This place is awesome. My son and I were traveling from Florida to Michigan when his car wouldnt start at the Loves gas station. It was late, so we decided to stay over and take care of it in the morning. Well, got to Auto Tech just before they opened. I explained the situation to a very nice gentleman there. He didnt say wed have to wait or that the place was busy. There were many cars out front. No, said, Let me get my charge pack and I will meet you at Loves. He checked the battery and that was the problem. Within 45 minutes we were on out way. What impressed me was his kindness and willingness to help to travelers get back on the road. If this is how he treats all his customers, what an awesome place. To note, we did ask the diesel service center at Loves if the could check the battery and they refused.

This place has educated and trained individuals that actually know how to fix modern vehicles and complicated electronics. Fair prices and the confidence of whats broke gets fixed without adding stuff you dont need to get the bill higher. Not many places around that have trained staff and wont give the customer the shaft. A community would be wise to hang on to a business like this.

My go to mechanic from now on. Went to another place to have my car looked at and they were quoting me $2400 for a bunch of fixes my car didnt need but said they might as well do anyway. Went to Autotech and they checked it out and got it fixed, new battery, and oil change for 1/4 the price of the other place. Car runs great now and they were very nice, professional, and gave me maintenance advice. Only place I will take my car from now on.

Great service and trustworthy. I wish they would call me with estimate as soon as they have determined the issue but I guess if I want to know I call them. I just didn’t want to come off as bugging them. Friendly and knowledgeable. My go to mechanics for my truck.

I cant say enough about this business! They are fair and excellent at fixing your automotives. They take great pride in getting it right and I have never had anything but a great experience! Very happy with the service!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was stranded with a flat tire 2 hours from home and called your shop, a kind mechanic named Michael was willing to stay after close on a Friday to help me out. I can’t thank him enough! Overall great service by Michael!

Terrible service. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks to fix the heat, never fixed the heat, and still charged me. Cant get ahold of them now either. Avoid this place like the plague, theyre a bunch of crooks. Go anywhere else in Sidney, these guys never get the job all the way done anytime I have had a vehicle there.

My fiance and I were driving to Michigan from Georgia, our gages started lighting up when we were on 75 so we pulled over and dropped his car off at Auto tech that night and walked to the Hampton. We spoke with Auto tech in the AM and explained we werent from here and were stranded. They courteously treated us as a priority and got the car repaired only 2 hrs after dropping off the keys to them (And there were a few issues to tend to). The woman up front and the mechanic both offered me a ride back to my hotel because they were concerned for me walking in the cold. They did end up driving me back, which was very much appreciated. Just a great hospitality all around! I would highly recommend to the locals. Knowledgeable as well!
