I come up to this area once a year while visiting the Great Stone Castle. We love this store because we have discovered this Walmart Store very beneficial. It always has all those hings that weve left behind like a phone charger, maybe a movie for 5$ that we wanted to see, or those misc snacks we are in mood for.

They are out of everything. Shelves not stocked. Skids sitting everywhere with merch on them. Some employees looks as if they lost there best friend. They also should have a better dress code. Just saying. HAPPY-HAPPY

Quite relevant with all the others... Store is kept pretty clean and stocked. Parking lot is picked up for the most part. I never talked to staff but they are helpful for the most part when I need to find or price check something

Did not offer training or pay for me to be a cashier. Had to leave items behind that would not scan because staff did not have time to assist.

I like another reviewer was stopped as i was exiting the store. I was instructed to give her my receipt. Asked “why,” she responded, “because you have several un-bagged items in your cart”. So i give her the receipt and she takes all of 5 seconds to look at it and promptly says to me, “You can go”. I inquired why she didn’t even look at it long enough to evaluate if I had stolen the items. Again she states, ”You can go”. So I asked the other greeter a few feet away to check my receipt with what i had purchased. We start going through the cart and suddenly he says, “Go”. With that I said to her, “Don’t ask people to show their receipts implying thievery then not follow through”. This was my first and also my last experience at this store.

Everything was good. Checkout was quick with no long lines.Was totally disappointed in the cat food aisle. Everything was practically gone and whatever was left was in total disarray. People had been opening boxes taking out what they needed and just left the rest. Its been like that for a long time.

Its good for some things, quite convenient for many.

1st time visiting the store. The store was nice and clean. But had a negative effect when leaving the store the checkout was close to the exit and I purchased ice. I brought a cooler to put the ice in. Before I could get to ice machine, the door lady stopped me to see receipt after she saw my receipt she wanted to look inside the cooler I didnt like that at all. All my other bags were in the shopping cart.By the way the it was empty after she did that she had the strangest look on her face like I wished I hadnt done that. I was out of town so I know I will never return to that Walmart ever again.

DO NO BUY magic the gathering cards here, I bought a fat pack for zendikar rising spent $55 just to come home and see it was filled with Pokémon and NBA cards, I went in to get a exchange or a refund and got told that they dont accept refunds for sealed trading cards but if they dont accept refunds why did I get a obviously tampered with package? it is so frustrating when they obviously fumbled somewhere by putting a package that was opened back on shelfs.the mangers solution was to call wizards of the coast even though its the stores fault for not using common sense.

Drive in pharmacy - great service. You do it right, thanks Walmart.

Go ahead and go in there. Look around, its just the same as the one in your home town. Same aisles, same products. I buy my jeans there and havent been thrown out of any exclusive places. So, Im good.

Some people are not friendly at all. Or willing to help you if needed.

One of the better Walmarts. Well laid out and decently stocked.

08/17/2021. Thank you to store manager, Greg (sp?), for honoring a price match and to the helpful lady at the service desk that seemed to know the circumstance when I drove there right after talking with the manager, it was quickly taken care of. I appreciate it!

Sidney Ohio Walmart Walmart not to bad overall... Staff is generally polite and helpful and the store itself usually has the things I need in stock

Walmart in sidney was fast easy and well organized. However a lot of items are frequently out of stock. Great selection though.

Getting better at stocking items. Still do not trust buying meat from Walmart.

This Walmart is bigger and better than some of the others.

It was fairly clean. Restroom was not the greatest. Not a terrible line at the checkout.

I waited in line behind multiple people in line to check out. When I was only the second person from checking out, the cashier informed me and the lady in front of me that she was closing her lane and we would have to go elsewhere. There were few lanes open and I had to wait all over again. How rude! If she was planning to close her lane, she had plenty of time to have informed us before letting us wait all that time! I spent upwards of 45 minutes checking out thanks to her nonsense.

It was horrible. Forgot some of our items gave someone elses told we could keep and then took back.

Just like any other Walmart. Workers were friendly and helpful. There were not enough checkout lines open, but that is typical at most stores during covid.

I had a good visit.

Why arent the shelves stocked. Wife tried to get several items was on the shelf. Went to another Walmart same thing. I thought this was the day of the computer sowhen something is removed it reduces inventory. Guess not. Going to goto your competitor to get what we need.

Not terrible. Its a Walmart. Not expecting high end quality. Found what I was looking for without much issue.

I like this place. it feels like home some times. i know some of the workers there personally. which definitely makes it feel like home of course. but, I also have my pharmacy there as well. i used to even get my car done there as well.

Didnt get any attitude this time round so i feel pretty good about this experience

It’s a good Walmart. Just found out that they close at 11 pm now.

Doing a major remodeling, that makes the store more interesting.

Just need more cashiers. Stock more products, pull items forward so we dont have to always reach into the back to get them. Sometimes I have to scan something to get the price because, they dont have the price with the product. Which is very annoying.

Customer service is a joke. Too lazy to put any effort into anything

Walmart is actually trying to encourage the spread of Covid-19 by forcing everyone to use one entrance. Be aware the entrance and exit is very congested.

Shopping at Walmart was fantastic IF you like being watched every second youre checking out. I had a woman keep circling me the whole time I checking out just straight up watching me then I go to walk out and they want to check my receipt like you guys just watched me scan every item. Just love being made to feel like a criminal when I just trying to buy groceries. Horrible experience

Theyre doing the best they can. Bare shelves and freezers. You can see what brands of foods arent good because no ones bought them. Lots of shrimp. Be patient folks. Love one another. Help others. Do random acts of kindness. Ease someones load. Weve got to almost fall to get through this if then. Urbana Walmart has more food and some supplies (detergent, bleach, etc.). PRAY! PRAY! PRAY!!

Great store, though they have signs that read: must wear a mask to enter. Yet 1/3 of the customers didnt wear one

You can only order can goods on line, just not up to date in Sidney ohio and Im from Georgia where we are supposed to be behind lol

In case of inclement weather go early. This place turns into an absolute mad house. Employees are still helpful and professional but the customers can be nuts

Zero carts available for customers, piss poor customer service and nasty attitudes from management. I dont think Ive been in a Walmart THIS bad!

I just spent 45 minutes shopping in the Sidney, Ohio location. In that 45 minutes only 2 employees were visible that were complying with mask regulations. The one at the door making sure I was wearing one and the greater on entering. If you are going to have policies about masks posted and state how it is for safety then PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH! It does no good for your employees to run around with the mask they are wearing because Walmart is so CONCERNED to have them below their nose.

Its walmart. They have the things you generally need. But the staff isnt terribly knowledgeable. Which is fair. They dont get paid enough tbh and deserve a raise.

I usually love Walmart but this one was poorly stocked they didnt have anything I was looking for on the shelf

Called them at 9:20 pm because we left a bag of important baby items we forgot. Had us left on hold on call until they closed. Now we’re going to have a rough night that the baby doesn’t deserve. Thank you.

Their customer service sucks. I went in and waited for someone at the jewelry counter for 10 minutes. I asked an employee to page someone and waited another 15 minutes before I asked someone else to page someone. No one ever showed so I left my cart there and will be the last time I step foot in there. We have Kroger and Troy has Meijer

The store employees were friendly. The shoppers on the other hand were rude and didnt care if you were looking at something first, they just butted in front of you.

The store in Sidney has a terrible smell of sewage, 2nd time Walmart smelt like sewage, 0 star, smell made me sick to my stomach.

This is our favorite Walmart! Its well-lit with wide aisles and helpful clerks. I want to give a shout-out to Gus in the garden department. Definitely a hard worker with a pleasant smile.

It was very clean and organized. The employees all have masks on and were abiding to Covid-19 guidelines. It was very refreshing to see in this new world that we are living in today. Thank you Walmart!
