Sidney Pro Build has, quite possibly, the worst customer service Ive ever experienced on a consistent basis. The staff are consistently rude if youre not buying >$1000 worth of material. On multiple occasions Ive stood in line, only to have a regular customer come in and get served in front of me. Their products are marked up 50% or greater over what you could get in Billings or Bismarck. Theyre even marked up over Williston prices. I suppose having a local monopoly makes life nice.Their hours are just as bad as their prices. They close at 5:00 PM. Well, in theory they close at 5:00 PM. Ive pulled into the parking lot at 4:56, tried to open the door, only to find it locked. The staff inside gave me a look that said, you should have gotten here earlier! Recently while checking out (sometimes theres no other option but to shop there, unfortunately), I asked the staff if they would consider changing their hours so I dont have to leave work early to get there before closing time. I was essentially laughed off. Thats not going to happen, is what I was told point blank.Like I mentioned, I suppose that having a local monopoly allows you to treat your customers like garbage and get away with it, but whenever I need the things that Pro Build sells, I try my best to shop out of town.

Prices are Jack way up well worth the drive to Williston or Glendive.
