Picked up balloons Friday at 1 and Saturday by 10am they were on the floor and my big balloon exploded somehow I had to buy another to get home discover that it didnt even sing . 85. Worth of everything and only 25. Mickey was the only balloon that functioned properly. Til his head flew away

They should name this place as rude city. Bad manners all over. People who work here should understand that they are selling things, and a little respect to the customers goes long way.

Great selection and really helpful staff.

This place was very cool. I never new places lile this went to that extent . i was sent to get a few things. I found want i needed and ended up walking around the store for almost an hour after that just looking around haha. Staff was friendly check out was quick and reasonable.

Shopping for my daughters party they where sold out Nightmare before Christmas party accessories but they have all the costumes but also selling fast.

Low on Halloween and no pet party stuff

Weve always gotten our birthday party supplies here. It is conveniently located, good prices, the usual. Today an employee secured our business forever. Alex made up for my misinterpretation of when I should pick up and waited after hours long enough (about 20 minutes) to fulfill and handoff my order outside the store. Im sure it wasnt a big deal but it made a huge impact. Thank you Alex!

Excellent variety of all your party needs for all those special occasions.

Part of a chain that typically has larger stores, but this outlet still has good themed items. Their seasonal selection is limited and low quality, but their standard party/celebration selection is broad and complete enough to be useful. Id recommend going elsewhere if you know what you want, but if you dont, go here.

We went for a costume for my daughter. 5 days before Halloween and everyone else who was kind of last minute was there but there was still a lot of options available. Many themed costumes as well as individual masks and costume pieces. Great selection. The staff is also very friendly and helpful! Our new favorite place for party supplies!

Went foe some early Halloween decorations but they were just putting them out. Great selection. Store was clean and well organized especially considering the had boxes from a massive delivery that morning. Staff were perky and friendly. Ill be going back.

I bought super hero dress up items a week after Halloween they were not costumes, no discount I bought them with superhero party supplies. I did not end up using them, I tried to return them 5 days later and was told no returns on Halloween items after explaining they were with superhero selection and not discounted they still refused! I understand if they were discounted or marked as a final sale but that was not the case

Today our primary visit is to purchase Valentine gifts for my daughters school friends. Perfect place for small gifts and party items. I love this place.

Great place for any occasion.

Normally a great place to get all you want for your home party decoration. I went after Halloween to buy stuff for a bachelor party but could not find anything. Halloween stock was still there and they have moved out bachelor stuff. I was a bit disappointed. Although i have shopped there before and in general had good experience.

Obviously a great place to get Halloween stuff! But some of the stuff you can probably save yourself a little by just making it yourself. Seasonal store, so its only around during Halloween, its a Party City off shoot company.

Alot of variety

Needed a gender reveal black balloon. The young lady who waited on me was so great. I gave her the envelope & She put the gender color confette in the balloon making sure I was not watching. She was very professional & made my experience as the Grammy so much fun because I didntcwant to know the gender either.

Nice selection of Passover supplies. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you.

I had a pretty bad first experience here with some rude, unfriendly staff.The associate Deanna has zero customer service skills and refused to help me with a simple exchange.After reaching out to the manager Laura, everything changed. She actually listened to me and cared about my issues, and assured me she would address them. She went out of her way to make sure my problems were resolved and was very helpful.

I love party city so much but the only thing that I dont like about it is the people and the workers. The cashier took way to long to give me back my money plus she was being really rude about it. So Ill have to give it 2 stars.. if I were you I would go to another party city..

Had exactly what I needed. Fun store!

If there was a no stars Id give it. I ordered online and picked up at the Shrewsbury store andI received a costume with no mask. The Customer service online took four days to get back to me. And told me to call or go back to the store. I did. Lady told me to go to the back and knock on the door and get my mask. Okay go back there girl gets me another costume still no mask. And yes it was suppose to come with one. I said still no mask she goes back and grabs the first star wars mask she can find...wrong size and wrong mask. I tell her she ignores me. Another lady comes I say please I just want a mask and I just want to get out of here. She was apologetic and got me the right mask. But I will never go back absolutely terrible service!!!!!!

Nice cheap things

A few of the employees are helpful, and some do the bare minimum. No longer reliablefor balloon orders. The last few weeks theyve refused to do balloon orders because they dont have helium. I overheard one employee yelling at another for telling customers to check Millbury for helium. Way to treat your employees well, and encourage customer service.

I ordered shopkin balloons for my grandkids birthday party. I ordered then on a Saturday to be picked up Sunday morning at 10:00 when the store opened. They were all ready and waiting for me. Picked up a free other items for their party. Very reasonable prices. Great staff. Thank you so much.

Dont know whats going on but their stores are unorganized and messy. The bathroom was filthy and had no toilet paper. Employees never greeted us and we did not see one on the floor. We noticed also this location does not sell costumes all year round so make sure you call and ask if you are making a trip to any of their stores. Youre better off buying online.

After being given a discount for the inconvenience of dealing with the credit card machine I have increased my rating and would consider returning to this location. Bad experiences can be corrected with appropriate action.

Only giving this place 3 stars because they are the closest party city near me. people here always look miserable. probably because people order way too many balloons. I usually get one balloon, & they feel like its the end of the world to fill it up. it takes like one minute to do, & they tell me i have to wait 15-20 minutes-_- ... waste of life for one balloon.

The cashiers are so rude and clearly hate their job.. they are just concerned about talking to each other then helping us. I waiting 20 mims for a online pick up..

Been there 3 times. Every time I regret why I went there instead of a dollar tree! Very limited options for gift bags.

I am so confused how this store is still in business. There was two employees working, one was unfriendly and the other was useless. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 15 minute drive to the store in Millbury. They have a nice staff and better selection.

On October 30,2018 my family and i went shopping for halloween customs and had a very bad experience with a staff member name Angelica she got so mad because her shift was over and started arguing, insulting us and threatening my sister saying that if she didnt make up her mind of what custom she wanted she was gonna hit her and saying that her sister was gonna jump in and when we decided to leave the store she had call the police saying that we went there and started problems and that we threw everything from the shelves all over the place when we explain what happend to the police they just told us that if we wanted to press charges against her and call party city management we could because she wasnt being truthful and was making false accussations but we told the police that we didnt need to go that far since then i havent set foot in that store and never will i prefer to go somewhere else to buy my party supplies

Well stocked and welll maintained store.

Out of the 4 sales associates that we asked for assistance we had 1 ignore us and 1 give us attitude, however the other 2 were very polite.

One thing I have learned about customer service after being a retail manager for 18 years. When you have a line of customers outside waiting, its OK to open up a few minutes early. It goes a long way.
