This ice cream is the best. Especially the dark chocolate. I like it with pecans mixed in.

Took kids for some ice cream and have no complaints. Woman who took our order was very polite and if were are in the area we will stop again

Horrible customer service. Went to go into Tim Hortons/Cold Stone and the lobby was closed 45 minutes early. We then went through the drive through and the response we got after asking for ice cream there was...... “ aye bro, like we closed it down for the night and probably will all week at 8 o’clock.” Bad enough we wanted 10$ ice cream but to go and have some folks who didn’t want to work anyways really shot the night.

Bad customer service. I went there with my husband and 6 year old son. And he likes plain little vanilla cones only. We see them there on the counter. I ask for a small vanilla cone. The cashier girl says honestly you dont want those, they dont taste that great. I then tell her oh he just licks the ice cream its okay. Cashier replies oh its okay, a cone even costs more, Ill just put it in a cup for you. Im almost arguing with her about wanting a cone my son sees right in front of his face, and he wanted to come here for only that, and he starts to think shes not going to let him have it so he starts flipping out. At this point Im getting frustrated that Im there to spend my money and the person Im paying for a service is telling me what I can and cant order for my son. So I got assertive with this girl and have to tell her hes autistic and he only likes cones but at this point hes already put into fit by this girl telling him a few times he cant have it so he didnt even want anyhing anymore. They didnt have large waffle cones either for my husband and I. Said the manager was too busy to make them. And my cookie dough ice cream tasted horrible like it had gone bad. I threw my ice cream away. $10 and very valuable family wasted. I will never return to that place. Well stick with dairy queen from now on. Give your cashiers a small lesson on customer service and giving the customer what they want. P.s.- cashier girl- If I was wanting to save money I wouldnt have went to coldstone at all. I would have ate icecream at home. Sometimes people go out to spend some money and enjoy theirselves. Which you completely ruined for my family this evening.

Went there at 7:30 pm and the door was locked while we could see the employees inside goofing around. We knocked on the door and a woman came over and unlocked the door and said they are closing early because the third shift called off.

Limited selection but they did a good job. Little slow to respond

They said they dont take cold stone gift cards, and when we ordered meals they didnt take the kinds of drinks we wanted. Not to mention the people screaming in the back and the dirty tables.

Great Icecream and they mix in whatever you could imagine into it on a frozen counter

This location is combined with a Tim Hortons. Staff seem to lack product knowledge and a reluctant and/or surly when asked for Cold Stone products

Customer service was horrible and the ice cream was melting in the display freezer and was pretty much melted into soup when given to us, my 2 year old couldnt even eat his. And when the cashier swiped our card she just gave it back, walked away... that was it. There was no thank you, have a good day..... Or your card worked or not.... Nothing... We stood there for a minute waiting for a receipt or trying to figure out what was going on but no one came back... The worse experience at a cold stone ever.

There slow waited 22 minutes in drive thru........very very very slow workers just standing around....place sucks.....

Its a Tim Hortons its good

Went at night when they were supposed to be open and nobody was there. Went the next day and they said they weren’t having any ice cream that day

Says open until 11pm? But closes at 10 for cleaning? They said they only had two people there working? Wow.

Unfriendly, impatient, disrespectful! Seemed like they totally hated their job..

Totally disrespectful customer service. One of them asked me if I was gay because one of the customers asked her. Not businesslike
