FANTASTIC service today at Sallys! Theyve always been great, but today one of the ladies there went above and beyond helping me and my daughter find everything we were looking for! Not only was she knowledgeable about options for what we wanted to do--she was friendly and personable. Going out anywhere these days is a hassle and I often tend to just order online to save the trouble, but with service like I experienced today--it was well worth the trip! 😊🥰

Awesome customer service!! 2 ladies helped me find some items for my kinky type 4c hair. Not once was I looked at or treated sub par. I even found the charcoal mask Ive been wanting to try. Its a truck friendly area and I will definitely be back.

I’m so over trying to shop here. Either everything is out of stock or what I buy is a mess. Bought a waxing kit tonight and everything was covered in sticky wax. You can’t even open the pot of wax because it’s sealed itself shut. Guess I’ll be headed to Cosmo from now on.
