No one ever answers the phones and when we were in person trying to buy the vehicle the lady corrected me because I called the seats cloth and they were suede, geez sorry! Ended up going to Gem City! they had better customer service and honestly that goes along ways in my book!

I dont like leaving bad reviews but at this point I have no other recourse.You are looking at a differential that was rebuilt by Action Auto for about $900.00, complete with new bearings.Unfortunately, they will not stand behind their work!You would think that after spending that kind of money, it would have lasted at least 2 months. It did not.Gary said it was not my problem because it was missing a shim.As a professional shop, you think his mechanic would have told me that would be a problem and fixed it right instead of telling me it would be okay.Well, apparently he was wrong and it broke within less than 2 months.When it broke, Gary told me to have it towed in. So I did.That was a $500.00 tow bill at my expense even though their work failed.So now Im into it $1,400.00 and Action Auto wanted another $2000.00 to put in a remanufactured axle assembly at my expense!In the end, I ordered one from a wrecking yard and installed it myself.If I were you, I would stay as far away from Action Auto as possible!They do not stand behind their work!!!!!Wish I could have given them a good review but I had no other choice!
Was able to order my car part, pick up my car at my work place, repair my vehicle, and then return it to my work place. Great Service!
Chris Schoepp the Service Manager is always great to work with. Always fast to get in and looked at even when they are very busy. Works hard about getting whatever repairs needed under warranty if not warranty has very fair prices for labor and parts. I recommend Action Auto to anyone in the MT area. CHRIS SCHOEPP is always Customer Oriented and deserves a pat on the back for his outstanding service.

We have done business with the parts department more than once. They have always done good work and done it in a timely manner.
Svc Mgr Chris is honest & straight forward, easy to talk to & professional. The rest of the service department reflects his style & leadership. They took the time to properly diagnose my Ecodiesels issue, & didnt try to stick it to me with a bunch of unnecessary repairs & charges. I trust these guys, & will be using them for all my future truck needs. Leah in Parts is knowledgeable & courteous. She spent about 30 minutes with me, looking up tires & some suspension stuff, even tho I didnt buy anything that day. Ill be going back for tires & more, asap. The Sales department....I could go either way on. I considered trading in while my truck was being worked on. I found a truck, a new Rebel, online & thought the price was reasonable. I spoke with a lady in sales, she was nice enough. I brought up the final sales price that Id gotten off of the official Action Auto website. She looked at me like I was mistaken. I wasnt. I pulled it up on my phone. She saw it & claimed it was wrong. She kept looking for why she thought it was wrong, an improper discount, but couldnt find any proof. She refused to honor their internet price. The next day, the price was literally $500 more. Not that they ever bothered following up with me or calling me back regarding the potential deal. What a joke. Ill always get my service done by Chris & his crew. But if/when I decide to trade in, Ill be going to Williston or Billings.

Fiancé purchased two vehicles and had problems with the service department every time she went in there. Chris the Service Manager is a joke and the service department as a whole is incompetent. The Managerial Department wouldnt rectify the situation. If I could give a negative rating I would.
