I called late on Saturday afternoon. They were still open, unlike most of the Stihl dealers in our area. I had researched my purchase online thoroughly, and asked if the particular model String Trimmer was in stock? The owner was very courteous and knowledgeable about the product. He offered incite and advice that helped me feel good about our decision. Small Hardware stores are becoming harder to find. Finding them in a town with big box stores is rarer still.I drove 30 miles to visit this store. When I arrived, they did not sell me a boxed product to assemble. I was handed a brand new item fully assembled and battery fully charged. I was given service beyond my expectations. The price was the same as buying it online, and I gladly will visit Sidney from West Liberty again. I will do it because of the way I was treated, the knowledge of the owner, and the convenience of Saturday hours.I must go now, my wife doesnt hear the string trimmer running . . .Thank you Josh for making me happy on a Saturday.Scott DavisWest Liberty, Ohio

Great small hometown hardware store. Prices are are a little higher, but I enjoy supporting small businesses. You can find almost any thing you need here including pool and spa water testing and supplies.
