worth it.

Chevyland Shreveport8/20/2021To whom it may concern:This letter is to bring to your attention and rectify a situation that occured on 8/13/2021I am not a happy or satisfied customer and would hope this letter will prevent this from happening to me or any other valued customer in the future.I am referring to a regular maintenance oil change that was scheduled for 8/13/21 at 10:45am. I was contacted by Chevyland to make an appointment, that my service was due.  During the scheduling, I asked and was reassured the service would not take over 30 minutes. I arrived 5-10 min early and waited 1.5 hours without any service done. I was not shown any interest in performing the oil change in a timely manner, nor any empathy that I had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment.I am a business owner as well and understand efficiency and “time is money”. I lost time and money having to go to another place  and spending more money for an oil change. I expect quality service from your dealership and would like to request that this issue is addressed in an expedient manner. I also would like a follow-up reply.

Ive purchased a lot of cars in my life, this experience was by far the BEST. My lease was coming to an end so I stopped by ChevyLand. I had already decided exactly what I wanted. I met Wes Davis at ChevyLand and explained I wasnt in a hurry and told him I wanted a Trailblazer and gave him my list of wants. I received a call a few short weeks later. He found exactly what I asked for. Wes worked with me to make the negotiation and signing process a breeze with very little time sitting at the dealership. (I hate just sitting there watching all the whispering) Once I got home with my Trailblazer, I learned there was even more bells and whistles that made me love my new ride even more. This is the second truck I have gotten from The Black Bob Barker. It gets better every time. Hard not to I love this man.

My Aunt sent me these yesterday. She told me her salesman, J.R. aka The Black Bob Barker helped her. He made her feel comfortable. She had dealt with another salesman previously and he couldnt answer any of her questions. J.R. was patient and answered all her questions after changing vehicles a few times. I just dont understand how people could come up there an not work with J.R. My aunt is not easy to deal with. I havent seen her this happy since I was a child and Im in my 50s. J.R. should be the only salesman everyone uses. Chevyland has found the one man who can please the impossible customer.

The visit was ok. Any time I go there, I never seem to get everything I go for. I set an appointment for an oil change and the 22.5k maintenance package. They only changed the oil and did nothing towards the maintenance package. When I asked about it, the service man said they dont do the things listed under the maintenance package. I kinda felt like I was being brushed off or pushed away. The staff is normally friendly, I just never seem to get what I need.

All I have to say is never listen to Emily that calls you for services that’s needed. This lady lied to me about not having a warranty on my battery purchased almost 36 months ago. She told me my warranty has just expired, LIE. To sum it up my warranty would’ve expired in the next three days. Had I not spoke up and asked for the manager to look into this, they would have got me for a free $401.00. Save your receipts on any services that Chevyland Youree drive location, perform on your car. And if this battery fail before warranty ends, I’ll be back on that warranty as well. Chow!!!

I walked in to see a used Jeep. I met J.R. aka The Black Bob Barker and well.... I left in something better. We bought from Chevyland before but this experience was far better. If you meet The Black Bob Barker you know he is gonna do his best for you.

Went in for the most basic of services (oil change and rotation on 5/14) and your incompetent staff seems to have drained the old oil, and not put new oil in. There is no way to prove it, but I also doubt my tires were rotated. This isnt the first time Ive had a bad experience with the service center. After telling several people about this experience, Ive learned that your service center is well known as the absolute worst in town. Ill be calling for a refund later in the morning and your dealership has not only completely lost my business, but I will actively be telling people to not use any of your services.

My friend and I met The Black Bob Barker and he was a man of his word. He said he would do everything in his power to help us and my friend is so happy. Best experience I’ve had in any dealership ever. If you come to Chevyland it is worth the wait. Other salesman just want to get you in and out. J.R took his time with us and.
