Got referred by a friend that said her does good quality work at a fair price. Brought him my 2016 STI and left it for a few days. Paid him a lot of money. And all cash. His request. Never got an invoice. Had issues with the tweeters right away. Went back to him a few times to correct. Always had issues with the bass and voice. Way too much bass, etc. Seemed to be way out of tune/adjustment. Recently moved and a few weeks ago all the speakers except the drivers door stopped working. Called John. He tried to help. nothing worked, told me that the speakers may be blown and that he would find someone to look at it. After getting the run around. Took it to a Car Stereo shop close to me. At my cost. After they looked at it and told me that he ran cheap wire and taped it all together that I needed to have the whole car re-wired. Wires were corroded and spliced together. The amplifiers were way out of tune gains, etc. Hack job. I paid another $800 to get it fixed and corrected. Still no response after telling him what happened. This happened 5 months after I paid him a ton of cash. Stay away.
