PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I bought a Nissan Versa from them 105k miles $5,900 the car broke down one month after purchase it won’t start and the transmission is gone we contacted them and they could care less. I feel like we were robbed out of almost $6000. That’s what they do and they should be investigated. I worked hard to get the money for that vehicle and for that to happen I feel used….

After going to all three lots and picking out a car, then I find out that the advertising that stayed 1000 down payment was a lie. Only payments in full. Still carless.

My experience with pipes will be the worst I have purchased a Nissan Murano with 230,000 mi on the vehicle within the 3-day period I tried to take the car back I called up there and a man told me he was not taking the car back today is Fathers Day I was hoping to take my kids on a beautiful trip and almost ended up crashing into a 18 wheeler with my family in the car I am very disgusted with people who sell death traps as of today the car has been deemed as a dangerous vehicle by Marshall PD Im asking anyone and I mean anyone who has a family please do not purchase cars from pipes after almost losing my life and my family today was a very scary pipes will not refund my vehicle at all...

Got 2 cars form them first one broke soon as I got it home oil everywhere, the other one was good for one day and after that nothing but problems. Please Dont give thoese people your Money! thank me later.

Has to be the rudest man Ive ever spoken too. Last year I bought from them and later my vehicle catalytic converter broke. I contacted pipes and they said that it was nothing they could do about it so he got $4,000 in my money and I got no vehicle for a whole year

BAIT AND SWITCH! I went to Aero Drive first and they gave me a price sheet. I went to Hearne Ave and was told the price of the car I was looking at was 12K but if I were buying cash it would be 10.5K the price sheet from Aero Dr says 10.2K and after running the VIN on car fax it shows the vehicle was flood damaged in a hurricane in Texas and sold for 16k with 26k miles. Now it has 76k miles and they want the price(s) they want for it now with bald tires and no maintenance. Someone should investigate these people for fraudulent representation of their cars.

Dont buy cars from here. They lie, and their vehicles are not serviced properly. They add in the cost of fixing a vehicle that was already in their possession. Not to mention you will wait for your tags forever and be told you have to wait until your first payment is made. That was a month ago! Lies, and more crooked mess! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU PEOPLE TO ANYONE. I UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS TOLD NOT TO COME SEE YOU.

Do Not Go to pipes!!! They sold me a 2004 Honda Civic for 3100 and within a month the transmission went out and a tall salesman said with a smirk on his face there’s nothing that can be done.

I called to confirm that the Hearne Ave location had a certain vehicle and was lied to by the salesmen about it, plus, they tried to get me into another vehicle that was over my budget and didnt fit my needs. Over selling is one thing, it happens everywhere and I expect it, but when you blatently lie to my face without even checking your computer inventory, or making phone calls, is a problem for me. Pipes on Aero is great and I give them 5 stars, but the Hearne location should get zero stars in my book.
