Love this store for their holiday decorations and the prices.Food items are pretty good as well as their mugs, pots & pans.Furniture is a bit pricey so are their rugs which both are not of great value or style.Sales clerks are either really nice or dont speak much while checking a customer out.The store is always neat and well organized/stocked.All in all, I will always shop here when visiting Massachusetts.

The prices are much higher since being bought out but they have good quantities of items. I hope they will bring back on-line shopping soon

Although they no longer carry items I bought on a regular basis since being sold, and noticing prices have risen 30 to 40 cents on a lot of items, cancelling out the 20% coupons they offer, my best friend and I still enjoy going there once a week after going out to breakfast. And, I have to say that Bob definitely keeps the place as clean as possible, and is very friendly...

They need outdoor Christmas decorations I got 2 there last year. They are really nice

This use to be my favorite place to shop, it was cheap, fun and had great stuff! But recently the prices are sky high and i did not enjoy the selection of products available for the price. Very disappointing.

Patti and Ashley were really great tonight. Ashley is a great asset to your company, she is professional, polite kind and such a good agent. Patti helped me with something that your other manager Maggie had messed up. Please remove Magda ( Maggie) from the manager position and promote people like Ashley and Patti. when I tried to use 2 different coupons twice in the last month Maggi outright rejected and asked me to spend more money to use the coupon ...she is rejecting customers right to their coupons ...she will take down the store with her one day. Patti was kind and professional .

Called to see if an item was in stock. They didn’t know how to put me on hold so they just put the phone down. For 6 minutes I listened to a few different conversations. They couldn’t figure out how to check the item in the computer, so an unknown associate told another associate to LIE to me.. They then advised that the store didn’t have any in stock rather than admit they couldn’t figure out how to check their stock on the computer.

Great place to look around. All kinds of stuff. Household, curtains, pillows, blankets, decorations, paper goods, Birthday, cards, Pet stuff, kids, toys, candy, food, tea, holiday & seasonal items. Changed the look inside. Better than before. Great shop to browse around & get lost for awhile.

I love this place!! My daughter and I went on a Sunday around 1:00 in the afternoon and the line to get in (due to COVID-19 restrictions) was about an hour long. We heard from people exiting that the register line was just as bad. We left and decided to return during the week.Wednesday morning around 8:30 we did just that. We had no problem getting inside. We were able to look at everything without others breathing down our neck.The sales were amazing. Most items are quality products and those that arent are priced accordingly. Actually, TBH, all of their prices are great.The only problem that I came across is the items that they put on the cover of a sales flier are limited in quantity. And I mean VERY limited. So if you want something in particular, you need to arrive first thing in the morning on the first day of the sale.I love Christmas Tree Shops!!

Got Christmas things out already. Loved seeing what they had. Some things were worth the price. Few things seemed pricey and some were the same price youd pay at the grocery store. But I like them anyway- even if its just to window shop.

Christmas Tree Shops is fun to visit. They have so many items to look at you could kill a couple hours looking around. I have found many delightful holiday decorations to buy and set up at home. They have food products, kitchen articles and items for your bedrooms and every other room as well as things for your patio. Pricing isnt bad and personnel are quite attentive. Been going there for quite a few years now and will continue to doso.

My kids worked here. Management is mean and spiteful. Human Resources know absolutely nothing and never go out of their way to help anyone. Great way to get paid for doing absolutely nothing

I love Christmas Tree Shop. Always some great values and lots of home decor items.

Not that great of any sections on anything, cheap garage. Not much Christmas discount clearance ir markdowns. Store seems to moving the inventory all around thru the entire store to make if look like they have a( huge inventory) they didnt, have a huge inventory on much. Staff is not super friendly, store a bit cultured with things thrown on the shelves/ floor.

Line appears long but moves quick. Covid safe and efficient

What can I say? They have everything you never thought you would buy. Its much better than a lot of decor stores out there price wise. We use it for the odd foods they offer, which are fun. We also use it for the decor. They have awesome decor.

This store used to be affordable, however, the prices seem to have skyrocketed. So this isnt as affordable as it once was.

I love this store. Dont let the name of the store misguide you. It has everything from drapes to cushions to furniture to home decor to summer grill stuff to utensils etc. And the list goes on. Not only are you getting a variety but also at a cheaper rate. I always love to come to this store and find something that I can buy for my home with value.

You know youre getting old when you get so excited to go here. I feel like a kid in a candy store. Great deals on unique items . You can definitely find some gems. I took off one star because they need to check the expiration dates of things more. Besides that I love the place!

It has good prices, but you dont always know what they are going to have. They do have a coupon and a TON of Christmas decorations and wrapping supplies at affordable prices. Thats typically my reason for shopping here.

I love the changes! Very fun place to shop; though sometimes things seem to be placed everywhere with no real rhyme or reason.They surprisingly have whatever it is I am looking for every time. It is very clean and staff is always friendly.

Selection is good but it doesnt feel like the prices are as much of a bargain as they used to.

Busy place as usual, good deals, new to navigate as store has changed. Its fine that snacks are in the back! Aisles tight if going two way.. no clerks on floor to help find items as I needed.

They re- did the cash register area a while ago, and took out the service desk. There still arent enough registers, and if you need to make a return, you have to stand in line to get to a register. Every time I go there, that line is ridiculous. So, I will severely limit when I go there, especially now that its Christmas shopping season, and if possible, not even go there.

Love this place. Owned by Bed Bath and Beyond so there is a lot of quality stuff with deep dishes. Best seasonal stuff all year round.

Gees, I could go nuts spending my hard earned dollars in this place. So many of those cool inexpensive seasonal nicknacks. Definitely the place to go with the understanding that you get what you pay for.

The place looked great 👍 all the product was very nicely displayed and per usual the prices where awesome. If there was one thing I would add to the store.. more lighting in the store. Sometimes areas of the store look a little bleak.

I actually like Christmas tree shops I used to come here with my family when I was a kid. The prices are pretty good but this location does feel a little abandoned. Its not as lively as I remember it as a kid.

Great quality items at great prices. Buyer beware: some name brand items are overpriced. Some of the cheaper items are just that: very cheaply made. Know your brands.

The staff is great, but this location stocks terribly, especially for the holidays.Example: They have a sale on Bigelow tea and have almost zero holiday tea in stock. If you go to North Attleboro they have plenty, but I only get there if I drive an hour further out of my way.

I love Christmas tree shops and the one in west borough is specifically a good one. It is large, has a lot of stock that gets updated very often. So you see something new every time you visit. Much more than just Christmas tree related, this place is ideal for finding charming gifts year round and at very affordable prices.
