Unfortunately, I cant write a good review. I visited the location in Shrewsbury and the PM came to measure the kitchen and the bathroom project. We are talking about two rennovation projects and those are not cheap.I was told I was going to get a design and the quote in the very next week and I have been waiting for a quote for one month now and they just dont respond. I found myseld calling and sending emails asking for the quote and I felt I was begging for a professional treatment. Last time I heard back, I was told I was getting a quote by last week and that promise was also not honored and I didnt even hear back from them why its late again. I guess its a good sign not to do business with them, it could be much worse if I had signed a contract and put the deposit down and be pushed around as I have been. I wonder if the owner of the business is aware he is losing clients and money for the lack of professionalism of the employees. I just wonder.

Recently went to Mid-state for some advice on my kitchen. Jake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about kitchen design, cabinet options, as well as hardware. I am so glad I stopped by for advice and the solution that Jake offered me was the right one. I ended up hirng them on the spot. Excellent customer service, excellent installation, and great ideas.

We used Mid-State for a complete remodel job of our kitchen and home. They were great to work with and the project went very smooth! The transformation to our home is amazing! All employees that we dealt with from Mid-State were informative and easy to work with. Jessie our kitchen designer had great ideas and made a beautiful kitchen out of a challenging layout. We couldnt be happier with the results!! We would highly recommend Mid-State Kitchens and Mid-State Building and Remodeling.

Very happy with Mid-state Kitchens from working with Lilly to having them delivered everything went perfect. If you are a do it yourself-er or having it done this is the place to go. We are very happy.

Everyone was very wonderful to work with, and they were interested in giving us what we wanted. This was my first major project in my home, and I learned a lot. Mid-State Kitchens was very helpful answering my questions. (There were some things that I would do differently, but that was part of my learning experience.) They took out the old cabinets, put in new ones, and also a backsplash, floor, paint, and some electrical work. It took just about a month from the first day of work.
