Just got pellets delivered and once again it exceeded my expectations. I cant believe how fast they were delivered from calling a few days prior. The delivery man is always super nice and willing to help. The women in the office are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I would never want to buy my pellets anywhere else!

Ive used Bark Unlimited for last several years. They deliver 10+ yards to my home each spring. They have a good selection, reasonable prices, and they can work with me on delivery times and specifically where Id like the mulch dumped.

Had to make a couple of runs here for playground mulch. Super friendly people at both the front desk and driving the loader. They load it right into your truck for you. They will continue to get our business. Online ordering is a nice feature.

Excellent products. Great selection on Bark Mulch and so glad they now offer wood pellets in the greater Boston area! They deliver which is great and you can also order bark mulch on their website. Gotta love it!

I tried ordering several tons of wood pellets from this place. I was first told that the truck was coming in the next week and they would call me when it came in. They never called. We called back and were told the same thing to wait till next week and they would call when the pellets came in. This happened two additional times. I know business sometimes have a problem with getting inventory. However, if they say they are going to call back and they never do that is a problem. Also, when we did call back they were annoyed with us calling. The customer service is not great at this place. We will look else where for pellets next year. There are plenty of option including ordering online. We are done with this place. If you say you are going to call to let us know what is going on with our order, then they need to call back. Instead they left us hanging.
