Went in to look at a new mower..Paul was very helpful and answered all my questions. I purchased a new exmark zero turn mower at 1pm, and it was delivered to my house at 4pm the same day! Very happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of doing business with these guys..

VERY unprofessional from the manager Richard on down to the mechanic John! Took my child UTV to get fixed. They had it for almost THREE months and still didnt fix it but OVER charged me!

First time zero turn buyer, went in to purchase a mower for my resident only. One sales lady was on the phone with another customer. Which I totally understand business. But did not get greeted at all. Another sales lady was moving around looked up & started back doing what she was doing. After waiting patiently for literally 5 min I said excuse me to the lady on the phone do you have any one that can assist me. She finally ask the lady moving around could she assist me. Which then helped me. She seemed knowledgeable of the different brands which gave me a couple of quotes.

Commercial Power is always professional. Theres a mechanic there / Doctor Curtis . Hes a awesome n honest guy. The best mechanic Ive ever dealt with n 24 yrs of lawn service. Once look at a mower / engine running like it was blowing up, half power . Curtis looked at it, tweaked something n got another year be 4 I had to replace the engine. Awesome place to do business.

They asked all the right questions so they could recommend the right mower for the job.We left owning exactly what we needed and wanted. They even delivered it to our property for free, complete with expert training and all of our additional questions answered.I recommed you see Commercial Power Equipment before you buy from the big box stores. Youll never get the service and fair price from the big box stores that you will get from Commercial Power Equipment.

Purcahsed a Exmark Radius mower on Saturday. The sales lady Kay ( I believe was her name ) was very helpful didnt push and annoy me like most salesmen or saleswomen. They were all very polite, so far so good on dealing with them. My neighbor has also had good luck with them.

They totally lied to me about the repairs that they said they tried to make. Luckily I didnt have to pay for any attempts but I took my mower to another shop and they fixed it in under an hour. It wouldnt be so bad if commercial power equipment didnt have it for two weeks just sitting there. A total waste of time.

Went to buy two belts for my Exmark zero turn, they ended up charging me $215. Come to find out they charged me $100 for a $26 dollar belt. Rip off, wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.
