Small facility but if you have an appointment and are on time they to do their best to stay on schedule and get you loaded or unloaded quickly. The one negative is that the dock area is extremely tight, limited room for pulling forward. Not sure how they can accommodate trucks in the first three dock doors at the same time. If this occurs then you may be waiting for a truck to leave before you can leave or dock.

This delivery is a stunning example of business 1st, in Shreveport.... the operations of the team is 2 to none... get a driver in and out . The pavement out front has taken a beating from the thousands of pounds of paper products and delivery trucks. I sure hope the employees dont bust their oil pan on their vehicles.

Sitting here for a 9am del today to be told that they dont receive. Bad attitude was told that sometime around 1 pm they would get me unloaded missing next load. HARD AFTER I SIT AND WATCHED THEM STAND AROUND DOIND NOTHING.Never again.
