Visited December 7th 2020 Sidney oh. Austen c was the only person there. customer service is a joke. He was extremely rude. When I walked in I could strongly smell marijuana and then the guy appeared from the back room. In the 10 minutes I was there he threatened to “beat the brakes off of me” after he said that I better not steal a phone. Then he tried to sell me a 64 gig phone telling me it was a 128 because “it was resealed and we can’t open them until u pay” after I refused to buy it without guaranteeing it’s a 128 he got all hostile. He rang up an extra 9.99 on bill ( which I didn’t buy anything) that the Lima store didn’t charge me when I went there instead. As I left he followed me out the door and threatened me again when I was getting in my car. This place is scamming money. Worst customer experience in my life.

I switched to cricket last year and have had great service and the people that work at this location are great.

Switched from Boost, I assumed that I wouldn’t be able to port my device because my line was suspended but the Rep Austen and William informed me it would work and it did, I was able to get a free phone that was valued over $200 plus a case and glass at a huge discount, they informed me about the True Unlimited Data plan with free GB hotspot, great customer service, friendly guys great smiles, store was very clean well lit smelled great

They have had difficulty attracting good employees and then keeping them. One guy helping me would go in the back to call his wife to help him with problems. I did not like that he often had my phone in his pants pocket and not in a bin. The service is inexpensive, but the service coverage does not include all of Sidney so once Im past the BMV there is no signal in the Plum Ridge area :( and Im disconnected while visiting family and friends.

Went to this store today to get a new phone for my better half. Could not have gotten better customer service from a gentleman by the name of Mo. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He even helped back up her contacts and put her missing phone on lost mode for her. Could not have been taken care of any better than we were today at this store.

I went in to cricket wireless to get a phone and a representative named William big heavy set guy was high as a kite, his eyes were super red and he smelled like weed, he was slurring his words and was trying to get me to buy a certain phone not a phone I was interested in

Associate did NOT know what to do, my wife (previous cricket employee) helped 2 other customers while completely setting up and activating the upgrade we bought. My daughter wanted a POPSOCKET when we asked how much it was the employee GIA said it was $35.00!!! We both said excuse us what? $35 for this one single popsocket? The employee stated yes its $35. My wife said no I believe these are $9.99 or $10.99. We basically did her job. It is NOT Gias fault its the company and their lack of training etc.

Ryan smith is a liar, his review is full of false information, I was there the same day as this guy, his name isn’t even Ryan first off, second the rep Austen told him store policy is no phone in a box can be opened unless paid for that’s what the demos are for he was really rude to the rep and called him a few verbal words before leaving Austen went outside and told him to not come back with that attitude.
