I used to visit this place while traveling and love it. However I can do longer do so, the owner is rude and would rather call me a bully when you give constructive criticism. I am shocked to see in the reviews that I am not the only one that has bullied her. 🙄9 times out of 10 their gas prices are more than the gas stations at exit 92.The prices of their craft beer, which they do have an amazing selection is more expensive than other craft beer stores (Troy and Dayton have some great ones). Not to mention a lot of the times the beer they sale dont have a price on them, so you have to ask, which can be annoying at times.

Came in for gas and a cup of coffee. The 2 employees were leaning behind the counter talking and there was no coffee made. I poured what was left in a cup, it was less than a half a cup. I didnt have time to wait for a fresh pot, so I told the young man behind the counter that there was only enough for half a cup. He rang me up for full price of a large cup. I asked him why he charged me full price and he said. You still got a cup of coffee, there isnt a half cup button on the register. LOL. I wonder if he paid full price for half a brain. Terrible customer service.

My go-to place for craft beers, wine, and even personal orders of beers they might not have on hand. Great place, would highly recommend.

Stopped here for a quick bathroom break on our road trip, and was blown away by their awesome beer selection. Super friendly people working here, and the whole place is clean and well-kept. What a great find!

Definitely the best gas station in sidney . I come here to get gas for my truck because it is not too far from my house and has a very reasonable price on everything from the gas to the snacks inside. The inside is super clean and the food is always warm and so is the coffee. They also have different coffee creamers that taste very good . The food is always fresh . The workers were super nice and always helpful. They also have a car wash here that is definitely ok and gets the job done

Favorite gas station in the area. Well maintained and they carry a wide selection of craft beer and other alcoholic beverages. They also carry Winners meats, who have some of the most tender steaks I have ever prepared myself.

Love the craft beer selection here! Love how they have draft beers here too, they have like 10-16 different ones on tap, great wine selection, also has great food available here! Highly recommend this as a pit stop if your traveling through.

Great friendly service with an awesome selection of beer. You can grab a growler and a lunch and eat right there. Great concept that should be adopted in other places. Beef jerky selection was on point.

UPDATE: Jill Catanzarite at Karoc says she addressed the employee, so hopefully that improves the business. However, Jill also requested we remove this review because she says we implied that she price gouged. We reiterated to her that we never intended to imply Karoc price gouged and the issue is just a lack of transparency. Jill responded by bragging about how big of a retailer she is and asking how wed feel if someone ranted on about your business. Because of this behaviour, the lack of simple apology, and the lack of an explanation for why advertised prices are missing on more expensive items; we can no longer recommend Karoc and plan to take our business elsewhere, probably to the kind souls at The Cellar in Troy. Were disappointed in this turn of events, especially when the majority of Karocs employees are simply lovely.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would love to give the Karoc a 5 star review, but I simply cant. The Karoc is without equal when it comes to craft beer in Sidney, but there are opportunities for improvement. For us, and likely others, there are 2 significant complaints.The biggest and most frequent complaint is the lack of pricing on some beers. For example, we were surprised when we went to buy a 4 pack and were charged $36; we looked on the bottles and on the shelving, but nowhere was this price advertised. Based upon our observations, it seems to be the more expensive products are the ones with unadvertised prices, which can leave one with a feeling of having to resort to constantly wasting a cashiers time and effort to fetch prices on multiple beers. The alternative is to simply not buy any product without an advertised price, which we have sometimes resorted to, and I wont discourage others to do the same. This lack of immediate transparency is an inconvenience at best and unacceptable at worst.My second qualm, related to the first, is the actual advertised pricing; you may actually pay more than the advertised price! For example, on 7/16/19 at 17:57, I bought product advertised at 14.99. When at the register, it rang up 18.99, so I informed the cashier of the price discrepancy. The cashier told me the product was 18.99 and didnt even offer an apology. My spouse mentioned that the cashier may want to change the advertised price to reflect the actual price, but the cashier ignored her. Based upon our observations, it seemed the cashier was more interested in being affectionate with her partner than performing her roles and responsibilities, to put it politely. A good employee would have simply sold the product at the advertised price, apologized, and immediately corrected the erroneous advertised price. Our experience was sadly seemingly the complete opposite of this.I like the Karoc, I truly do, but Im disappointed in some aspects of the business operation. The problems are few, but significant, and they could be easily remedied. Im baffled that these problems exist, because they simply shouldnt, however they do. Hopefully this review wont fall on deaf ears, and improvements will be made that will elevate Karoc to meet its great potential.

Most of the people who work there make it a fun place to visit. Have been by a few times. Only unpleasant girl was the dark haired and pregnant. Must be under the weather.
