I used their services in March for my daughters birthday party. The weather was predicted to be bad on the original day of the party. The lady from the office called me to reschedule for the next day. I thought that was very considerate and accommodating. The day of the party, I was a little nervous because the delivery men was not there at the quoted time, but they did show up with plenty of time to spare. They were quick with the setup for the bounce house, popcorn machine and snow cone machine. Everyone with Majestic Tent & Event made it a memorable birthday for my daughter. I would use them again.

Storer Services held their All Associates Day Event and used Majestic Inflatable services. They were on time and the water slide was a huge hit with all of the kids. Mike and his team are amazing to work with. We will use them again. Thanks for adding so much value to our event.

Mike is a great person to work with. He is very accommodating and can put you in a tent that works perfectly. Great customer service, friendly staff, easy to work with and great prices.

I cannot give enough kuddos to Donnie Cox, Mike, and their team. I was the event planner for a mutual client where Majestic tent provided a large tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, chandelier, and edison lights. They came out and set-up everything perfectly for this wedding however mother nature was not working with us. The day prior to the wedding the grounds were soaked and extremely muddy and it was apparent then that we were not going to be able to have the reception in the tent as planned. I called Donnie to explain the dillemma that we were in, because of their outstanding customer service they moved moutains to ensure that this brides wedding day was not reuined. A team was sent back out to the venue to string the lights on the deck and even was able to move the chandelier. I am so appreciative of this and what what they did to help me ensure that the couple (especially the bride) was able to enjoy their wedding and still have use of some of the things that they paid for. if I could give more stars I would! A HUGE THANK YOU to Donnie, Mike and those two crew members that made it all happen!!!!!

First off, if you are looking for tables and chairs, this is NOT the place for it lol. Encore Event rentals would be worth the extra 50 cents. I put a deposit down on a rental, just from the look of the displays, i was pretty confident it would be worth the money considering Encore event was a LITTLE more expensive. We show up to pay the other half for pick up and as we are getting ready to load everything, they tell us you may want table covers because they arent pretty. As they are laying the FIVE 16 tables and FOURTY FIVE white resin padded chairs on our trailor, wood pieces were falling off the table and it literally looked like they found it at the dump. Lol we had in mind some very nice center pieces but the middle of the table has a hole in it about the size of a golf ball. The table covers do NOT mask the table. It literally looks like it needs sanded down and thrown in a fire pit before use. The chairs were filthy and taped together. Nobody wants to spend their wedding day scrubbing down a chair and applying a thick layer of duct tape. The DISPLAYS look nice BUT the day of pick up you do NOT get a refund for the garbage they throw on your truck or trailor. Theyll offer you a table cover and chair cover but keep in mind, your party will need to brace themselves for the splinters.........
